We had a wonderful stay at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. What really stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. As vegetarians, we found the buffet options a bit limited, but the team went above and beyond to cater to us almost every night, which made us feel really cared for. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that made our stay so memorable. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

방과 거실이 넓고 예뻐서 가족들이 좋아했고 5박동안 편하고 행복한 숙박이었어요. 직원들 대부분 다 친절했고 버기도 부르면 빠르게 잘 도착라는 편이었어요. 메인풀이 평범해보여서 처음에 고민했었는데 막상 가보니 아주 크진 않지만 조경도 예쁘고 휴양지 느낌 듬북이라 좋았고 비치에 선베드와 카바나도 예쁘게 잘 돼있었어요. 날씨가 좋아서인지 비치도 너무 예뻤고 베트남 바다가 다른 동남아 보다 색이 예쁜편이 아니라 큰 기대 안했었는데 다낭이나 푸꾸옥보다 리조트앞 비치가 더 예쁜 에메랄드빛이라 놀랐어요. 한가지 조금 불편했던건 거실에 깔린 러그가 앉았을때 조금 거칠어서 무릎이 아팠어요. 원래 카펫을 좋아하지 않기도 하고 아이들 케어 아니면 굳이 거실 바닥에 무릎 꿇을 일우 없을테니 사소한 단점인 것 같아요. 그 외에는 편안하고 만족스러울 숙박이었습니다.

Beachfront is nice!

It's a massive complex of individual villas. Ours was a 3-bedroom that had a private pool in the back, then a grassy area, then... the beach. Absolutely stunning, highly recommend. The place was spotless, very clean. And very comfortable, it accommodated our group of 7 with no issues. You get around either with a \"tuk tuk\" (large golf cart with seating for ~12) or by walking. There are a few restaurants on the property, in descending order of quality: the beach club (good Vietnamese food), then the Level Lounge (made to order breakfast was nice), then the buffet restaurant in the lobby (avoid at all costs). They got everything else so right, I don't understand how they got the buffet so wrong. So net, I would invest in being close to the Club and on the beach to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Go to the Club and the Lounge for meals and just avoid the rest of the resort, you won't regret it.

Absolutely amazing. Service was exceptional and the place was awesome. I don’t think I can ever go to any other resort besides Meliá after this experience. Wow. Wow. My family and I loved it. We are a family of 8, with 3 small children. Everyone enjoyed the stay, the amenities and the staff.

We booked the oceanfront 3-bedroom villa and were advised by the staff to go to The Level for breakfast instead of The Merkado buffet restaurant. It’s supposed for VIPs, has more quality food and selections but actually not the case. The Merkado has more food selections.

Fantastic Holiday!

Fantastic service always welcoming and happy to help. Specially all the chefs on the first day we struggled with food options as we are strict vegetarians and don’t eat any seafood. We mentioned the fact that we were struggling and the next morning the chef had created a special veg menu for us. All the staff made our 10 day holiday extra special. We made lots of new friends too.

This is a beautiful beach front property! The spacious and luxurious villas were more than we expected. And the private villa pool was a nice option in addition to the usual main pool and beach. If you’re looking to plop yourself in one resort for a few days, this resort is great. The beach is so nice that several other resorts are going up next door.
Two things that could be better. One is food quality and options. It wasn’t bad but the food is passable. The only options were the main restaurant and room service.
The second thing is location. While it’s only 15 mins from the airport, it’s about 25 min to town where there are better food options but also a lot more moped traffic and the accompanying chaos.
But the overall property and villas are so nice, we’d gladly recommend the Vin Pearl on Long Beach.

We all really had a great stay in Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights! It is suitable for big family holiday, we stayed in villa with 4 bedroom, everything is wonderful. We enjoy to taste with difference kinda Vietnamese, western, chinese styles breakfast everyday. And love to join the free yoga class in the morning. The best thing to do is swimming in the hotel beach in the morning. All staffs are kind and helpful. We also join the vietnamese cooking class for a great fun! Awesome!

