Conveniently located as it is connected to subway (which connects you so the Palace area) and direct train from the airport. The breakfast is brilliant as well. Room is spacious. The only complaint is that the hotel entrance is located within a hidden small street so it looks a bit unfit to the hotel itself.

The hotel's location is very good as it's right behind the MRT station (underground) and a few minutes walk to the airport link train which will take you straight to Suvarnabhumi airport.

I enjoyed my stay in here in every way except for Internet connectivity. A good, firm bed, cold air conditioning, perfect location, friendly staff, and clean and stylish conditions. But the Internet was so poor, I used 3G data instead.

For me it is very convenient to both the BTS (To airports and the MRT and can access the CBD very easily, out of the hassle of the main tourist areas, only small issue there are no really close restaurant’s, very good for short stays. If you know how to get around BKK a good place to stay.

The hotel is beginning to show signs of aging and a sprucing up is definitely required. If it is not a renovation, at least a thorough cleaning exercise and a change of the towels, etc. Compared with my earlier stay, you can certainly tell that the hotel is wearing down. The good things of this hotel is the price (good value for money) and close proximity to the Makkasan airport rail station.

Straight forward 3 star hotel without much bell and whistle. Which is good as it shows in its affordable price. The cleanliness is 3 star hotel clean, not spotless. The hot water shower temperature is not consistent as it fluctuate between warm and hot, no matter the time of day used. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The fridge is the star of the room. It's cold and stays that way. The hotel is walking distance to Airport Link and MRT.

Average hotel in a quiet back street. Complimentary breakfast with daily changing menu. We stayed for 3 nights. Daily housekeeping, but our bed linen was never changed. One day, we left our room at tenish, then hanged the *Please clean room* tag on the door. When we returned at 3pm for a rest, the tag was still there. This hotel has only 90 rooms. A little disappointed from a Furama=managed hotel.

This is a conveniently located hotel connected to the airport by rail and there is a metro station nearby as well (2 minutes walk). We were just spending one night in Bangkok before catching our flight back to the US. Nice, comfortable and quiet rooms and good breakfast as well. Will stay here again if I'm ever stopping in BKK just for an overnight.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to the trains and our church. Stayed there both at the beginning and end of our trip to Thailand. Clean hotel. The chef in the restaurant is amazing. We loved the breakfast buffet as well as dinner. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and in excellent condition. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations for the price, so I consider it a fantastic value. There's not much in the immediate area, but it's proximity to the subway and the airport train compensates for that.

The location is good if you just want to take the airport train from BKK and get into town quick without dealing with taxis or the BTS/subway. It's a short walk from the airport link station. The hotel is a easy 20 min walk to Terminal 21 mall at Ashok where lots of other tourist stuff is, or you can just take the subway right next door and its one stop. The downside: the wifi in my room was very slow and cut off a lot. The hotel itself seems like it's getting a bit run down. My room was smaller than I thought it would be. The bed was on the firm side. They charge 20 thb per page to print anything, which is pretty ridiculous. I only stayed three nights, otherwise I'd have regretted booking this place as I could have gotten an Airbnb for same price but twice as big. Would not stay again.
