They gave me a room on the third floor and the bed was in a loft with a very narrow winding staircase. Never expected such room in my life and it was not mentioned on the room description.

I really liked everything about this hotel, the style, decor, cleanliness, bed comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, as well as the reception staff. I wish I could give it a 5 but almost every night the music was extremely loud and into the early morning hours, coming from their own cafe. I was on the floor above the cafe so maybe other rooms aren’t as bad, but if sleep is important ask for a room away from the street and cafe. Also I was in two different rooms and the cook top didn’t work in either. There are easily fixable things, in which case I would have given a 5. The neighborhood isn’t great but safe enough and easy to get to most anywhere in bogota by uber or Cabify

Terible room with a very bad staircase.
Don’t book these rooms as they post a hazard.
The glass railings seems not enough to support you incase you loose your balance.

Used to be one of my favorite in Chapinero.
Breakfast became poorer over the year.
Their popularity get to their head already and the customer service is going down. They are loosing it.

I would rather go to Mer Cure 3 blocks away.
Better room and better breakfast. Almost the same price.

Please read:
I usually stay at this property over the years.
They used to be the best when it comes to customer service and hospitality.
They are now wayy too low on that.
Very strict on check-in time. You have to show up there on the dot or later. And It will take you around 30mins to check in and get the room key.
They will not proactively check you in and verify your documents ealier than that, and when check in time at 3pm, everyone (guest) will be showing up at the same time and they will be overwhelmed.
Past 2 days, breakfast is just eggs/tomato/onion. No more ham.
No sausage or bacon.
Just few bread and usually just a roll looking bread. No more croisant.
Price wise, they went all the way double they used to be, which is fine.
I would rather stay at Mer c ure Chapinero next time if i have a choice.

The hotel is very unique and cute. The staff were great, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. We didn’t like the spiral stairs going up to the loft bedroom. They are treacherous in the middle of the night. Book the hotel, but ask for a one level room.

The Hotel is centrally located and not far from bus station. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! They helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Bogotá

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly updated and very clean. The rooms we stayed in all had a mini kitchenette. A simple breakfast was provided with fresh fruits and freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The street that the hotel is located on is very dirty and felt unsafe at night. The neighborhood is fine in the day time but felt unsafe after dark. For the price point, this hotel provided a very comfortable stay.

The room has no windows, there is a very narrow spiral staircase to get down to the bathroom (very challenging in the middle of the night without any nightlight). The lights in the sleeping area don't work. And it's very noisy due to a party on the ground floor that somehow channels the sound up to the third floor. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy.

Leo is alway great.
He always offer help navigating the city and tourist destination the easiest way. He even recommended a driver to brought us to Salt Cathedral.
Very affordable friendly hotel in the middle of Chapinero.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grace Chapiero. The area around the hotel is walkable and felt safe. The staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned every day and was very well kept. We particularly liked that the room included a stove top on which to make tea. The room also had a refrigerator. The hotel was able to watch our luggage on our last day in Bogota so we could explore the city before our evening flight. Additionally they helped us with arranging transport to the airport. Overall was an enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

Been staying at Grace Chapinero every now and then.

Affordable, Nice decent space and very welcoming staff.

I have seen this local hotel 2-3years ago and every time I come back, there is always new.

Improved signage.

Improved lights and grasses around the hotel.

I hope they repaint the green entrance door with something better. Yellow? Or something more unique.

Don't judge a book by its cover - this place rocks

This hotel was great and a hidden gem. The outside looks non-descript, even sketchy but once you get inside this place is amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I really like the quirky design touches in the hallways. If you're looking to go out clubbing or drinking in Chapinero, it's a 5 minute walk from the \"neighborhood.\" And for the price, you absolutely can't go wrong.

One note - if you get one of the larger rooms/suites, you'll probably be on the third floor and the bed is in a loft about the main part of your room where the bathroom and living area is. It wasn't an issue at all, but you have to navigate some stairs to get to the very comfortable bedroom space that awaits you!

Great place to land in Bogotá

Loved the space I had with a wonderful view of the street and such a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there 24 hours. I always enjoyed breakfast. And the neighborhood was excellent for exploring. Was glad to land at Grace Chapeneron Hotel for the week!

Great place. Fix the key cards, though.

Great place to stay, in general. Clean, friendly staff, solid breakfast.

Unfortunately, the room keys are cards that have the hotel name AND room number on them. So if your card is stolen, the thief knows exactly where to use the card. I’ve never in my life seen this. It’s a very unnecessary security risk.

Hotel room is nice with small kitchenette, hotel itself has a unique decoration, there is a small restaurant connected where they do a made to order simple breakfast. There can be a little noise from the neighborhood in the day and early evening. Hotel walkable to the transmilenio, various restaurants, clothing shops on carrera 13 and more exclusive restaurants off of carrera 7.

Hotel bem central com muito comércio próximo. Quarto muito limpo, bonito e com chuveiro excelente. Porém muito apertado e pouco iluminado. Acho que poderiam diminuir a cama de modo que fosse possível abrir a mala no chão.
O lounge estava em obras, mas parecia muito agradável. Tem um restaurante mexicano que funciona após servir o café da manhã, que era ok
Cruzando a avenida 7 tem uma área muito bonita e com os melhores restaurantes que experimentamos de culinária amazônica colombiana. Salvo Pátria e Mini Mal. Super indicamos de verdade. Usamos as bikes públicas compartilhadas para visitar as zonas T, G e La candelária. Tem várias estações no entorno do hotel o que facilitou muito a visita dessa que é a capital com mais trânsito de carros das Américas e talvez do mundo..

Al estarme bañado y cerrar las puertas de cristal, se rompieron y cayeron sobre mi, esto me generó heridas en oreja, hombros, mano izquierda, rodillas y ambos pies.
Fue una situación terrible que no debe ocurrir, aunque el personal me ayudó y enviaron un médico a checarme me parece que la instalación frágil y peligrosa debe de checarse

Es un hotel que engaña por fuera, sin embargo la habitación me encantó. En Uber está el centro como a 20 minutos por el tráfico y el costo es como de 4 dólares aproximadamente y del aeropuerto unos 45 minutos y el costo de Uber es de 8 dólares. El desayuno sencillo pero bien para salir. Parece una zona un poco peligrosa aparte de que están construyendo
el metro cerca hay mucha obra pero es un lugar seguro. En realidad hay que tener cuidado como en toda ciudad y me pareció excelente. Si lo recomiendo ampliamente..cuidado con los billetes que les den cambio, dan mucho billete falso en Bogotá
