Room was clean and spacious. There is a pool with jacuzzi downstairs, but small. Breakfast was OK, fruits and salads, bread and jams, omelette station. Located across the street from the Sanliurfa Museum (excellent) and a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Gobekli Tepe. Also near a mall.

Great Location, but this property should follow Hilton standards. You are charging good, but did kot keep the property clean. Cars parked and no drivers at the entrance. No attendee to help with bags. Staff inside at reception are very nice. Hilton quality is not here..

Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The message lady in the spa did a great job.

Rooms are petty bad for this category of hotel, specifically the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. You could find better hotels at half price.
My dinner & breakfast was included but staff was confused regarding that & after few minutes they confirmed that. It was very difficult communicating as staff could not speak English.
The worst part was dinner, the guy first said there was 3 course meal offered so we ordered soup pasta and grilled chicken but after sometime he comes & tells us that it's just a 2 course meal which serves only pasta and soup. The only good part about our stay was breakfast.

Breakfast was not like what I expected. Very simple than simple. 90% of ingridents are ready Staff in plastic Pack. I asked boiled egg which was not in the plate. Room service said strickly they can do omlt omlet. I said how dificult to Cook egg in a boing water. Than she she decided to make it. Bought after 30 minutes after finish our breakfast.

Good place to stay in Sanliufa

Going there to see the Gobeklitepe as well as the museum. Great place to stay that walking distance to city center and museum. I didn't see the bad condition as other people wrote about this hotel. Everything just like a standard Hilton hotel. I am glad that I stayed here rather in the town center that hard to find parking.

at first we were given a room with only 1 bed and the room smell was awful with cigarettes , I complained to receptionist who was not helpful that I told her to check my booking that I had booked a room with 2 queen beds then she called the manager and our room was eventually changed during the night the room was leaking water through the ceiling I callled reception but no answer then I went down to reception and there was no one there so we had to stay in a room which was leaking water in the morning when the receptionist arrived I complained and what answer did I get they said it happens, will never go back to this hotel in Sanliurfa

This is a good choice in Sanliurfa. It is a Hilton - but perhaps not of the highest standard you might expect. Having said that, the place is modern, functional and has a great restaurant and breakfast. We liked it.

The location is perfect easy to reach all historical places and also to the ring road. The property is not maintained at all. Tear and wear was at the level that one might think the hotel will be closed soon. The room we had was burning from heat due to heater upstairs. Tv channels were not in line with what they have advertised. It was difficult to reach reception as they were not responding. The bell boys were helpful as well as the maintenance guy who was I believe also a cleaner.

My wife and I stayed here 2 days during our visit to Gobekli Tepe. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. They all speak english. ( At least the ones we met). They were very helpful with our questions, taxis etc. Hotel is very clean. Food is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend their room service. They are reasonably priced. I stayed in many Hilton hotels in USA too. So I am familiar with their standards. This hotel value their custumers and cares about their comforrt.

Air conditioning in the room was not an option. It was by default on heating mode and whatever I could do it won't turn down the thermostat to opt for cooling mode. Had to open windows which were on the road-side with traffic noise. Had a restless night due to that but room itself was fine. Breakfast was good, location was superb and staff were helpful.

A family experience at the Garden Inn

The hotel lived up to the usual Hilton standards, the room was a good size and had all we needed, including kettle, ironing board and iron. We had a good stay at the hotel, the hotel staff was polite but not terribly friendly except for the porter who was a bit warmer. The location was quite convenient too, right next to the beautiful Urfa museum and a few minutes from the main touristic attractions.

Location of this hotel is quite good because it is close to a shopping mall by walking in 5 – 10 minutes.

The air-conditioning was difficult to be controlled. We stayed here in winter. When I tried to adjust the room temperature to 22 C, after few seconds it was automatically adjusted to over 27 C again. I attempted to adjust to lower temperature for many times but in vein. The staff advised us to open the windows instead, but I felt not safe. Therefore we were sweating when we slept.

Different from what I have booked

I booked a room with 2 queen beds (Queen evolution family room) from Hotels.com, but there was only one bed with a sofa in the room (may be King Bed Evolution Room, and the room size was small). I didn’t ask the staff on the room type because my friend did not want to move after we dropped off the luggage in the room. Besides, we booked a room for 2 persons, but I could not understand why the staff thought this was booked for 1 person, so only one pair of slippers could be found in the room. In fact the staff were very nice but they could be more detailed-minded.