The Villas were really beautiful, but pretty bare in regards to decor. The private pool was great! Language was definitely a challenge... we didn’t know Vietnamese and they knew just enough English to get by.

This place was still a work in process... some of the restaurants weren’t open yet and the main restaurant was too bright and had a cafeteria feel. We found an incredible restaurant down the road at another resort though. Glad for that!

We only stayed 2 nights, which was fine but probably would try something else if we ever came back.

Loved the villa feel of this place. But it was run as a typical hotel room. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Pho and bun coun everyday! Staff and facilities were great. The tuktuk service was pretty good. It’s 24hrs and very handy. The room service menu wasn’t great. Not a lot of choices. There were some other things that weren’t great about this place. Eg. We stayed in a 4bd villa designed to fit up 16 people. There were 11 of us and there wasn’t enough towels, and they don’t understand the concept of “bath mats”. When we arrived there was no cutlery, plates or cups. They also didn’t provide sponges and dish washing liquid, why have a kitchen?! And personally, I can’t leave dirty dishes laying around. And my biggest peeve was that there was no laundry so we could do our washing. I think it makes sense for a villa to have a washing machine! Each villa has its own pool and then there’s the gorgeous main pool and beach. It’s hot and sticky and we can’t just simply chuck our clothes into a washing machine. We were there for a week with small children. We were in the pool every day. It would have been so much more convenient if we could wash our clothes when we needed to! The Vinpearl laundry service is ridiculously expensive. We were lucky that a few of us can speak Vietnamese and was able to find a very inexpensive laundry service in Cam Ranh. Here’s my tip to fellow travelers, make friends with the taxi driver! Lastly, would we return here?? Yes. Despite the negatives, Y E S!

Not for family with babies

We booked 3bed rooms villa for 5 nights in Vinpearl. We have 2 babies with us. It looks perfect for few minutes then we figured out there were no kitchen equip to use. No microwave, no plate, no detergent to wash and stove is not connected. When i asked for microwave they refused to provide but said they will come an get the food and heated up for us. Our babies are less than 2yrs old they don't have much patient. But anyway we asked reception to hear food for babies and bring some plates for them as well TWICE!! We didn't see any one come to us to help that night and I had to bring the plates after the day from restaurant by myself.
And because the resort was big we have to use 'tok tok? (I'm not sure correct name of it)' often but it took more than 20 mins to come with prompt and some of bell men looked us like we have them too much trouble.
Housekeeping was done well most of time but they forgot to empty some bins.
Last, the location was to far away from the city, it took more than 20mins with car which was expansive. The resort have free shuttle bus but it only work 5 times a day and you have to book at least one day before. We couldn't manage to took the bus because our babies condition were fluctuated.
In general, our experience with Vinpearl was way too much expensive for the service!

The worst part is that when you decided to take the free shuttle Nha Trang city keep in mind if they stay they pick you up at certain time don’t expected. The drive the was less then 30 mins but the drive back to the hotel is about 3 hours because they have to do a lot of stops. To pick up theirs workers.

Staffs are extremely friendly and well trained, especially Trung Nguyen who is very nice and well take care our family. Our family like him very much. There were some unwanted experience happened during our stay but it was not their fault , just an incident and bad luck that caused power shut down. However, I appreciate for their sincere effort to support and fix the situation. It was really lovely to arrange us shuttle bus for see-off out of their appointed time for daily shuttle bus, just for our family. Only one thing we wish that they could improve is their à la carte menu, it was quite pricing compared to the quality and there weren't any restaurants nearby, it takes almost 30km to go to the city so it's narrow options. Besides that one little point, we enjoyed it all and definitely will be back there again soon.

