Comfortable Long-Stay Hotel Near the City Centre

Spacious and comfortable room in a quiet hotel — ideal for long stays. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always eager to help.

While the water pressure in the shower could be stronger and the room cleaning sometimes feels a bit superficial, these are only minor points in an otherwise pleasant experience.

Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a calm and tidy place, perfectly located near the hyper-centre yet far enough to avoid the noise and bustle.

Was a quite place to stay. Hard to walk anywhere needed to grab a cab going into the metro area. Inside the unit was clean but a few of the rooms could use some repairs.

i like my room but for having almost a suite i wished a tv and couch would have been included. there was a giant missing section in the corner where clearly a couch used to be. The fragrance that smelled like it was being put through the hotel was lovely! I will definitely come back here soon I hope one day i hope!

Average hotel, could be improved.

Hotel was clean and well located for people heading to the airport, however, the air con couldn’t be changed in the room as the buttons were broken.

Breakfast wasn’t impressive either, you get given a plate of eggs ham and bacon, but no one asked what I wanted. (I don’t eat pork - so the food was wasted). Toast is all you can eat, as is the coffee.

Also don’t take the water from the fridge, these are charged - which is just cheeky because they’re in plastic which makes them easy to take out for the day. Whereas the free ones are glass bottles that once opened can’t be closed.

The experience was good. Our stay in Bangkok was one night. It was about a 30-40min taxi drive from Lumpinee Stadium and 30min from the Suvarnabhumi airport.

Topfloor restaurant for dinner only. Photo mislead

The reason we booked for this hotel was the great view from top floor restaurant. it was impossible to have lunch because restaurant opens for dinner only. Photo shows false ads. we ordered cocktail and an ice cream at night to enjoy the view but took about 20mins to get our order to the table. not happy
wifi was bad, always need to sign in again in the morning with user name and password. very annoying signal was bad too.. check in staff was not friendly, no greetings when we leave or return back. Shower tiles is dirty and yellow.
will not come back to this hotel.

Hotel situated away from town but there is Taxi available outside the hotel . Room found clean and presentable. Breakfast was average. With western and local food . Overall , it worth the money booking the room there .

Nice boutique hotel

Stayed here for 4D3N and was pleased to know that the staff la here provided a very pleasant experience to check into our room. We only had to wait for about 5-10mins and we’re in our rooms. Rooms are pleasantly large and had a lot of room space to leave ur luggage and bedsheets were clean. However, one thing to note was that if you’re not staying in the suite, you may face an issue with e toilet’s cleanliness. There were rusty corners around the shower areas and also the water outlet on the shower head was rusty as well. My friends who were staying in the suites had a very clean toilets on contrary. If u intend to use the gym here, don’t bother as the gym is quite inadequate in terms of their range of machines and in addition, the machines were very old. If u’re just staying in the rooms for rest and not looking to use the facilities, it’s a pleasant stay.

Nice view on top floor

It is a great place near Rama 9 MRT station and Makassan Airport Link. But it takes 15 mins walk to the hotel from Makassan, along the main road. Its ok if you dont have any big pieces of luggage from the station. Overall its nice hotel with nice city view. But Wifi is not stable.

Not worth anyone's stay! Just don't stay here!

Room was moldy, Super hard bed. Water pressure was crazy! The second you turned on the faucet water would shoot out soaking your shirt then dull down to a trickle, then randomly shoot out strong again and splash everywhere, same with the small crappy shower. Floors become very slippery after just washing hands from all the water. And not to mention there was NO HAND SOAP provided! Then all night we heard people talking, You can even hear people peeing the walls are soo thin! The room doors make a loud click and SLAM when opened and closed. We heard this all night long. Then the front desk gave us a 6am wake up call that we did NOT order. After hanging up the phone we try and go back to sleep, however the housekeeping service started their rounds at 6:15am, slamming doors, giggling, talking loudly making it impossible to rest. After explaining all this to their \"manager\" he tried to upgrade our room to a suite right next to the roof top bar, I told him no way would I take a room in a louder area only to hear drunk people going in and out all night long again. We asked for a refund, he talked a lot about his experience in other hotels, i guess he was trying to \"relate\" to our situation, which was pointless because he is suppose to be solving the problem. Finally after his story about himself he said he could not refund us because the real manager is out of town. We left and switched hotels last minute. Expedia came to the rescue and refunded us fully and the difference.

Very noisy place because of many rude and inconsiderate Chinese tourists that do not care about anyone else... tiny pool.. breakfast at 250 baht ripoff.. tiny gym.. got into room and I work hi end construction and could smell chemicals straight away in room... they didn't want to do anything about it.. it gave me a headache in the first 5 minutes of being in room they gave me air freshener.. I was on 8th floor and the works were being done on the 4th floor... I complained again and they finally moved me... too many Chinese tourists which have no manners...

Old Hotel but Affordable and Clean

Really a dull area... need to walk about 20 min to get to Fortune and Central Plaza. Not much else within walking distance... couldn't even find a restaurant. Lots of stalls/street food around(ish) though.

