Nice resort! Room is clean with beautiful views of ocean and pools through a big sliding door and balcony but you have to close it when you’re sleeping because of air planes taking off from the air port near by. Breakfast is quite good with Western food and Eastern food, staffs at front desk are just okay not as courtesy as other resorts but other staffs are fine.

It’s definitely worth it! We would come back.

Room ok, impressive double entry security system to lifts and rooms (pity it wasn’t manned/switched on) breath is literally a rubbish tip. Outside space desolate, poorly maintained, overgrown and a wind tunnel. Too much shade.
Staff ok but the lights just weren’t on. No amenities. Breakfast indifferent, evening canteen (restaurant) felt very soviet. We were booked in for 3 nights, left after the first night…no refund.

Place is a mega hotel void of soul. I would recommend giving this corporate place of profit a hard pass. Shuttle didn’t arrive and I was blamed for missing it by the sweet but hopeless manager. No compensation was offered for 450,000 dong taxi taken. Dirty plastic strew beach alongside wind swept pool and cold ‘hot tub’. Mediocre food at buffet, that most guests bail on for superior local restaurants, rather than brave overpriced meals. If your only experience with Vietnam is this accommodation you won’t want to return. Stayed in 500 hotels in last two years, would rate this as worst experience. Knew it was a ripoff when they wouldn’t refund money an hour after making reservation - true test of a lacking hotel. Two thumbs down.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed a night before our international flight. It was terrible experience, too crowded and under staffing. Not so many activities for kids. Food quality was bad, we got abdominal pain with diarrhea after eating breakfast buffet. Would not recommend this resort.

Rummen var bra!
Men faciliteterna runt om kring hotellet under all kritik. Sedan utbudet av restauranger på hotellet var dåligt ( för att vara ett så kallat 5 stjärniga hotell). Pool området var bra och personalen var mycket behjälplig.

Giá cả hợp lý, dịch vụ tốt. Mình thấy nhân viên thân thiện và khá chuyên nghiệp, đợt đó mình đến check in sớm nhưng các bạn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt là các món ăn ngon miệng và hợp khẩu vị. Có cơ hội nhất định mình sẽ quay lại nơi đây

Phòng óc rộng rãi, trang trí có điểm nhấn lắm, lại vô cùng sạch sẽ nữa. Được dọn dẹp rất kỹ từ ga cho tới các vật dụng cá nhân 1 lần được fill đầy đủ, nhân viên lại còn nhiệt tình nữa, cần gì hỏi là nhân viên đều hỗ trợ cho mình hết.

MÌnh iu thích đi du lịch nên cũng đã trải nghiệm nhiều nơi. Nhưng mình thấy mức giá ở đây khá ổn so với những gì mà gd mình được trải nghiệm. Phòng ốc ở đây được trang bị đầy đủ các thiết bị tiện nghi: smart tv, bàn ghế làm việc, giường, có cả armchair ngồi thoải mái quá các bạn. Bên cạnh đó ban công có bộ bàn ghế ban công để ngắm biển - góc sống ảo đã đã luôn nha

Không gian resort khá thoáng, có nhiều cây xanh đặc biệt là tại sảnh chờ nơi mình check in lại khá rộng và mát mẻ. Dịch vụ tốt, bố trí nhiều sofa, ghế và đồ uống để tụi mình ngồi chờ khi làm vào check in. Phòng đơn giản nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, ban công rộng. Phòng mình có view biển đẹp, bãi biển ở đây sạch nước trong xanh. Bữa mình đi có rất nhiều đoàn làm team building rất vui.
