The hotel itself is fairly modern with well-designed and modern features. The staff is exceptional. Well located with the MTRA station, Bank of Bangkok, grocery store (Panda), 7-11 and other service providers within a couple of blocks. On-site restaurant is closed at this time, however.

Cute boutique hotel. The rooftop wasn’t available during my stay. It’s also on a very active street close to the highway so it was pretty hard to walk around. Not much around tbh. But it was just a hotel I stayed I stayed at for 1 night before my flight.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip last minute so didn't actually get to stay at Zazz, but the staff and management were super helpful with my booking and refund. I'll definitely be rebooking with Zazz again when I can reschedule another trip

Nice if you want to be outside Sukhumvit but easily able to get a ride in. Very well positioned for the airport expressway. TC Green is nice to walkaround and has a few handy shops. Staff always friendly and want you to enjoy your stay. 🙏

Great place with an amazing price. Room was clean and the staffs were friendly. Drinks were strong as well. One downside (although does not affect me much) is that it is a bit far out from the MRT and crossing the road to RCA does take a lot of courage.

We booked into the Suite, which was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, spacious and an amazing bath tub! The food was great and the service excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff!

Terrible!

A few staff members are solid but about half this staff (the week staff, not weekend) is the worst trained, most insolent and lazy group I've even seen.

Floors of concrete. Right in the middle of a horrendous cave of pollution, highways stacked above highways.

When I first arrived I wasn’t able to get an early check in the agent said it will cost 1000 baht. So I asked to check my bags instead and went to sightsee the city. I called the hotel since it was getting late to inform them i would come back late in the night the gentleman on the phone said oh your still coming I said yes he barely spoke English and didn’t understand me. During check out while waiting for housekeeping to check my room a couple came to check in early. I noticed the interaction between the clerk and couple he offered them a seat. The couple proceeded to sit while the clerk checked them in. Than came a lady and brought the couple a welcome drink each. That’s strange I never received one. As I kept watching the clerk I noticed he was checking them in early without charge. I was never treated welcome from the start. I approached the gentleman and asked why I never received a welcome drink he said oh maybe the ladies were busy. I said The ladies were talking they weren’t busy at all. Than I asked why the couple if checked in early and I didn’t his response oh I’m sorryand smile. What he should have done is offered me a welcome drink since I never got one. Just keep in mind The room is extremely small motel. I wouldn’t say it’s a boutique style hotel. It’s near the road far from everything. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Could be much better with some basic improvements

The rooms are nice, but our bed sheets smelled like they had been sitting in storage for months without washing or using. I asked the staff to replace them but I think they didn't understand me and just made the bed instead of changing the sheets.

Also, the fact that breakfast wasn't included was very disappointing, considering basically all competitors in that price range do include it.

All were excellent.The staff was very helpful. She was willing to help me put the extra bed. Then I could stay with my 2 kids. She also upgraded our room to the bigger one which was terrific. The room was very clean. All in the room were excellent which made me sleep very well and stay comfortably for 2 nights. I definitely go back again.

Had an overall pleasant stay. Staff was nice and professional. Room was clean and comfy. Location was near a night market that had good food and cheap. Rooftop bar had a nice ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.

Brought a friend in from the United States and our condo was not large enough to accommodate all. We have been to Zazz for their rooftop bar and it happened to be next door to us. The rooms are immaculate and clean. The staff is very friendly and speak English pretty well. Will definitely use them again when friends are in town.

The hotel is new but it’s not Near the CBD. Overall a decent Budget hotel but somehow the rooms were really small so felt a bit trapped. The rooms and washroom are very clean but hotel is a bit tad small

The bed was very comfortable and the location was good. The staff was mostly mostly very courteous and food was great. I can't give it the best rating due to a few issues. When I was checking in the gentlemen told me the mini bar and everything in it was complimentary. It wasn't. I realized he was mistaken when I found the price list of items nearby. There was a late night menu in the room but I was told the kitchen was closed when I called to order from the late night menu. This may or may not be true. I'm still not sure. There may be some communication issues within the staff because I was desperate to do laundry, and when I asked the desk downstairs about laundry service at the hotel I was told they don't offer laundry service. So I sought a laundry service nearby but I wasn't comfortable with that, so I asked a different lady at the desk if she could recommend a laundry service when I was informed that they do in fact have a laundry service at the hotel. This miscommunication caused me to go with out clean clothes longer than necessary and I had to purchase new clothes. When I finally did receive my clothes, they still smelled and looked unlaundered. It was total waste of my time and money and I had to continue my travels with dirty laundry. I won't stay here again for this reason.

