Cervino is located at the foot of the 'Gran Becca”, an exclusive location where our guests’ wishes come true. Skiing up to Zermatt in winter, exploring the glaciers of the Matterhorn and the many historic routes of Valtournenche in summer, guests can relax in a unique and refined environment, enjoying a dream SPA at the foot of the enchanted mountain par excellence.
Four types of rooms are available, dominated by the harmonious fusion between classic and modern, a friendly coexistence between mountain style and contemporary spirit. From the sea to the mountains, the two sides of Italian cuisine are reinterpreted by the Panorama Restaurant with a panoramic view and by the Abrì, the à la carte restaurant, which offers traditional dishes of the typical Aosta Valley cuisine in an innovative key.
A sumptuous area inside the lobby welcomes the Zero Lounge Bar & Bistrot where you can sip delicious cocktails while enjoying a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Rates exclude a discretionary contribution of 5% on the cost of the stay, and 15% on the bar and restaurant bills.
This contribution, if chosen to pay, goes entirely to the employees.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and well maintained. The staff is cordial and efficient. The concierge service found is excellent restauranst in Cervino. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt though we had a car we preferred using their MBZ shuttle. The spa was also beautiful and luxurious. We look forward to returning.

Fabulous Hotel and Great for Skiing Break
What a lovely hotel! We stayed as a couple for a weeks skiing and had a great time. the facilities are excellent, the rooms plenty big enough (we had a standard room), the bathroom had a lovely rainwater shower and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from town but there is a hotel run complimentary bus service that runs from 8.30 - 10.30pm. We never waited longer than 5 mins its super efficient. The ski room was great with lockers and heated boot warmers. There is also a small but great ski shop in the basement for ski hire etc. We were only B&B but ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and it was lovely. Food was great and breakfast was everything you could need. I honestly could not fault it - is it 5* I am not sure but it *is definitely a very good 4* and perfect for what we wanted.

I travel a lot and never write reviews, but was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel that I thought I would write one this time. First, the hotel is brand new, which means it is in great shape. Second, it is a little outside of Cervinia, but their shuttle bus process makes it very easy to get back and forth dropping off and picking up for skiing right at the lift. Most surprising, the food at diner was amazing and the dining room and bar service was excellent. I don't know if this is the same at all Mythos Hotels, but I will try them in the future to see.

Hotel is inconveniently located, just outside of the main center, so you either have to take a shuttle or drive and fight for parking.
Hotel’s shuttle service is unpredictable and not frequent enough. Shuttle is small and several times we had to wait up to an hour because the shuttle we were waiting for couldn’t accommodate enough people.

Apparently there is a dress code for the dining room. This is not mentioned on the website anywhere. My nephew was sent back to his room to change (he was in relaxed neat attire after a strenuous skiing day). He was not dressed badly

The NYE gala dinner menu was pre-sent to us. It consisted only of seafood. I emailed to inform that our group had allergies. They acknowledged this and said menu would be adapted but on arrival at the hotel they said they had no information on this despite confirmation
5. Delays with organising a transfer via reception back to the airport. Took 3 days and speaking to manager to get costs.

The NYE gala dinner menu was pre-sent to us. It consisted only of seafood. I emailed to inform that our group had allergies. They acknowledged this and said menu would be adapted but on arrival at the hotel they said they had no information on this despite confirmation

La nostra camera era semplicemente stupenda: curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Tornare qui dopo una giornata di sci è stato un piacere indescrivibile.
Anche il ristorante è stato un’esperienza straordinaria: piatti deliziosi, una selezione impeccabile di vini e un’atmosfera intima e accogliente che ci ha conquistati fin dal primo momento.

Was supposed to be one of the better hotels but was a big disappointment. On the very first evening, we pointed out that the room was very hot and the reception assured that they would check this as quickly as possible. We wanted to go to bed so we agreed that they should check it the next day. We reminded them when we left in the morning but when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done. When we reminded them again, we learned that the AC was not in function in the summer and that we could only open the door to the balcony. But outside there were lots of insects. we Had very hot and uncomfortable nights.
Otherwise, the breakfast was decent but little choice and always empty of something and took a long time to refill. Dinner was expensive and poor, not a lucky combination. They allow guests to bring dogs into the restaurant. The rooms were quite normal but very small.
