I upset when I interpreted to the room, really it's not 5 star's hotel, very bad smell in the room, dirty room, the service in the restaurant is zero, I never recommend any one to go to that hotel, I don't know who's gave 5 star's but if I give I will give 3 star's only ...

What a fantastic week my family and I had here. The staff were really friendly and available whenever we needed them. A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. Great location, however our latest stay was marred by the constant decline of the electric room access card. This happened every time we had to access the rooms. The front desk staff were more interested in checking us out, literally after a few hours of our arrival and ever time we had to the have card rebooted. Bedding needs to change including pillows, not up to 5 star standards.
If I ever revisit Urfa unless the price is right I will look at alternatives.

Don’t be put off by the negative comments, this was a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more accommodating, from the front door, reception, waiters and cleaners. One or 2 do speak English well.
The rooms are huge, WiFi worked well, breakfast was decent. Surrounding area is great with a supermarket next door, a small outlet across the road, many shops and eateries and best of all a lovely walk to main areas including the fish lake and cave of hzr Ibrahim.

I just enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor terrace only.
The hotel service is terrible and only one waiter can speak English. The receptionist asked me for a USD 100.00 as deposit upon checking in and as I check out, they claimed that they did not receive any cash money and got ripped off. I sent an email to the management and asked a local friend to go back to the hotel manager and ask for my money back, but they denied recieving any cash. We even invited them to check their CCTV camera and see if I paid the money, they refused.

Konakladığımız süre içinde fitness, havuz, hamam alanını tadilat nedeniyle kullanamadık, kullanabilmeyi tercih ederdik. Resepsiyonda check-in ve check-out tarihleriyle ilgili bir kafa karışıklığı vardı ne yazık ki. Bunun için birkaç kez arandık.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht sehr modern, aber dennoch völlig okay. Durch die Lage am Kreisverkehr ist es etwas laut, allerdings gibt es direkt vor dem Haus viele Parkplätze. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das Frühstücksbuffet, es bietet viel Auswahl und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Dört kişilik bir oda aldık ancak odaya gittiğimizde üç kişilik yatak vardı. Sonrasında bir yatak daha gönderdiler fakat gönderilen yatak çok küçüktü odadaki diğer tek kişilik yatağın yarısı kadardı. Wir waren zwei Frauen und haben ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Das Hotel hat uns den Zutritt verweigert – mit der Begründung, dass nur gemischte oder verheiratete Paare gemeinsam in einem Bett schlafen dürfen.
Das ist eindeutig diskriminierend und respektlos.
So ein Verhalten ist im Jahr 2025 absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Urfa’nın manevi ortamına aykırı..

Tatmin edici bir temizlik vardı. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Tek can sıkıcı şey, türk hamamının çoğu zaman karma olmasıydı. Sanki sadece Rus turistlere hizmet veriyor gibi. Halbuki enazından benim kaldığım 8 gün boyunca, arap, türk.. mütedeyyin epey müşteri vardı.
