Friendly staff and large clean rooms. Water provided in the room each day. Hotel is just outside a busy area but has a free shuttle tuk tuk to terminal 21 shopping centre and nearest metro/BTS station. Breakfast is decent with option to order eggs. It wasn’t a cheap stay but that might be standard for Bangkok, first time visiting. I would recommend.

A hidden gem

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a lovely restaurant and rooftop pool with a spectacular view. Also easy access to public transport. Nana Chard Pier a 5 min walk and Asok Sky Train and Sukhumvit Metro Station a 10-15min walk.

Gorgeous hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view of the skyline. The food from the hotel restaurant was lovely and the bar/pool area in the evening was a great place to sit with live music playing. Not loud music just nice background music

The reception staff were incredibly helpful - their recommendations made my stay in Bangkok one of the best I've had. Also the free tuktuk was a real bonus - it was always available to take you to the stations/shops.

Pros: the rooms were newly decorated and large - space for a small coffee table and two chairs that were comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous with a huge walk-in shower. However the carpet on part of the room and hallway was old and worn. The hallways were very hot but the AC worked well in the room. The free tuk tuk to the mall and sky train station was excellent. Walking distance to Above Eleven - an amazing sky bar restaurant on 34th floor. The option for airport transfers was a bonus - had to pay though. Free breakfasts had many options. Staff were excellent

Good location and hotel. Great rooms and comfortable bed/pillow. Breakfast had a nice selection of offerings and plenty of seating available. Rooftop bar & food offerings were excellent and the sunbeds were great to use until you were cooked in the 30+ temperature, luckily there was shade to be found and parasols available at some of the beds. The only downside was that Hotels.com status was not recognized when asking for a late checkout.

About 7 mins walk to Sukhumvit rd with road not very busy so safe to walk about. We didn’t actually use pool but area looked lovely and clean and was usually busy. Breakfast were nice but hot dishes seemed to be repeated a lot but you had option of ordering bacon eggs and all the trimmings at no extra cost. Lovely coffee. Everywhere was spotless and the staff very friendly and couldn’t help enough would definitely go back and visit again

Stayed 4 nights. Room, king size bed was comfortable, good size room and bathroom. Water pressure is good with good temperature control. Free hourly tuk tuk service from hotel to Terminal 21. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing was, carpet in the room could have been vacuumed better.

Все очень понравилось, но есть пожелание - на завтраке европейским туристам было бы удобно, если бы в ряду горячих азиатских блюд стоял омлет или скрэмбл, так как на каждом столике есть листок заказа блюд из яиц, но это сильно увеличивает время, если для кого-то это важно. Остальное великолепно!

Hotel was fine, good breakfast, pool and gym.
We had 2 connecting rooms and arrived late at night all tired from a long international flight. Once we went to bed the kids’ room telephone kept ringing-I had to unplug it. Then all the lights kept randomly coming on in our room and the ac went off. This happened on and off for an hour or so. I called reception, they said they’d send someone but no one arrived in 10 mins and I was too tired to keep standing at the door waiting. Had to take the key out of the power slot which meant the lights stayed off but we also didn’t have ac, other than what drifted through from the kids room. Very annoying night.

There are cameras in my room, Staff made me, a totally disabled veteran walk miles by tell8ng me 5hat their motel drivers could not transport me while they transported everyone else. Poison food, staff and tenants set up customers for elimination or hospitalization.

