AC thermostat was broken and stuck at 60. We were freezing all night, Entire staff was great but they were helpless. They changed our room for the next night but that one was not maintained well, paint was peeling, caulking was rusty, there was trash and crumbs under the mattress, ants everywhere especially bathroom.

This hotel is nice but not worth the price they charge just because volleyball tournaments are in town. We paid $500 for two nights. This is a 3 star hotel at best and should be $150 a night at the most.

The hotel is convenient to Lego Land, downtown, Bok Tower, Theater Winter Haven and other sites. The room was clean. The sink in the bathroom was draining slowly and the receptionist got it taken care of as soon as the maintenance person came in that morning. The free breakfast was well staffed and there was a good selection. We stayed three nights and will stay again.

The room was very clean and the free breakfast was nutritious. This hotel is very convenient to downtown, Lego Land, Bok Tower and other sites. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly and the toilet paper holder had a screw loose. The receptionist fixed the toilet paper holder and she got the maintenance person to clear up the drain the next morning. We stayed three nights and will stay there again.

Great location to Legoland and lots of convenience close to hotel! There were many restaurants, Walmart, Publix and Starbucks super close to the hotel. We walked to Outback for dinner the night we got there. The day shift front desk staff were friendly. The evening staff, not so much. My daughter and i went to the lobby to buy something and my daughter said the lady at the front desk gave me a look. Lol
But overall i would stay there again because of how convenient it was. Legoland was about 5 miles away and a straight shot from the hotel to the park. The rooms are not big, and the pool is a bit small but other than that we were happy.

Went on a family trip with connecting rooms. Went out to explore and when we returned we discovered the door to each room never latched properly, completely leaving our stuff unsecured. Told the front desk and was advised “maintenance was supposed to fix those last week” and “we will have someone come check them out”. No one ever came to inspect the doors and we were not offered different rooms. Luckily we could lock ourselves into the rooms with the deadbolt. But the front desk staff was very apologetic.

Room was nice. However, it was very noisy. Could easily hear people in hallways. The people in rhe room next door to us sounded like they were in room with us. The door jambs need to be oiled/treated; in addition to hearing a door slam, you coukd hear the creak to open and the creak to close.
