Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, egg omelettes, sausage, fruit, hard boiled eggs, breads, muffins, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, and juices, milk, and coffee. I would never hesitate at all to suggest this beautiful property!

The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well.
Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable dinner tray. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was much larger than expected and equipped with sampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath robes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and sleep this room would not be it. This room definitely wasn't soundproof and at times could be extremely frustrating.
As for the amenities, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and also had breakfast. As for the pool, it was a decent size with a shallow and deep end, temperature was as expected. The walking area around the pool was concerning due to a very slick surface that caused me to lose my footing several times.
Beakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold tems it did not include bacon, sausage or biscuits but plenty to make sure you don't leave hungry.
This is a place I would definitely stay again when visiting Wheeling, WV.

My family and I had the best stay here! I was soo pleased with everything, from Steve being top-notch at the front desk to the amazing amenities (steam rooms, rainfall shower, two hot tubs and a great little gym!) the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast - was delicious, honestly the best continental breakfast I have ever had (ton's of options including two different types of waffles with toppings like strawberries and whipped cream) I left there feeling so refreshed and pampered from that stay! I would love to come back here and I highly, highly recommend to everyone!

my wifi wouldnt work just to find out as i was leaving that they had spelled my last name wrong which is used to connect to the wifi. they had sandli instead of sandlin but the staff as beyond excellent! The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but she was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed the biggest room that Hampton Inn offered at that location. The room was plenty big for our family. The bathroom was amazing and we loved having a television in the restroom. We loved the swimming pool and multiple hot tubs along with the steam shower! The staff were all very friendly and enjoyed being there despite it being Christmas Eve and then of course Christmas. Would definitely recommend and hoping to make it back out there sometime soon.

The location is excellent, breakfast is not your usual simple breakfast, there’s a different menu everyday, congratulations to the staff and the kitchen lady also who was refilling everything, also thanks to the cooks.
The rooms were okay, clean for what we needed. Front desk was very friendly except the night shift on the second night (Dec 10th) lady was on the phone and the guy didn’t seem to care nor he smiled. Morning/Day staff was wonderful though . Carpets, room and halls have a very strong cleaner or chemical smell. I have allergies and Im sensitive to odors so it was almost hard to breathe but we were out all day. I recommend the place for the breakfast but still rates are a bit high per night and get rid of that strong smell on carpets please.
