Clean and quiet property.
tina
Everything is good I stay here many times it would have been nice to know that Wyndham has limited booking because of construction of the facility because it's all part. Honestly the stone balcony I was just waiting for that to go. With all the foot traffic up there and construction people and all their equipment. Other than that I will say there again and I will stay on the second floor once they replace the balcony because it is good place good people
Christopher
Basic hotel. Perfect for a cheap, one night stop on my trip.
Mike
Staff was friendly, pool was nice and maintained well.
Ronny

Nice place to stay with friendly staff and clean room
Michele
The property seemed somewhat run down although the room was clean. The internet wasn't working in some rooms, including mine. I was told I could use the internet in the breakfast room, in the main part of the building where the check-out counter is. So I only had internet when I left my room. The phone didn't work in my room. The tv worked so I found some good shows to watch and that got me through with a smile on my face. I liked the smell of the soap in the room and I liked the 2 bed non-smoking room. The fish tank in the lobby was nice. The breakfast didn't have any bacon and sausage like some hotels have, but the toast and yogurt was good. I was initially majorly disappointed that things were not better, but at the same time had a good time anyway because just enough was good enough. The hotel is close to a gas station. There were no restaurants across the street like on Mall Road hotels. But it wasn't too far from there. The price was half of what I usually pay, so in that sense it wasn't a bad deal. Thanks.
George
The staff was friendly and breakfast was tasty. This is a large, older, worn property that needs much work.
David
Overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was sparse, just toast and waffles, but the coffee was hot, good, and plentiful. The toilets are very low to the ground, and there were no grab bars.
Harry
Yes
Nicole
The lady at the desk was amazing. There was a MAJOR storm, and she not only worked over yesterday, she had to breakfast, this morning
Betty
Clean good price for overnight.
Georgette
The staff was friendly. Breakfast had variety and was good. They have smoking rooms. The room was good, but the cockroaches were not. That's my only complaint.
Donald
No pool time for me it being October. I came to meet up with friends the next day at Oglebayfest in Wheeling, and found this hotel quite handy. I grew up in the valley even though I live 3 hours away now. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn. Not sure if you get the customer traffic to support this thought, but the site does look a little outdated, although nice and clean. The Front desk people were efficient and friendly/helpful. The door insert card to open the hotel room door (I've used them or some like them all over the world) was a pain in the ass. Numerous attempts before it clicked. The bed was comfortable, the bath area was clean and stocked. It was a nice stay. The blueberry muffins and yogurt for breakfast were tasty.
Mark
The location of this property needs much better signage to find the road that leads to the property, especially at night.
Theodore
Front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. In the morning, the cleaning person was vacuuming the lobby and cleaning the front door window. Cleanliness is a virtue.
Donna
Customer service was excellent. Room was nice, and clean for the most part. Older and in need of some updating and a deep clean, but very reasonably priced.
Douglas
The website needs to be updated. The bar they advertise closed a year ago and the room did not look like the picture.
Connie
Didn't like anything about it.. run down....didn't stay
Betty
The bathroom small and the toilet was small.
Stacy
Parking was difficult, then to walk around building to room
Zan
Room was clean and, except for very loud AC, quiet. But every time the AC kicked in, it woke me up.
Pool was handy and cool. Needs some repairs along one side. But I needed that refreshing dip.
Breakfast was basic continental but staffer kept everything full, even til the end of aervice. Nice job!

It was an alright.
The beds were extremely comfortable, room was clean for the most part. The bathroom floor was dirty you could tell it hadn't been swept or mopped in awhile. The ice machines kinda difficult to find. The bushes on the pool side are infested with wasp I was stung 4 times by wasp walking to the pool. I stayed in room 264 on the pool side and there was a wasp nest under the a/c unit under the window outside. The fridge doesn't work, the phone in the room was hooked up the phone cord was missing from it, blow dryer didn't work, the pool closed at 9 not 11 like it says online and theres no wifi there for the guests
Jean
Check in was quick, the lady only needs our car license plate numbers. Building is outdated but we got what we needed. Breakfast was good but coffee was bland. Two queen bed bedroom was clean and comfortable. It’s worth it including breakfast which costed below a hundred a day. So I don’t expect fancy as we only want to have a good sleep. We didn’t hear loud noise. I saw the pool was nice but our family didn’t have time to enjoy. Recommend it for everyone.
Terry
Good value for the dollar
Dejra
Very sketchy
Stayed an hour and left.