Brand new, roomy facilities

We only stayed one night after a longer stay elsewhere, as we needed a hotel close to the airport for an early flight from CXR. Vin Pearl villas were brand new and roomy, with very friendly staff. The villas were perfect for a family; very spacious with kitchen, dining, living areas and a nice veranda with pool (which we didn’t use). However, the food at dinner was horrible... such a shame for Vietnam which has wonderful cuisine. I ordered a stir fried beef which smelled like the meat had spoiled and was a strange color. I did not eat it. My son ordered a steak, which was unrecognisable as a beef steak... it looked like a cross between tripe and short ribs with all connective tissue and fat. The staff was kind enough to remove it from the bill. But honestly, it was enough to make one become a vegetarian. So, while the villas are wonderfully spacious & comfortable for a long stay, the food is a problem for only one night.

Everythings new, villa itself is very beautiful and comfortable. Suit who want a quiet place to rest and relax. The food is great. Staff is very nice. Kids room is the best for parents.
Negs:
If you want to close to the city its not for you, taxi to city center cost around 500k VND, 30 to 45 mins depends on driver. You can't cook in the villa although they have provided the induction cooker. Night buffet depends on occupancy and request rate.

Very comfortable villa. It's relaxing to stay here to enjoy the view. Also, the villa is large and have a private swimming pool.
The staffs are attentive. They help us to contact with travel agency to book a four islands tour.
Furthermore, the villa provides breakfast for th guests. They provided different flavor for us to choose. The staff are spontaneous to ask us to try the Vietnam flavor of coffee.
Finally, the villa provides their own \"Villa Passport\". It includes some coupon to enjoy Villa's facilities.

방은 총3개 침대는 더블2개, 싱글2개
아래층 위층 나뉘어져 있고, 전용수영장은 생각보다 커서 너무 잘 이용했습니다.
정원도 잘 관리되어있고, 툭툭도 부르면 바로 와줘서 메인풀이랑 이동시 불편함 없이 이용했어요.
조식은 생각보다 퀄리티가 뛰어난거 같진 않았지만, 한식도 있고, 직원들 서비스도 좋고 이정도 퀄리티 풀빌라를 합리적인 가격으로 예약해서 모두들 좋아했습니다.
메인풀도 군더더기 없이 잘 관리되어있고 해변가 썬베드도 이용하고 바다수영도 가눙해서 위치도 참 좋아요.
바다색깔이 나트랑 시내랑 또 달리 너무 아름다웠어요.
공항셔틀버스는 매일 있는건 아니었어요
저는 금요일 공항 셔틀버스가 운행을 안한다하여 택시를 따로 불렀습니다. 물론 비용은 제가 지불했어요.
그래도 직원들도 친절하고.. 좋았습니다.

1. Location
The hotel is located near the airport, away from the city center. While it offers a quiet atmosphere, the downside is that traveling to the main city area is quite time-consuming and inconvenient.
2. Room Condition
The overall room condition was acceptable, but there was a recurring issue with ants. Ants kept crawling in through the gap under the door, forcing me to clean the floor myself several times.
3. Major Issues with Service and Maintenance
I experienced significant trouble with the room door lock from the very first day. Despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved until the next morning after multiple follow-ups. Frustratingly, the exact same problem occurred again on the 5th day.
Furthermore, during my late checkout, the reception was completely unreachable by phone starting from 3 PM. I couldn't even call a buggy, so I had to wait with my luggage for 40 minutes until a staff member finally passed by. The lack of communication was unacceptable.
4. Breakfast and Facilities (The Level Benefits)
I had \"The Level\" benefits, which allowed dining at various locations, but the food quality was disappointing except for dinner.
Because I checked in late (around 11:50 PM), the staff did not provide any detailed explanation of the facilities or a map. Unlike many other guests, I wasn't assigned a dedicated staff member for KakaoTalk support, so I had to find all the information on my own.

