The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me!

Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!

Check in was really good. Wendy did a great job. As far as the room, the A/C was not good. Turned it off because it never shut off after achieving the desired temp. No ice bucket, even after calling front desk. Room completely dark which made going to the restroom dangerous. Suggest a dimlight in the room along the path.

As always when I stay here, the property is nice and the staff is amazing! The only downfall was on Expedia’s side. I booked almost a year ago and was supposed to have a double bed with a pull out and wetbar. Expedia told them it was a double queen handicap and they were completely booked. The staff was amazing and put a cot in our room. We will be back next year!

We stay here a lot. This was the first time we had any issues, but they are small issues. 1. We tend to sleep in when we are visiting so the 830 AM vacuuming of the hallway wasn't too cool. 2. We used the pull-out bed in the couch. It was a bit disturbing to remove the cushions and find a very large amount of food scrapes and whatever else that stuff was on the bed.
As I mentioned these were relatively minor issues. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

Nice, but low mechanical noise

Overall, the hotel was fine. My only complaint is that there was a loud, low mechanical buzzing noise that reverberated throughout the hotel and our room. It made it impossible to relax or sleep well. I don’t know if it came from the hotel’s HVAC, or the semi trucks outside. But it was uncomfortable to feel that sound all night. We were on the top floor, but I noticed the sound even when we came down for breakfast in the morning.

Prettier thana motel with worse staff

Attitude from front desk staff member from prior to check-in throughout. Bed had a spring through the side, pillows were completely flat, no water pressure, no coffee and burnt sausage at breakfast. After first night requested to cancel additional nights and was rejected. Stayed here at the recommendation of another, I will not be passing on that recommendation. Definitely not a hilton level stay.

The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable, blackout curtains, microwave, coffee, mini fridge, vending & ice near room. Breakfast buffet was good. We had a one night stay traveling through. I would recommend for the price point.

Just a stay of convenience for us being close to a family get together. I was really impressed with the breakfast bar having fresh cooked eggs, Kielbasa Education, Sausage and potatoes, peppers, and onions!
