The staff I encountered with was very nice and Courteous. The breakfast was mediocre for the prices and there is no complimentary breakfast. The parking is valet only and there is a flat rate per day even though it was 40.00 day I can say whenever we where ready to leave our car was ready with no waiting by using the link. The roof top was very nice it could use a little more lighting for the night time and the pool is not that big. The beach it literally right across the street. The balcony had not chair it’s not that big.i love the bathroom mirror has a Bluetooth option to play music. As well the hotel is very secure as you do need your keycard to enter most areas.

Didn’t really have a view of the ocean… hotel promoted that they rented beach chairs and umbrellas but it was only what other people have left after their stay. The beach access wasn’t really “exclusive” it was just across the street. They offered “beach towels” but they were practically hand towels, that’s how small they were.

There were not enough chairs at the pool, our room was serviced only once in 6 days, we had to request new coffee and cups daily, and the coffee cup tops did not fit on the bottoms. There was one front desk worker who was very rude when I requested our room to be cleaned. And then it never was.

Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop that was advertised was not functional. I think it’s still being built out so that was disappointing. In the morning I wanted more coffee before heading out. There was no self serve coffee and the service for the lobby was not good and took a half hour just to get coffee. Room was nice enough. We booked pretty last minute just a few days before, for $450 I would not say this hotel was great. Pool was largely out of the sun except for peak day, otherwise in the shadows most of the day. Thankfully beach was close by. Not allowed to bring food/drink to the pool, nor was there any food offerings from the hotel at the pool. Didn't see a single person eating at their restaurant aside from breakfast. Room was nice enough, however AC was horrible. Room would never cool down and my wife and I definitely struggled with how hot it was (from up North so maybe fine for those used to warmer rooms). Lowest the AC would set to was 66, but it would kick off at 69 degrees and never actually stay on for more than 3-5 minutes at a time. Considerably cooler at night outside so this was frustrating and made for not the best sleep and very \"stuffy\" air. No rental car for us so we walked everywhere which is fine, we're active, strip of restaurants starts about a mile away, Target was about 1.5 miles away, Whole Foods 2 miles, Publix a little under a mile. We walked about 60 miles in the 5 days we were there. Would stay here again for the right price, felt more like a $250 dollar hotel, not $450.

I contacted the front desk immediately, and the staff promised to follow up with me after checking with the housekeeping team.

What is more frustrating is that I also sent a formal inquiry to the hotel’s main information email address, but I have not received any response to that as well. I even reached out via the Expedia app on the day of checkout, but that too remains unanswered.
While we enjoyed the hotel’s physical amenities and convenience, the lack of communication and proactive service regarding this matter has been a letdown.

They sat down next to us and ordered drinks and started to get out of control and loud and obnoxious and ruined my dinner experience and continually bothered me while I was on a call. Isnt it against the law to serve patrons that obviously intoxicated???

Nicely updated hotel- huge rooms, even tho oddly configured. Our room had a fridge & Kuerig coffee machine. Close to the beach, had a lovely pool/whirlpool & exercise area. We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship & they allowed early check in - 5 hrs early for a $25 charge. So worth it! Very nice surrounding area & about a 20 min walk to a grocery store. Would stay here again if cruising out of Port Lauderdale- was about a 15 min rideshare away.

Overall clean, modern and comfortable. We checked in late and had to move rooms due to a weird smell and hair all over the room, especially bathroom. The staff was not friendly, on more than occasion. Bring your own towels, the ones provided are not much larger than hand towel size. The rooms are not even close to sound proof, we could hear everything in the hall and next door to us. There were very limited options within walking distance but their valet service was quick and easy to use. It was a fine stay but I wouldnt choose this hotel again.

We arrived early and the check in person told us if we wanted a room then it would be a $25 charge. Finally we got into our room. The shower was not hot. Luke warm at best. The maintenance guy came up but no difference. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. The location was terrible. No restaurant without walking 30 min. Bad coffee. First the reservation was not complete. I had reserved and paid for 2 rooms and they only showed 1. After showing my confirmation e-mail. There was a long delay to find another room.
Second- I had to request to have my room cleaned. Nobody showed up for 2 days.
Third- Site did not provide coffee in the room or lobby. I don't think that is too much to ask when I am paying 250 dollars a night.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Cambria.
The only positive aspect of our experience was the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and we truly appreciated her attitude and efforts.
Aside from that, the stay was quite underwhelming. While the bathroom appears renovated, the overall comfort was lacking. The mattress was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Additionally, we did not have proper hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was extremely weak. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing changed during our stay.
For a hotel in this category, we expected a basic level of comfort, especially when it comes to the bed and the shower. These are essential elements for a pleasant stay, and they were unfortunately not up to standard.
In summary, despite a friendly and professional front desk, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Let first start with how wonderful and helpful the staff were right down to the end!!! I will say there was like 2 staff that weren't not to nice very rude but me and my family realized just to not deal with them. Our room was very cozy and very clean we loved that a lot! The pool was very clean as well as the lobby!!! We also loved that the beach was right there. The parking was not the greatest but we dealt with it.... Our bed sheets hadn’t been changed and don’t notice till the next morning. My wife asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets still weren’t changed. So she asked for new sheets and she would change. She took fitted sheet off and mattress topper was stained and couldn’t tell if it was clean and was covered in hair on the bottom side and dirt under it. Instead of giving us the stuff to change the bedding. They moved us to a different room two floors down. It’s $39 a day for parking which is pointless since the parking garage isn’t very big. Our car was at the most a 50ft walk at the most every time we got our car. Garage was maybe half full the whole time we was there.

Night staff was rude asked to change rooms abd even offered to pay more if possible and he said couldnt be done qould make them over booked but their website said they have \" Rooms Available \" if we didnt have the no cancelation from expedia we would have canceld and left

Room is clean but not functional. Water is luke warm at best and takes 5 mins to get to that. AC system is very loud. No soundproofing between rooms. No shuttle service. Room 101 is horrible location.
