Served our need - clean room despite renovations, and friendly staff but mattresses are in dire need of replacement (felt like I was sleeping on a cement floor).

We have stayed here in the past and although pricey, the amenities and cleanliness were worth it. This stay was quite different. We were not informed of the on-site renovations going on; this left amenities like the pool and ample parking closed. The price for the stay was still the same though! Our room was a king suite. There was an open bottle of ranch dressing and other food wrappers in the couch, bed wrinkled, but a nice hand written note from housekeeping to enjoy our stay. Front desk staff was nice enough but gave no direction to the elevators or room. Gave no information regarding breakfast times- you know, the normal stuff. Id say this was a bare minimum stay for a top dollar cost.

On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!

I had called the prior day and spoke directly to the staff person at the hotel and asked them if possible could my suites be adjoining. The lady I was speaking to was very nice and said that shouldn’t be a problem she would do what she could. I also asked about early check in and she said that after 12 if my rooms were ready. I thanked her and did that we would see her the next morning.
When we arrived it was a couple minutes to 12 and I went to the front desk to see if the rooms would be ready and the girl at the front desk was so rude she responded I’m I Don’t think but I’ll check and I said did we get adjoining rooms and she said uh no those have to be blocked in advance and I said oh I talked with someone yesterday and she said she would definitely try and her response was uhh I was her all day till 3 and I never got your call and I said well I called I checked my phone to make sure with her that the phone number I called was correct and it was and I checked my phone log and I spoke to a lady from the hotel at 10:10 in the morning the prior day
She said one room was ready and we would wait for other room but not adjoining which was fine
She basically said I was lying about the call and that was very upsetting
The final straw was when we went to take our grandchildren and family to the pool that we had packed for the
POOL WAS ClOSED and was not told on the website or in person
This hotel stay has been very disappointing 😢

Certainly in keeping with what you would expect from a SpringHill Suites, consistent with others in this chain. When we first checked in, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. The same thing happened to another guest arriving at the same time. The staff quickly resolved the issue and immediately moved us to a clean room, which was ready and comfortable. I imagine it was just a communication issue between the front desk and housekeeping.

There was no tv guide nor any documentation on attractions in the area. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Missed the wedding I came in for to go to urgent care. The hotel refused to refund me for the x2 nights which resulted in over 20 bed bug bites. This was the worst SpringHill Suites we have ever stayed in. Absolutely NOT a 3-star quality hotel. Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Poor lighting at the vanity. Dirty carpet. Everything felt old. Even the colors in the room were not pleasant. The room smelled as if it had been a smoking room in the past. It also was a very small room for a suite. Smaller than the typical SpringHill Suites Double queen suite room. Check-in was fast and efficient, however I wouldn't say that the clerk was very friendly. Definitely not up to standards.

Convenient. The room was freezing. Couldnt control the temperature. Didnt know how to turn on the tv. The water from sink faucet came out sideways, getting the counter all wet. We had to put towels to keep the water from going to the floor. No bath mat. The tub was very slippery and my husband fell, hitting his head on the shower wall.. i had to be careful as I had foot surgery and couldn't afford a fall.

We loved the room set up,it was clean the only down fall was when we checked in the room was not ready,we were there for a wrestling tournament breakfast was included but we were not able to get it as it was served at 7 and we had to leave by 6:30 am for. The tournament I was yelled at by a worker for grabbing muffins for my boys to eat on the go I do think that should have been planned out better for the morning I'm sure none of those kids or families got the breakfast. Staff were rude,no creamer or sugar in the lobby coffee was cold and old.but other than that it was ok

The rooms were nice enough but the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and the air conditioner made weird heeding noises all night. They had only one elevator working and it was very slow. The hot tub would not turn on and I was told it was being worked on. For the price my stay was underwhelming.

The room had a bad smell, the shower did not work properly(water would fill the bottom part of the tub), out of coffee and creamer every time I went to the coffee area. Heater only blew cold air, room was freezing and uncomfortable bed. Would not return.

The staff was helpful, however we were left waiting at the counter for an extended period of time due to no staff. The entire hotel had an unpleasant sulphur smell. The tv would freeze and sound like a fire alarm. The mattress on the trundle bed was grossly stained. Overall, not quite worth the money we spent for a nights stay.

Idk how there are so many 10/10 reviews. Maybe they put us in one of their outdated rooms (room 213)? Everything was clean but there were a few places that were falling apart in the bathroom and breakfast area. The view was nice but the windows very dirty. So was the extractor in the bathroom. The shower was very slippery. The breakfast was ok. Would I stay here again? Most likely not. But the front desk attendant was friendly and the coffee was not too bad. Oh and the beds were comfortable but not amazing. We used the trundle bed but it seems like they had a box spring instead of a mattress in there. Not too comfy for an adult.

I booked handicap first floor & it was great, however there was a constant alarm-like sound coming through the wall all night long (probably all day too). Mentioned it to frontdesk but never heard back about it...probably electric room next door. Breakfast was just OK with microwave frozen egg or egg sandwich, but good toaster for various bread, etc.,since they claim remodeling kitchen.

During our stay the door keys were not programming and while so many were complaining about the inconvenience of being let in, and it was very inconvenient, I was impressed with the staff who were working hard to make sure they promptly let you into your room when needed. Also witnessed the gentleman working the front desk personally help a man get to the airport! He also was very helpful to us when our bike got a flat tire. The maintenance guy was fantastic and helped us by bringing his compressor and putting air in our bike tire when our compressor died. Everyone working in this hotel really seemed to care and be helpful. We were so impressed!

The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. The pool left a little bit to be desired, but I could still played. The area was nice, but it could’ve used a good skimming. Although there were problems with the electronic system due to Microsoft upgrade, the staff went out of the way to make sure that everyone was, well taken care of. They were attentive and gracious. Our family had a great experience here! There’s also a lovely pizza place down the street on the right in a strip mall that was super convenient and the food was excellent.

The room was ok. Staff were very nice. But the price was double for what I've paid for similar accommodations in other cities and this location did not seem to be anything special. The breakfast was terrible. I was told the grease trap was clogged so they had this makeshift breakfast as they couldn't actually cook. It was completely unappealing - toaster waffles and bread slices in Ziploc bags as an example. We went to a restaurant.