Die Anlage war sehr schön! Der Service ist leider sehr langsam und katastrophal! Beim einchecken mussten wir sehr lange warten und die Koffer selbst aus und einladen! Beim auschecken auch sehr langsam! In den Zimmer gibt’s immer mal Mängel! Klima hat getropft und Filterreinigung stand auf dem Display! Der Spiegel im Bad wurde die ganze Zeit nicht geputzt obwohl große Flecken ! Könnte man verbessern!

작년 시내쪽 유명한 리조트 ㅇㅁㅇㄴ가 좋았어서 또 갈까 고민하던차에 프라이빗풀과 1인1객실이 가능한 방4개의 리조트가 있어 당장 예약했습니다. 친척 어른분들이랑 가는거라 각방을 써야했고 방이 워낙 크고 넓어서 왜 1인 2사용인지 알겠더라구요. 킹사이즈 침대와 넓은 테이블, 샤워실, 욕조, 테라스까지.. 방 하나 빼고는 다 갖춰져있어요. 거실, 부엌 너무 넓고 프라이빗풀도 작을 것 같았는데 꽤 크고요. 직원분들이 너무 상냥하고 친절해서 편안했습니다. 셔틀 미리 예약하셔서 시내도 나갔다 오시고 공항셔틀은 주변 마사지샵에서 픽업해주셔서 따로 이용은 안했습니다. 조식에 한식코너가 있고 빵이 맛있어요. 메인풀은 진짜 엄청 넓어서 여러명이 써도 전혀 불편하지않지만 어쩌다보니 거의 저희 가족만 쓰게 됐습니다. (성인 튜브 많아요 굳이 안챙기셔도 될 듯) 누군가 가족여행으로 깜란쪽 리조트를 고민한다면 꼭 추천하고 싶어요. 레이크뷰가 로비(조식식당)과 정문이랑 가까워서 배달음식 받을때랑 식사갈때 걸어서 5분이내라 편했습니다.

The hotel accommodation consists of villas, the one we stayed in is two-story and very large, also each villa has its own garden and pool, the quality of the rooms and cleaning is very good. Also since the hotel has a large area, they provide transportation quickly with golf carts. The quality of the staff is very high in every area, respectful and clean, Mai at the reception quickly answered our questions and we thank her. The negative side may be due to the season, although the beach is wonderful, we could not go into the sea due to the wind and waves. The kitchen menu is generally the same and insufficient. But it is a very good hotel especially for large families, I recommend it

Best family trip ever!
We reserved 'The Level 3-bedroom Villa Ocean View' and enjoyed our stay a lot!
It is ideal for a family vacation as it is easily accessible from the airport(13-14 minutes by car) and easy to get to downtown Nha Trang. The villa was spacious enough for our family of five to stay, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant time. Each villa has its own private pool, and there is also a large main pool in front of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming everyday and also played pickleball at the pickleball court inside the tennis court. You can also rent a bike for free for one hour, and you can easily get around the property by taking a tuk-tuk, which runs 24 hours a day. The high-quality breakfast served in the Level Lounge overlooking the lake was one of the most impressive parts. The food at the restaurant in the main building and the restaurant by the pool was also excellent! The spa experience I had with my two daughters was also amazing. We took a taxi or Grab in front of the lobby, which is always waiting, to go to downtown Nha Trang and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing, and we also enjoyed local cafes near the hotel. All the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests.
We would love to come again!

We would like to thank the receptionist who was considerate of us when it was raining heavily when we checked in. And we would like to thank the female manager who kindly handled our slightly tricky room service order. I am very sorry that I cannot remember her name. She personally took the order and served us and was very friendly to us. We had a satisfying family dinner with room service food that suited our taste. I think I saw her briefly when we had breakfast at the main restaurant in the lobby. In conclusion, we made good memories at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort and returned home. However, there seems to be a problem that needs to be improved as it took a long time to call the tuk-tuk, the transportation within the resort. I wanted to have a cocktail at The Level Lounge, located at the end of the lake on the left when looking at the lobby, but we were unable to go due to lack of time, which was a bit disappointing. Ah...I just looked it up and the receipt says Linh Pham Thi Hong. If that's you, then thank you again.

