The property was nice & clean on the outside & inside, there was a variety of breakfast foods (hot & cold) & the hot breakfast was prepared a different each day. Overall I loved my stay there. It was literally a 2 min drive to to Lego Land & Peppa Pig land which is what prompted my stay for my child’s birthday. Absolutely loved it!

The bed had hair under the sheets, the bathroom had hair in the soap dispensers but otherwise it was clean. The hot breakfast wasn’t out at the time we needed to leave, even though it was after their times listed. Didn’t explore much more than that.

Nice staff. Kim (and the lady that worked on Sunday) at the front desk was great. She helped with extra towels and late check out. Pool area was cute, not very big but had corn hole and connect four which was fun for the kids. Breakfast was very good. They had a good variety and changed daily. I really like the beds as well, I slept like a baby.

Brand new clean hotel with modern rooms. Loved that the bathroom lights turn on by themselves and the dresser/TV area had a built in light that made for a great night light. Golden Corral is in the parking lot and there are other good restaurants and a Publix less than five minutes away. Great breakfast buffet including eggs and other hot items. My son loved the pancake machine that makes made to order pancakes for you. Pool is a basic hotel parking lot pool but they have a nice patio next to it with a couple of outdoor games. It was a great place for my son to find other kids to play with.

If you are going to Legoland and want a nice place to stay that doesn’t cost a fortune than this is the place for you. Its not a resort but the

Had a nice stay for overnight, chose to leave early before our second night because the AC fan had to be figured out in the middle of the night due to a humid room, so we didn't sleep well & didn't want to do another night.
The room (203) also had a strong sour smell; couldn't figure out if it was the AC or the carpeted floor area? Fridge iced up but kept a couple of cans of soda cold. The shower was hot but the spray head was not great & it soaked the bathroom floor through the flimsy shower curtain. There is no air vent in bathroom so it stays a little humid. The tub was slippery so if you have kids or even yourself please be careful. Room was surface clean, & the floors left our socks really dirty. TV had a lot of channels. Plenty of seating, storage areas, outlets for chargers. Beds/pillows were comfy with a strong bleach smell.
Lobby is nice, providing free coffee, water. There's a smoking area, play area, pool, fitness ctr at the back of the hotel which was nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of hot/cold food options & plenty of seating.
Nearby to Publix, restaurants, gas & Legoland/Peppa.
Overall, would stay again if needed.

Absolutely everthing was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, polite, kind and respectful. Fun play area outside for kids to play, pool open until 9 pm, which is great for the family. 4 min walk to dollar store for kids toys etc, as well as Publix 6 min walk. Legoland walking 10 min and that saved your money on parking at Legoland. And the hotel has electric car charge. Very very clean and bright rooms. Will definitely be back again this summer.

More Hotels should be like this hotel! What a beautiful Hotel, so Modern and Posh looking. Located in a safe area, you can walk to Legoland and save on parking.
Many good restaurants near by.

The rooms were so beautiful, big and spacious. The A/c worked great. The breakfast was well assorted and yummy. Free Tea/Coffee all day long and cookies around 6pm :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The mattress could be softer, it was too firm... thats the only thing I didn't like.

Other than that, we enjoyed our stay lots. Would probably come back in the future when I visit Legoland again, but will ask first if they have changed mattresses :)

We chose Best Western Plus Winter Haven Inn & Suites because of the online reviews. This hotel is in walking distance to Legoland and several nearby restaurants, so extremely convenient. Room and facilities overall were very clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had frankly was minor, and since we were there for one night we didn't make a deal about it. Our fridge had a really bad musty odor, so it must have been wiped down and the door immediately closed instead of left open to air out. Breakfast comes with your stay and is about what you should expect from a free hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. For us cleanliness is a must this day and age, and this one is passes that test.

Room was quite clean. Thought some things could have been slightly better maintained with damage from previous guests. Overall much better than almost all hotels. Breakfast buffet was a great value offering a legit full breakfast. Wish biscuits and gravy offered all weeklong vs weekends only. Low water pressure but adequate. Large rooms but they omit some storage space. I typically dont use and live out of suitcase anyhow. I was okay with it but tub had no fill spout for bathing kids, instead had a dual shower head.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was decent. However, we encountered an issue when we checked in. The room had a strong chemical smell that was difficult to air out because the windows wouldn’t open. Additionally, the shower door was extremely heavy, and opening it too quickly could cause it to fall on you. Despite these minor inconveniences, the daily housekeeping was a significant positive aspect of our stay.

Front desk female staff didn’t seem very happy nor engaging when she checked us in. Not very friendly at all!!!
Room #210, we stayed was very clean and spacious for one night stay. We wanted to visit Legoland and this hotel was perfect location with a free parking. It took us 15 min. walk to the entrance of Legoland.
Breakfast was okay. Very limited selections of food. Dried out fried eggs, greasy bacon, mini muffins, bagels and bread. Hot coffee and juice was great.
Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Legoland and don’t mind 15 min. walk. Many restaurants choices near hotel.