The location of this hotel is quite good as it is close to a shopping mall by walking in 5 – 10 minutes, and you can find a big supermarket, restaurants and shops in any kind here. Walking to Gobekli Tepe is possible in 20 minutes.

The room was clean. We found a plate of fruits in the room but the packing did not indicate whether it was complimentary or not. Therefore I phoned to ask the staff for few times but the staff could not understand what did I ask.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights so we did use the laundry service. The price per wash was reasonable (10 liras for each wash), but the price of the 2 in 1 detergent & softener was in the same price too. If I’ll stay in here again I would bring the detergent on my own.

I can think of nothing negative to say about Hilton Garden. If I return to Sanliurfa I would probably stay there again

We stayed at the Hilton Garden for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the biggest plus was the guest laundry where we could use the facilities for only 10 TL. Tea, coffee etc was included in the room. On the day we were leaving I noticed water seeping out of the toilet bowl which I reported at the reception. Hopefully, that may have been fixed immediately. One tip: DO NOT USE the phone. I made only 4 local calls of approximately 5 or 6 minutes and got a bill for 55 TL. That said there was free WiFi which was pretty good. Breakfast was good, but most staff do not speak English. I requested an omelette. But it never came. After waiting for about 15 minutes I asked the waitress where my omelette was. They could not understand then tried to pass off a cold omelette prepared for someone else. When I complained saying it was cold I was given a hot one within a couple of minutes. Not sure if it was reheated. Barring these two annoyances our stay at this hotel was good.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel and spent lot of time at the shopping centre. All the facilities available including restaurants children's play areas and supermarket etc. excellent bus service e.g frequent and cheap. Also taxi service just next to the hotel. Just few yards away traditional shops,cafés & a park.

Business stay for 2 nights. Hotel able to organise dinner for c20 at short notice and were also very accommodating re organising a large meeting room and snacks etc, again at short notice. As previously, staff were all friendly and helpful. Good quality fitness/pool facilities. As a business base, it's quite central and 5 mins walk to large shopping mall. However, rest of surrounding area is poor and no restaurants in the immediate area, except for Mall food court, mainly fast food outlets.

Spent 5 nights in early November. Very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel mini-shop for drinks and all those necessities one has forgotten or run out of is a plus, ie stock your own room fridge with what you want rather than the usual standard offering. Big shopping Mall just 5 minutes walk away has anything else you may have forgotten or suddenly decide you need. Otherwise local shops are basic and rather seedy. Food menu is limited but is good quality. Cabled and wireless internet is fast. Taxi rank almost outside the front door. Overall a good business base, with indoor pool, hubbly bubbly pool + gym etc to unwind. Better than the Dedeman hotel.

A slice of modern luxury!

The hotel is not actually within the old city but a few blocks from it. If you like to walk, as I do, it was not a problem. Otherwise it will be a problem going back and forth to the old city. The staff were very helpful and there was always at least one person who spoke English well, most others did also speak some English so that was never a problem. Spa and restaurant were also very good. The room was exceptionally nice with huge desk space.

My two children and I had come to see Gobekli Tepe. We had a busy, fulfilling day, and the Hilton was a quiet, calm place in an ancient city. Close to the Fish Pool and Chamber of Ibrahim. The pool area was fantastic. Overall, we had a refreshing experience.

Hilton gruba yakışmayan bir yer 3 oda kiraladım ikisi idare eder mobilyalar filan baya eski bir tane oda çift kişilik kiraladık çok küçük ve eski ayrıca hizmet kötüydü eksiklerimizi talep ediyoruz ilglinen olmadı üçkere aradıkda bir gün sonra parça parça geldi. Kahvaltı desen çeşit yok sıçaklar 2 çeşit beklentilerimizi karşılamadı.Ama restorant ve resepsiyon çalışanları çok iyi ve yardım severler.Bir daha gidersem urfaya kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Beskidt værelse, støvet borde, hår på toiletpapiret og meget mere! Der var sat body lotion istedet for håndsæbe ved vasken! Og det blev kun værre!
Vi bliver forgiftet med cigaretlugt kl.00 om natten og kl. 8 om morgenen! Vi åbner vinduet for at trække vejret men så fryser vi hele natten, da der er ingen dyner!

Det er forbudt at ryge men stanket kommer åbenbart igennem ventilationen (a/c var lukket)!
Døde insekter ved sovebordet!
5 stjernet er oplevelsen ihvertfald ikke!
Uforglemmelig dårlig oplevelse! Sidste gang vi vælger Hilton !