풀빌라로 조용하고 한적하게 잘 지냈습니다.
해변 모래 상태 좋고 비치에서도 한나절 잘 놀았습니다.

매인풀은 작고 바닥 타일 상태 안 좋아서 아쿠아슈즈 가져가라고 팁을 받았는데 도움이 됐습니다.
화장실에 ㅂ선생 나왔는데... 다행히도 죽어있는 상태로 발견됐습니다.
배달음식은 리조트 정문까지만 배달됐습니다.
룸서비스는 양이 좀 적은 편이지만 가격이 한국에 비해 싸서...
룸서비스는 멜리아 포인트로 일부 결제 되지만 미니바는 안 된다고 하네요.

I recently stayed at this resort for a 5-night trip, and I must commend Lam for his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived and were whisked away in a tuk-tuk cart, Lam was attentive to our family’s needs, consistently available via KakaoTalk messenger from morning till evening. His care made navigating the resort seamless, ensuring we enjoyed the buggy rides, the swimming pool, and the private beach, all of which were perfect.

Whenever we reported issues, such as the bathroom door malfunction or the swimming pool lights, the response was impressively swift and efficient, adding to our overall satisfaction.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness under the beds and behind the sofas was not up to the mark, and the breakfast, while adequate, lacked variety and did not meet the exceptional standards set by other services. Additionally, while we were aware of the distance from the city, the requirement to reserve shuttles for travel was somewhat inconvenient.

Overall, our stay was delightful, largely due to Lam's dedication and the beautiful facilities. The resort’s prompt service response and the meticulous attention to ensuring guest comfort have certainly set a high standard, making this a memorable vacation.

가족여행에 좋은 리조트에요!! 워터파크같은 어트랙션은 없지만 우선 개인 풀이 꽤 넓고 수심도 어느정도 되서 수영하고 즐기기 좋아요!! 메인풀에서 먹는 맥주맛도 끝내주고 저렴해요~ 비치도 놀기 너무 좋아요 만족스런 숙박이었어요!! 4박중에 2박은 플로팅 조식으로 했고(추가요금 지불) 2박은 조식 레스토랑 갔었는데 대부분 한국분들이라 그런지 음식이 한국스타일도 꽤 되더라구요 복잡한거 싫으시면 floating breakfast 추천합니다^^

환성적인 가족 풀빌라 휴양

베트남 해변가 풀빌라 처음 있었는데 조용하고 깨끗해서 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요. 그런데 프라이빗풀에 길고양이 한마리가 자꾸 왔다갔다 해서 보기 안좋았어요. 빌라 내 이동은 툭툭서비스로 자유롭게 전기카트를 타고 이동할수있어서 또하나의 재미였어요. 경치는 너무 현실적이지 않을 정도로 환상적이었어요. 강추합니다.

가족 휴가 숙소로 멜리아빈펄깜란에 왔습니다.
전체적인 만족도는 좋으나 수질관련해서는 이슈가 있을수 있겠네요.
필터가 10분 사용하면 검정색이 되어 매우 우려가 큽니다. 이부분은 반드시 보완이 필요할것 같습니다.

재방문 의사가 있지만
수질개선 문제가 나아진다는 전제가 필요합니다.

아이와 가족여행(태교여행)

35개월 아기와 함께한 가족여행 중 세 밤을 이곳에서 지냈습니다. 꽃나무와 식물이 가득한데 방 안에 벌레도 없고 호수가 있는데 물 비린내도 거의 없었습니다.
프라이빗 비치의 모래는 꾸준한 관리로 부드럽고 깨끗한 편입니다. 객실마다 있는 개인 수영장도 아이와 놀기엔 충분히 컸고 깨끗했습니다. 놀이터에 키즈라운지도 작지만 괜찮았습니다. 아이가 너무 행복해해서 더 좋았습니다.
음식은 무난했습니다.
