This was a great hotel with a nice rooftop pool. It is located close to the train station and lots to do in the area. The only thing I didn’t like was I spent several minutes trying to figure out how to turn the lights on and off. There are no lights switch’s - jus a control panel on the night stand

The hotel was fine, the ONLY problem is the air conditioning blowing on you when you’re in bed all night long. I wish they can redirect the air when sleeping cuz there’s only two setting low and high, and on low the air blowing is still high.

Great Hotel in Sukhumvit

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and great service in all areas.
Breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food.
Reception housekeeping and general service was excellent. Always polite and helpful.
MRT and BTS stations located nearby.
Would definitely recommend this property to others. Good location within easy reach of nightlife but relatively quiet area- a gem!

It was a nice hotel, spacious and nice view, but it is tired, dated and in need of a refresh.

Room was very large with ensuite and bath. The shower had a rain shower head and normal option. There as a hair dryer but no plus in bathroom so need to dry hair in bedroom - but no mirror in bedroom.

Pool is okay, but the ladder was broken and the surrounding area is small and not overly inviting. You can order food and drink up there if you choose and plenty of towels.

The breakfast was nice but the area is very small so had to wait for a table.

Good location to MRT.

This property used to be so well appointed, and it hasn’t had any updating in many years. Every aspect of it requires updating, including the pool area. There is mould in the shower in the entire property is dated. The location is very good, but I wouldn’t stay here again as there are so many better and newer options and well maintained options in the area.

It was amazing. If I have another chance to stay in Bangkok, I will strongly stay at this hotel again.
All staffs are very kind and the room conditions are good. Also, the breakfast is nice. The location is one of the best points. Only bad point is the traffic noise, but it was tolerable when I slept due to its comfort bed.

The hotel is in a superb location in Bangkok, near the Skytain and the subway line, and also with many restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. I always get great service at the hotel, and am greeted by the service team whenever I arrive. I love the rooftop pool, which is great for a hot day in Bangkok. I plan to come back to this hotel often when I visit Bangkok.

I could write an essay but i wont as it will be going into the same details as others have voiced. Check-in was smooth. Property is in serious need of updating. The regular rooms just dont feel clean and have seroously started to deteriote. The sound proofing is terrible and you will hear every tuk tuk all night. The whole rooftop happy hour is something of an experience. Walk to the gym, press 3 on the phone and make your order. Then wait for a lovely person to bring your drinks and guess who you are. The gym if you can call it that is a joke I'm afraid. The biggest annoyance I had was when they asked my thai girlfriend for her ID. Which front of house kept for days. Never experienced this anywhere else. Also the staff could do with some re-training on common courtesy. Pros is the location local BTS and close to the big parks. Upgrade and opt for the corner rooms. I would so recommend park plaza on soi 18 over this one.

My child and I stayed for 4 nights in the Deluxe Corner Double Room at the Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel.
When making the booking (one month in advance of the check-in date), I specifically requested a well-maintained, clean, and quiet high-floor room for our stay. Unfortunately, we were assigned an 11th-floor room (considered high-floor) that faced a busy road (even after midnight) and had a very uncomfortable mattress (terrible). It is a shame because most of the hotel staff showed a welcoming attitude and provided excellent service, but the room assignment and facilities did not meet my expectations and requests.

It's a strange property. Quite tired and needs a makeover - resembles something from the 1970's but very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, the beds are amazing and the staffvare great. Walkable to the BTS, MRT and lots of restaurants and bars. Sukhumvit as an area is very busy which means there is constant road traffic noise in your room but for a central hotel it's a great place to stay.

Overall a pretty good stay, with Hotel located in lively area of BKK. About 5 -7 minute walk to BTS Asok and other modes of transportation, along with Terminal 21. Room was good, comfortable bed, good rooftop pool area and very good breakfast buffet . Hard to make a real connection with workers in such a big hotel, but they were always polite. The only thing lacking is hotel needs a bit of a deep cleaning. On the surface everything is clean, but could use some TLC. Window blinds and sills, along with nooks and crannies. I would stay again with the right deal.

Nice hotel in a great location

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It is in a great location, at one of the main intersections in Bangkok, 2 minute walk from both the Skytrain and the subway. Its also a couple of minutes walk from a large park, which is great for runs (or walks). The rooms are comfortable, and are a great value. There is a nice pool on the rooftop. The staff is also very attentive, and any issues are dealt with right away. The only thing I would comment needs improvement is in the condition of the rooms. There are small little things that need updates, such as the shower doors not quite closing, shower gel pumps not working, etc.

Had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped. Wi-Fi worked well which is always a plus for me.
Breakfast is a mixture of self-service and eggs cooked how you wanted. Good, varied selection of western and Asian food.
On the roof is a nice size pool and a gym with 2 machines and weights.
Great location for bars, restaurants, shopping mall and the MRT and sky train station.
One thing to note. The hotel is near an extremely busy junction which slows down traffic. Pre booked a Grab for airport which arrived 20 minuets late. So leave extra time.

These pictures seems like they were taken when the building was built. Definitely need to update your pictures on the website. It’s almost like your catfishing us. The only positive thing I can say is the staff and manager is excellent and I cannot fault them. If anything, they are the only redeeming aspect of this hotel.

We expected a 4 start hotel, as per reviews and Google, but was surely mistaken when we go there. We had a corner deluxe room- the floorboards of the room was stained and scratched, there was watermarks from leaks on the ceiling, cracks on the wall, the couch and towel had a stain. This hotel may have once been 4 star, but there has been no upkeep or maintenance done to uphold this rating.

To get to the rooftop pool, you need to take the lift to the highest floor it allows and then take the emergency stairs up get to the actual rooftop pool. There is also a tiny gym on this floor.

None of this is what we expected and decided we could not stay here and got a refund to stay elsewhere.

Once again, this is not a reflection on the staff who were lovely and understandable, but rather lack of maintenance and transparency about certain things.