We stayed one night - our last in Bangkok before returning home following our 2 week long Thailand honeymoon. The hotel is clean, stylish and reasonably priced, with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast. Also easily accessible from both Bangkok airports (we had flown into Don Mueang and out of Suvarnbhumi the following day)

We had a little bit of difficulty locating the hotel when we checked in - it is in a condo complex and we were unsure of which building, which led to our Grab driver dropping us off the wander around until we found it. Once we did, everything was great!

Amazing hotel and staff, not so great location

Other than the location, the hotel was amazing.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were INCREDIBLY friendly.

The people who work at the hotel (including the cleaners) always went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves.

There was also a 7/11 very conveniently placed nearby, so we could buy food and other things at all hours for an affordable price.

It is clean and comfort. We can walk to the nightclub in 5-10min. It is not too far to walk to club. The wall is soundproof so, the room is so quiet and privacy.

Great stay !

Room was clean and neat, condition of the room was great as well. Staff were nice, helpful and very well-mannered. The only problem is that it is not really near any BTS’s or MRT’s, the nearest is a 15-20min walk away, so the only way around would be to take a cab.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel has a business trip atmosphere and is located pretty far from tourist sites. Overall it was a very nice hotel but not in a good tourist location.

A new hotel still working out the kinks

Zazz is a new hotel right only a few hundred meters away from the RCA alley/Bar scene. It's an okay hotel that could be great. It has the feeling of a hotel that is still trying to work out a few kinks, particularly service-wise. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable....downright soft! Not typical of the rock hard mattresses you typically find in Thailand. The TV system is new and nice. Their Wifi was good. Bathroom was good. So what's the problem? Service! They onyl had one employee that was good and she resigned during our stay. Our bathroom drains got clogged and they couldn't be cleaned out, for some reason. The front desk rarely got a taxi without trouble. On my departure, they could not understand that I needed a mini van taxi and it created a very long and painful exit. Lots of mosquitoes in the hallways because hall windows and room doors were left open during cleaning. Roof top restaurant is expensive and food portions are very small.

This hotel could be a great stay one day, but it needs to improve service quality before it will get there. If you're just there to party at RCA though, then it's a very good location and you might not care about the little things.

Great stay overall however rain leaked in window woke up to messy and very wet floor stepped out of bed into a big puddle slipped over did offer to change suites menu needs sorting says room service until 6am tryed to at 10:30 bit was refused
Great bar on roof had breakfast and eveing meal was ok very friendly staff

That staff are very friendly, the rooms are super clean, the bed is soft and comfy, but the roof top bar/lounge is so nice and romantic. They played music while we enjoyed our happy drinks that were the bomb!!! When I come back to Bangkok that will be my spot!!!

Overall a hotel with lots of promise

It was a little difficult to find, which proved to be a bit of a hassle, what should have been a 5 minute taxi journey turned out to be over an hour, We tried google maps, and apple maps one pin was in a pond!! This coupled with the fact they were too busy to answer the phone to give directions to our cab driver didn't make for the greatest of starts to our visit.

The Receptionist seemed a little flustered upon our arrival, and explained she had just been checking 7 guests in upstairs. My girlfriend had just had an operation, so after the one hour taxi debacle we just wanted to check in quickly.

Very impressed with the quality of the rooms, very pleasing on the eye, all fitted out to a very high standard.

Ordered some room service, it was swift and the food was excellent.

They also comped the food bill as an apology for the checkin problems.

I'm guessing the hotel is quite new, so I would expect a few teething problems, another was that we went to order from the nighttime menu 10pm-6am as it was stated on the menu, only to be told that there was none.

In the morning the receptionist was aware of the problem and when we asked for a late check out, they gave us a complimentary stay.

Overall the hotel shows a lot of promise and although a few mistakes were made, they were keen to rectify the problems and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

I would recommend a stay and we will be returning in a weeks time

Awesome place!

I had a great stay at Zazz. It is new, clean, with a decent location. The decor is modern and has a hipster feel. You can walk across the street to Route 66 for night life. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely stay here again!

普通に綺麗

普通に綺麗なホテル。ジムはとても小さいので、無いよりは良いくらいで考えた方が良いかと。コストと立地を考えれば丁度良い感じでしょうか。個人的には利便性はさほど高くないと思いますが。

The location is gods because opposite of the hotel is a night market. But that’s it. We have to take the shuttle to central plaza. Lake of entertainment, but the price is attractive. Staff are very kind, but hotel facilities need to improve.
