Lovely stay. It is in a great area near lots of restaurants and has a small supermarket over the road. The room was smaller than we expected from the photos, but perfectly fine for what we needed. They do breakfast and have a kitchen that is available for guests to use, but we didn’t use either of these so can’t comment. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Bogota.

I paid for an executive suite through Expedia but upon arrival they said a suite wasn’t available. Staff weren’t warm or apologetic about it. They didn’t give me any money back. This hotel sits on uphill curve on a busy street. You hear trucks annd motorcycles constantly. And there is a bar attached to the property. Rooms facing the street are exceptionally noisy.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great. The buffet breakfast with made to order eggs was delicious. Finally, the price was unbeatable: we got two executive suites for two nights each and paid about $350. Would definitely stay here again!!

Do know that it’s about a 20-30 ride from the main tourist attractions, but that is only a $5 uber ride.

Lovely area, atheistic but no noise insulation

Well situated and a modern building with nice furnishings. The room is ok size and has a TV on the wall along with a desk. We had a small balcony. Bathroom is atheistic but the plumbing for the toilet is weak and the shower gel / shampoo (was the same) felt cheap. Would have been good if they left more amenities in the room. We used the iron which was old and tatty and needed replacing.

The worst part about the hotel was the lack of noise insulation in the room. Despite being on the 6th floor we could hear the traffic outside (we would be woken whenever a motorbike drove past) and you could hear the room next to us - this left us with terrible sleep during our stay and would be why we ultimately would not stay again. This was worsened by the fact that to enter the building, you have to ring a bell which can be heard from your room, we got woken up about 3am by someone ringing it!

Staff were reasonably friendly and breakfast was good albeit it would be good if they extended the hours, stopping at 9am is early IMO.

Great Hotel with great value for money. A shame we had a second floor room with view to the street and we can hear the street sound.

We didn't received an upgrade for our VIP status of my husband. But we received a bottle of wine in our room.

The lobby was very beautiful! I had the grand double room and it was wonderful and spacious. The tv in the room was the best feature and the bathroom was very nice and shower had hot water. Overall, friendly staff and excellent location. The only problem I had was being charged for a 3rd guest even though it was only two people (myself included).

Good clean place located in a nice neighborhood with access to great restaurants. Decent breakfast, good fit and finish in the common areas but my room feels unfinished furnishing. No AC but should be fine with the temperature dropping at night. During the day can stay cool by pooping the window open. When the window is open however the street noise is quite loud. Other than that everything was great.

The room was as advertised on the pictures, the service was good. The breakfast buffet was nice but got a room on the 6th floor and the elevator was broken. Seems like it will be fixed soon because they were actively working on fixing it. (but would be a nice thing to be told beforehand) Also the wifi in the room was quite unreliable so i had to either use my data or go down ( using the stairs ) to work on my computer.

The view from the room was nice ( like open view ) and the neighborhood was nice.

Great place for the money. Rooms were very nice and the showers plenty of hot water. Wifi was average at best and would go out for small periods of time. Breakfast was very limited with your choice of eggs and not many sides. Tons of coffee and juice though. Elevator went out for a brief time...it is very old and needs to replaced. Place just got redone on the bottom and was very pleasing. Staff was excellent. For the money hard to beat!

This hotel is ….SO CUTE! I loved the architectural details to the rooms and the public areas. Spotlessly clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly, with the extra details we needed. We felt like a million dollars when we walked into the lobby. And the hotel room felt like a special holiday. The bed was very comfortable, and shower was delightful (and hot water!)—and there was even a refrigerator! We wanted to stay longer in Bogotá just to enjoy the hotel.
