Well priced . Great service. Average sized room. Clean modern room with very comfortable bed.
Internet was good.
Not the closest to the metro but manageable . About a 15 minute walk which is also where the huge mall is.
Quiet area but close to lots of dining .
Excellent service .

Another great stay at the Best Western Ratchada. Great breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Communication is great and rooms are fantastic. Pool is nice as well. Close to train, shopping and every food you can imagine. Central Rama 9 is close along with Fortune Town and Lotus. Will return.

This was a last minute booking as my original booking was unable to be fulfilled due to the room being water damaged.
The staff at Best Western are wonderful very helpful and friendly at the front desk would stay there again.
Shout out to the Wotif customer service lady who organized the emergency booking she was great. 👍👍👍

Good hotel for the price

This hotel was well priced and close enough to 2 MRT stations, both about a 15-minute walk away. However, note that parts of the walk to and from will be through busy streets with no sidewalks.

Our stay came with breakfast which was plentiful, with many (mostly Asian) options to choose from. The downside was that the food was just never hot, even very first thing in the morning.

We came to visit family who lived near this hotel. Room was spacious and quiet. We upgraded to breakfast Buffett. Very good and worth it. Check in and out was easy. Close to everything. Rama 9, local food, massage, Lotus grocery (like walmart, MRT, etc. nice pool on second floor. Will definitely return and stay.

There are no sidewalks from hotel to the Main Street. If you have small children, be careful if you plan to walk, you have to deal with motorbikes and cars on the road. Best is to get a grab and taxi at the hotel.

The only disappointing thing was how long checkin took with the number of forms that had to be signed, and the fact that one the rooms wasn’t ready well after check-in time.
Otherwise very clean and nice property and very friendly staff.
Also- location is a little interesting tucked into a tiny road. Definitely makes you feel like you’re one with the locals. But not a far walk to the mall/metro.

good location (for me).

the hotel is between two metro subway stations, so a little of a walk to get to either one. but it's good enough for me.
the hotel is not on the main road. you'd need to walk two short blocks off the main road to get to it. many restaurants, malls near by. and subway stations are walk-able.

The room size and beds were perfect for our party. The facilities are just great. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Despite the language barrier, they did their best to help us make the most of our short visit to Bangkok. For this reason, non-Thai speaking guests will be served well to install translation app on their smart phones. Also install and register for the Grab app for hailing ride services.

I recommend that a desktop be made available to guests to check on areas of interest as well as to check in online with the airlines.

The side entrance by the parking area should be well marked for direction of door opening. Better to install automatic door opener.

Lastly a bench of couple of chairs would be nice by the smoking area.

客室は綺麗だが他の観光客が廊下で話しているのとかダイレクトに聞こえてきて、なかなか寝れないし朝もうるさくて途中で目が覚めてしまった。また、最寄り駅も２つありますがどちらも10分ほど歩きます。電車に乗り慣れてしまえば移動は楽でしたが、中心地から若干離れているのでもしショッピング等メインにしたい人は違うエリアを選んだ方がいいかと思います。
間に合わせの場合は最寄にモールがあるのでそこを利用したほうが良いかもしれません。

It was a good hotel. The service equivalent with the others. Very good if you travel with a friend.
Can still smell the cannabis smoke coming through the fan in our toilet , we don’t know if other rooms did but the control coming very quick when the smoke from the microwave come out after we burnt the bread, so they shoul know it when somebody do it in their room.

Café da manhã bom, com poucas opções para o paladar brasileiro, a localização deixa muito a desejar, pois fica muito distante da região dos pontos turisticos (com trânsito 40-50 min).

O quarto tem uma boa cama, mas tem um pouco de umidade e cheira mofo.

Apesar de ter um bom custo benefício, acho que se pesquisar pode encontrar lugares com melhores condições.

Um ponto positivo é que o hotel fica próximo a um grande shopping e mercado.

A equipe do hotel é nota 10, são extremamente atenciosos e se precisar de ajuda com passeios em tem parceiras para transporte com um valor competitivo.

また次回も泊まりたいと思わせるホテルです。
つくりはシンプル。
部屋もキレイでそれなりに広い。ゴージャスさは全然ないけらど、
良い意味で日本のキレイなビジネスホテルといった感じ。

部屋（ホテル）にはアメニティは無いから、持ち込み必です。近くにセブンイレブンあるから困らないけれど。（ロビーでオーダーするともらえるのかな？そこは不明）

METROのラマ９の駅から徒歩８分くらいと、何処に行くにも出やすいけれど、
どこへ行くにも電車やタクシーを使う感じ。METROは１２時前には終わってしまうか、
夜あそびしちゃうとアソークからタクシー拾ってホテルにという感じ。

キレイで清潔だから、価格との折り合いでアリだと思います。