My children loved the pool, it was nice having a pool at the location. The breakfast in the morning was good with different options to choose from and the area was well organized and clean. Our room could of been a little cleaner, the bathroom still had stains in it from the people who stayed in the room the day before. Overall, for the price I would recommend this location.
Patricia
Great stay and great price
The room was great. The bed was not too hard or too soft. It was goldie locks. The grounds are beautiful but some of the landscaping needs work. The pool was fabulous. Its clean and good seating and sunning lounges around it. Staff were helpful, nice and gracious.
Stacy
Everything was nice, except our toilet rocked , it needs to be bolted down and someone tried to come in both of our rooms at 6:30, by saying they were house keeping but they were dragging a tote behind them.
Tammy
The staff was so helpful and nice. Pool was really nice and clean
Laura
Only complaint was breakfast was eh. English muffins stale. The pool was a refreshing way to end the day.
Wendy
Would recommend got an early check in with no problems room was clean staff was polite
Haley
Don’t let the pictures fool you it’s awful
We booked months ago 5 non smoking rooms and when we got there all of our rooms were smoking and reeked of cigarettes one of the family we were traveling with had blood on their sheets our room had cigarettes all over the floor it was dirty and very outdated doesn’t look like the pictures at all save your money and go else where
Liam
Not for me.
One of those room-doors-on-the-parking lot motel jobs. Well-kempt but everything was extremely flimsy and old, and you could tell. Great service. Very cheap. Good value if that's your thing.
Randy
Staff is friendly and helpful. Updates are needed. Adequate breakfast. Easy access off of route 70.
Jason
Used magnum rubber in parking lot
Robin
It was convenient for our trip to a concert at the nearby casino. However, the property is falling apart (balcony looked like it was fall off any moment). That said, the room was ok.
Judith
The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Excellent water pressure and hot! Easy access to highway. Accommodated my needs for first floor room due to my mobility problems. Beds comfy, carpets clean, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast available until 10, but skipped due to lunch plans. It’s a little on the older decor side but well maintained. Highly recommend and will stay there again when in the area.
John
It rained lightly, water soaked to carpet by the door and the back of the room leaked somehow as well
Brandina
They have breakfast every morning. It was a nice simple hotel.
Joseph
The whole place stunk of cigarettes so badly.
Kathleen
Property much nicer than expected. Staff was great. Would stay again!
Stephen
Good place to stay, recommend!
I've been staying at this hotel for years. It's been pleasant every time. It's disappointing they don't do the eggs, bacon, and sausage anymore in the morning, but it's a great value. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Local menu's are in the dresser drawer and the local food is pretty good.

We’ve stated this properly several times and always have a good stay in the place is a little outdated but always clean was disappointed when we went to breakfast. They no longer had eggs and sausage just waffles that we’ve tried before and didn’t like we ended up going to McDonald’s
Christina
I would recommend this to family and friends.
Deyjahnelle
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I’d book a hotel here every night

Room was nice. Mattress and pillows were amazingly comfortable. As other reviews mentioned, it is an older facility. But the interior of the room was updated. The bed was listed as a queen, but seemed more the size of a double. Not an issue for me, because I was travelling by myself. No overhead light meant the room was a little dark; during the day, with the curtains open it was nice and bright, but due to the outside entrance, people pass by your window as they walk toward their room.
Breakfast was well stocked, and monitored by staff to replenish as necessary. The seating area was spacious. Many options to choose from: waffles, toast, bagels, hot and cold cereal, etc. Would have been nice to have eggs and bacon or sausage like many other places offer, but you can't have everything!
The outdoor pool was closed for the season, but looks like that would be a definite attraction in the summer.
All in all, a good place to stay for the price.

Check in was easy, coffee always fresh, hot, and good. Some of the decor was older but everything worked and was clean and the room price was very fair for what we received. I will definitely stay here again.
Adam
Just stopped off for the night.
It was good for the price point. Would stay again without hesitation. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower was good. TV was clear and hi-def.
Tami
It had a great view. But the so called real breakfast wasn't even close. The bar was also not open. Cleaning staff was great. Front desk staff wasn't friendly. Won't go back
Susan
It was fine given the price.
Michael R
This property seem very clean a little outdated, but for the price was very affordable for us and was very happy with our stay
Monica
Breakfast was fine building and drive way and walkways unsafe and no street signs around at all. Staff was very nice.
Dana
Clean, new renovated room, nice pool, safe, warm breakfast. Will stay there again.
John
The pool was very nice and clean, breakfast was good just could of used a little bacon because some people don't like sausage
Pranaya Kumar
Pretty run- down property. Cleanliness is horrible. Broken chair, dirty carpet, smelly wardrobe are things to start with. Managers to stay two horrible nights with family and got scolded by family while returning back from the trip.
Word of advice - pls spend a little more for branded hotel, especially if travelling with family.