- The hotel is dimly lit and gives off an outdated travelodge / love hotel vibe. The carpets are threadbare, there are stains in the floor and marks on the walls, the lighting fixtures are dirty, the vents have loose screws.
- The smell in the rooms and hallways was musky reflective of the environment.
- The staff there clearly despise their job and the tourists even more.
- The breakfast was mostly inedible. The noodles was disgusting and you can see into the kitchen where they make the breakfast, and it is so unappetising.
- The staff at the front desk are liars and not useful. They ruined my first day there. I told them I wanted to take the shuttle tuktuk with my family 15 minutes before. She said it would leave at 9am. I saw 4 people waiting ahead of me so I asked whether there would be enough space and she said there would be as there are two tuktuks. At 9am the first tuktuk left with 4 people, and no driver came for the second one. I then asked when we could leave and she said they’re every hour!
- On the third day, the hallway smelled strongly of weed.
- The shampoo/ shower gel are so tiny for two people. 25ml shower gel which means 5.75ml per shower - assuming two people and a shower in morning and evening (35 degree heat). That’s smaller than a teaspoon.
- Dirty cups left in the hallways for days.
- The room cleaning was bare minimum

I would not return to this hotel because of the poor first impression. When I first arrived at the room, the floor was dirty, mat under the coffee table was dirty, the bed got dust (very obvious on a white sheet), the desk and coffee table both got dust and .
It's a very very long distance to walk to main road. The hotel provides hourly tuk tuk service to BTS/MRT Asoke hourly from 7am to 8pm.
Brekkie options are ok.

The only problem was they kept running out of towels. They’d take them away late morning and give you clean ones a few hours later. I’d rather they left me a used one than none at all.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The staff were all very warm and friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great with lots of hot water at bay time of the day. We had complimentary water in the fridge each day. The rooftop bar is good n the evenings. Decent cocktails and food is served. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. We were within walking distance to Terminal 21 for great shopping and many eateries.

Overall very happy with hotel. Small but nice room, good a/c in room, hot water, great water pressure, and solid Wi-Fi. Free breakfast was exceptional; and the small room service menu was good enough and the food was solid.

Two very minor complaints: 1) a/c in the breakfast area could be better. Having a coffee would result in sweating (October timeframe). Location is close to things in general but way down at the end of soi/street. Free hourly shuttle offsets this. I would recommend, though I have nothing to compare it to in Bangkok.

Nestled in a highly sought-after location, the hotel boasts of convenient location with drivers happy to transport you to and from your destination. Impressively, the hotel is situated in close proximity to the airport, which is an undeniable convenience. Moreover, the hotel's strategic placement provides guests with a plethora of attractions to explore and indulge in during their stay.

However, the swimming pool may not be suitable for young children who cannot swim, as it lacks a shallow area. Additionally, the dinner service was rather slow, with multiple instances where I had to venture out to locate a server. It took more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive on multiple occasions.

On a positive note, the rooms are incredibly spacious, with the family rooms boasting an abundance of beds. Overall, the hotel's location is superb, and I hope for faster dinner service in the future.

wow what an incredible stay! staff was unbelievably helpful and kind, complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the pool deck bar is stunning, and the hotel is close enough to walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaraunts and just so much to do! it is a bit of a walk, so there are tuk tuks available always id you dont want to walk. maitria mode totally exceeded our expectations, and should we ever return to bangkok, (which we likely will) we will without a doubt stay here again. thank you!

Staff were helpful and good. Breakfast OK.
My room was large and well, tho quirkily, appointed.
But I was in a room just above the gym, which is open 24 hours, and the regular thumping there, was disturbing.
Ask for a room well away from the gym!
The internet was extrememely slow some of the time - almost down to dial-up capabilities.

I chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews and i am pleased to say they were right! This is a gem. It is a little walk from
the BTS or Sukhumvit. But thats no bad thing and there are plenty of moto taxis.
The hotel itself feels great, breakfast is good and I enjoyed the room service food. Great walk in shower too and the toppings on the cake are the gym and pool. Highly recommended!

Issue with hot water sorted out promptly and a relaxing dinner by the pool was a great way to finish off my stay--thank you!

Complimentary shuttle to and from the Mall and train station make this hotel very convenient. Rooftop pool, bar and resto are a welcome end to a long, hot day in busy Bangkok. The staff are friendly and offer lots of suggestions for activities and things to do. Breakfast is amazing and the resto menu delicious. Definitely one of the best Boutique Hotel Chains.