Hotel was kinda run down but the rooms were clean and fine for the price. The gym however is almost unusable.

Convenient, modern, spacious and clean

Hotel staff very helpful, and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Continuous phone ringing near the elevators on each floor wake you up if you have a room near there. Wifi is very slow. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite for the last night which was really kind of the staff, but unfortunately neither the shower nor the bath worked properly. Would definitely stay again!

there's a lot can be better

Big room and basically reaches minimum service of what is supposed to be. Sound proofing is poor in disturbance by the noise of other guests talking & running in the corridor early morning and late at night. Washroom ventilation is poor and very hot in sun heat. Most strange and unacceptable is towel and robe hang outside, no hanger at all in it.

Great hotel, very modern, clean, comfortable, bright and spacious, good view over the city skyline. Friendly staff. The location is on a main thoroughfare with not much shopping/dining to do, but walk 10mn and there are still lots of restaurants and small eateries, and the subway station is 15mn away by foot. Taxis abound, so it's easy to go to other parts of BKK, but I don't know if it's easy to get one during rush hours. The small \"jacuzzi pool\" is not very well located (near parking and hotel entrance), but still quite enjoyable.

Great potential and good stopover budget hotel

Place was fine, but over staffed and no one really knew what was what. Also every morning about 7am very noisy and we assuming it was staff members. All in all room was fine and we had a nice stay...oh and check out the rooftop bar/restaurant ...what a view :)

Average hotel with great potential.

Overall we enjoyed our visit to Hi Residence.
We did find it overstaffed + no one really knew the hierarchy.
Also every am it was extremely noisy, we assume it was the staff members.
Still good room and rooftop bar is worth a look..amazing :)

We spent in total 7 nights at the hotel. Due to the price, we didn't expect much but surely this option is better than going to the backpack hostel with the same price. The room is fine except the bathroom which has a bit of smell from bad ventilation and humidity. Breakfast is generous with Thai, Chinese, American style but might be too expensive if you want just a good cup of coffee and brioches.

The staff are all nice and helpful. Thanks very much!
It’s also clean inside the room and spacious which is important to me. A balcony lets you enjoy the city view. But please do not expect it is of 5-star level inside, and it’s worth for that price!

It’s located 15 mins walk from Makasan station. It’s not recommended if you have too many luggage with you to walk since the roads are narrow to walk. But good for a backpacker or with a small luggage.

Recommend for people who love quiet area.

Værelset lugtede uhumsk og indelukket, som om der ikke bliver brugt rengøringsmidler, men blot bliver fejet.
Ophæng til TV i soveværelset, men intet TV.
Drejelås til afløb i badekarret virkede ikke.
Plastikproppen til afhjælp af ovenstående passede ikke, så vandet løb ud.
Intet varmt vand i hanen til badekarret.
Brusehovedet var tilkalket.
Gulvet i opholdsrummet var løst, med centimeter store gab i samlingerne og mildest talt livsfarligt at gå på.

アメニティは、
シャンプーとボディシャンプーとシャワーキャップのみ。歯ブラシさえない。
4つ星ホテル？いやいや、2つでしょう。
フロントスタッフは愛想は良いけど、夜はソファで寝てるし、プールも6畳くらいのサイズで小さすぎて泳げない。
ジムも誰一人使ってない。
お水の追加も置いてくれてない。
町から遠すぎる。
真横のコンビニは早く閉まる。
良い点は、掃除は行き届いてる。
枕は臭くない。

Rent og nydeligt hotel til prisen. Dog er placeringen helt off, så kommer du Som familie så genovervej om dette er for dig. Personalet er rart og du bliver godt taget imod. Dog skal du betale 2000 baht i depositum, hvilket er meget i kontanter, så du bliver eskorteret ned i nærmeste atm hvis du ikke kan betale.

快適でしたよ！

ホテルは清潔で、部屋も広くて快適でした。
朝食もお粥や麺が美味しかったです。
駅からちょっと距離がありますが、10〜15分くらいなので、ゆっくり散歩しながら楽しむのもあり！
最上階のバーもゆっくりくつろげたので、毎日利用していました。

問題のあるホテル

朝食は事前に電話をしてオーダーをしてからレストランに向かうのだが、
30分待っても何も提供してくれません。
途中何度言っても朝食は来ません。
店員はスマホを見ながら適当にブラブラしているだけです。
怒ってレストランを出て部屋に戻っても、レストランからもフロントからも、謝罪どころか何の連絡もなし。

ジュニアスイートは部屋が広くて快適で好きですが、とにかくメンテナンスが悪くバスタブにお湯を入れようとすると蛇口からお湯が漏れ出す。トイレは詰まって逆流する。部屋のメンテナンスとホスピタリティは圧倒的に問題があります。
結局食べなった2泊分の朝食代は返金もされず、サンダルで歩いてしまって汚してしまったバスマットのクリーニング代だけは、しっかりと請求されました。