We stay here for our family reunion every two years. We love it here - it suits our family just fine. Sorry to say - our air-conditioning was broken and made noise all night. We will stay there again.
Mary Ann
Woke up to a huge roach like creature in my bed!
Thomas
It was fine

Nice pool
Property was dated but very good value for the price

I will never stay here again.
The facility was no where near clean, there were dead bugs in the bathroom as well as silver fish. At one point I contacted the front desk regarding noise level at 2am
And they told me to contact the police and that there was nothing that they could or would do. At no point, even after requesting , was housekeeping in our room to even remove the garbage or replace towels. I had to request a garbage bag at the front desk to remove garbage from the room and then place it outside the door to the room which remained there until the next evening.

Property was conveniently located. Room was adequate. There were few stains on the carpeting, but for the price of the room we were happy with the facilities.
Patrick
This hotel worked well enough for my purposes as a pit stop between Pittsburgh and Columbus. Breakfast was the highlight. My main issue is that I was promised WIFI when I booked this room, but it was not available in my room (240). I find this to be completely unacceptable, especially as I am a Canadian trying to save money on expensive data roaming charges. The plus side was I got to experience nostalgia for a time when such conveniences did not exist.

Comfortable beds, breakfast is pretty good, housekeeping comes everyday, also pool is nice right in front of us. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Nice place

The entry was not well marked. I could easily have missed it. And the entry road was not well maintained.

Great price for a quick stay
Great place to stop while traveling for a convention. Comfortable beds. Hotel is a bit dated but great front desk empolyees and great price.

Comfort was decent, but the cleanliness was poor. Also, our tv did not work, and after being told that maintenance would come to look at it, no one ever showed. Run-down building, but nice pool.

It’s old and probably needs some updates but I’ve stayed there several times over a several year period traveling thru for work, and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been very accommodating and friendly.

Rundown but clean. Building needs a make over or to be replaced! Outside is dirty

The hotel location is very good, breakfast is okay but locking system needs to improve. Washrooms need some repairs.

Staff was incredible. Hotel was a little rundown and could use some improvements. Overall a nice experience though.
Michelle
The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep. I highly doubt we stay there ever again

Clean, check in and check out staff very friendly and helpful. Price was right. Cheap, all we needed for a bed and shower.

Checked in early. Very nice. Room needed upgraded. Toilet tank didn’t seal well so would occasionally refill. Towels could be updated. Breakfast ok but juice machine broke. Good value. Worked for the amount of time in the room.

Average stay with a couple small problems
I chose to switch to have first floor so I really can't complain that the room heat was off. No facial tissues in the holder was disconcerting and the coffeemaker didn't work in the morning
Glenda
Not a bad place to stay
The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The service was hospitable. What more could you ask ?
Irina

We arrived in the middle of the night (early morning), we were greeted warmly, and accommodated quickly. I didn't expect much for the rate, but the rooms were surprisingly clean. If I had reason to go past this way again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
MARGARET
Cleanliness of room was not great, it had a very bad, musty smell. HVAC was noisy. Breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Get what you pay for. It was cheap but it felt cheap.

The room was very clean which is the most important thing to me. The bed was decent, pillows were flat. Bathroom was small, but the vanity was separate from the shower & toilet so it wasn't a big deal. There are no accessible outlets by the bed. NONE. There was one outlet in the middle of the bed below the headboard that my husband cut his arm badly trying to reach to plug his c-pap machine in. There is no excuse for this to be an issue. I would stay there again if I could not afford a place a little more modern, but I would definitely take an extension cord and power strip.

This place needs a date with a wrecking ball SOON!

Staff were amazing, room was clean. No complaints!

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this hotel. Yes, it could use some updating. The interior is updated and very clean. We reserved a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. The staff was accommodating by switching our room to a non-smoking room with apologies. They serve a hot breakfast with many choices.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. They had many bugs including BED BUGS. The house keeper was rude after we notified her about the bed bugs. She swept some off the head board killed it on the bed and then denied the fact that they had them. The area is super sketchy. There were crumbs on the bed. The place is a nightmare. Do not stay here!
Carl
room had everything we expected and needed
