The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. Very unpleasant experience: first time in our many trips that we were not allowed to use beach and pools after 6 pm.
The question is: what to do in their hotel after 6 pm considering that the hotel is located 40 min drive to city?
Their entertainment in the evening was also poor.
The food in the buffet was not great. Even the hotel is \"all included\", the restaurant was not included. guests need to pay extra. The hours of buffet operation were limited: no food after 8:30 pm.
Conclusion: the price (more than 1600 CAD for 8 nights) did not match the quality of the service.

The staff were great nice and friendly. The room was ok but it should state if there are 2 adults and 2 children you need to pay for extra beds as the rooms don’t accomodate what is stated. The resort is nice but because the majority of visitors are Russian everything is Russian dominated even when talking to entertainment staff they talk to you in Russian.
We stayed for New year which was lovely the food was amazing the entertainment was ok as again even the music was Russian.
The pools were good but the hydro slides do need some maintenance. Hopefully this gets down when the new hotel is opened they can do maintenance on the older hotel. All is all a ok time but would be good if open to other nationalities apart from the Russians.

This area is creepily filled with swamps and abandoned hotels and waterparks. The hotel staff were ok, they were not very smiley or friendly but I think that may be because we did not see the clientele being polite, friendly or making any effort to say please and thank you. 99% of the guests are Russian and so a lot of the staff assumed we spoke russian. The staff used phones to communicate in English. The Spa was ok. Our room was lovely. The cleaners were excellent. The pools were nice. We didn't feel safe leaving the resort as the area around it was so dodgy. The worst thing was the food. It was vile. We were so disappointed as Vietnam has such incredible food. We actually really loved the Pho and the lady who made the Pho - she was our favourite, along with the popcorn man. Overall, this was a very disappointing holiday - it was probably a cultural thing from us, as this resort didn't cater to people who love Vietnamese food, good food, and was largely geared up for a russian market. We wanted to cancel on our first day, but it was non-refundable.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room and views are great. The buffet meals offer plenty of choices for everyone. The pool and beach are beautiful. We all enjoyed the hydroslides.

My stay at Cam Ranh Riviera Residence was a mixed bag. Our villa (No. 101) was stunning – the most beautiful I've ever seen, making the property itself truly 5-star.
However, management was profoundly disappointing, feeling like a 2-star operation. Key issues:
* Dreadful Dining: Restaurants were overcrowded and chaotic, with unsanitary conditions (kids touching food). We ate out often, despite being all-inclusive.
* \"All-Inclusive\" Issues: Even basic coconut juice wasn't included, requiring extra payment.
* Unreliable Shuttle: The free shuttle to Nha Trang was consistently unavailable; being told \"too late\" an hour before departure was absurd.
* Beach Loungers: Insufficient loungers/umbrellas, compounded by guests \"reserving\" them for hours with belongings, unaddressed by poor management enforcement.
Ultimately, while the resort boasts an exceptional property, its management standards severely undermine the 5-star experience.

We had a fantastic stay. We had a pool villa and couldn’t have been more impressed with the size of the room. Extremely comfortable rooms and very clean. After a long day of travel, we were picked up from the airport and although we arrived well before check in time, our room was ready within an hour. We had the all inclusive package including all meals and drinks. Cuisine was more towards their regular travellers from Russia and Korea, which was a nice way to explore other cuisines. The private beach at the front is beautiful. Daily shuttle to Nha Trang could be booked 24hr in advance and a great way to explore the area. There are also many daily activities in the resort including archery and yoga. The waterpark is open twice daily from 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm, the only negative is the height requirement is 1.35m for all the big waterslides, but the little waterpark is fantastical for small kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

First of all, the hotel employees should take sanitary education classes immediately. I saw the employees in the restaurants do not clean the tablecloth after customers used. They just swing it and put it again on the table. They may not wash the tablecloth for a week or longer. I also saw a lifeguard on the poolside wash his foot by putting his foot into the pool. Second, the water pressure on shower is severely weak. It took forever to take a shower. Third, the food quality and taste is under average compare to other neighboring properties where serve all inclusive option. Lastly, avoid to visit here especially during the weekend. There are lots of Vietnamese visitors who conquer the restaurants, pools, and every places in the property. Severely over crowded during the weekend.

Incidentals Refund Not Returned

The hotel itself and the rooms are amazing, the hotel grounds are immaculate, it’s a great place to stay.
However, when you stay there please do not give them your credit card to pay for the incidentals deposit. They took the money immediately, but I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for them to return my money, despite them confirming the transaction has been cancelled/refunded. 2 weeks and they still have my money, I confirmed with the bank that the refund is not pending currently.

It is a family resort. Too crowded at breakfast buffet even though it is a low season. Great variety of food for breakfast buffet. Comfortable room and bed but thin walls. Room service staff's hygiene in food handling was not properly trained. Feedback to hotel but no response from them.

It was good,nice place, good facility, clean beach, excellent animation team. Everyone can find what to do ( play volleyball or sunbathing all day :) up to you) very good with children, lots of them and they are in activities with animation team, cuisine is variety ( asia/ europe/ russia/turkey/vietnam)I would be happy come to this place another time.

Great resort by a beautiful beach

Wonderful hotel, great place to relax and enjoy. The resort was mostly visited by Russian tourists, and all the animation activities were geared toward these groups, but we enjoyed nonetheless. Food buffet was great. Beach is gorgeous and clean. Not much to do in the area but the hotel offers a shuttle to the city (Book in advance)

Good price and okay value.

The hotel was near the airport and quite new. Large recreation area. Had a nice dinner in the a la carte restaurant. Staff could be more helpful, towels were frayed at the edges, air conditioning did not work well and turned off frequently. Mainly Russian and mainland Chinese guests.

When I first arrived, the property was nice, but I wasn't too sure yet.....but once I saw the room, I was amazed. We had one of the oven view villas and I do not regret the additional expense. The room amenities, view and private pool were terrific.

Great Property & Mediocre Services

The facilities at the Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort are first class, except that they are not complete. The villas & junior suites are separated from the main hotel tower and are very nice. However, the main hotel tower is still under construction. Only the first floor reception, lower lobby & second floor are complete. The rest is under construction and this was not revealed to us. Thankfully, we booked a junior suite and not a hotel room. The food was mediocre at the restaurant and there is nothing else close by. The service at the restaurant was also mediocre. The staff is very limited in their english speaking skills. The reception staff also had limited english speaking skills. There were maybe two people who had average english speaking skills on staff.

수영장, 워터파크 상태 좋습니다.
상대적 고가의 여타 호텔보다 음식, 음료의 공급 시간이 한정적입니다.
그러나 평범한 여행 패턴에는 충분합니다.

스테프들은 충분히 친절하였고,
많은 투숙객을 차지하는 러시아 대륙의 여행객들은 모두 친절하고, 예의를 지키는 매우 좋은 환경이었습니다.

다만 공급 음식의 회전, 즉 메뉴의 다양화가 약간 아쉬울 정도.

룸 컨디션은 최상, 더구나 강력한 에어컨은 역시.

Un séjour presque parfait

Nous n’avons pas trouvé la salle de fitness.
Au water Park 3 attractions sur 9 arrêtes et les 4 restants sont en mauvais état.
Animation trop ciblée (pour les russes , pour les enfants ) inexistante . Animation de bas niveau.
Un piano disponible à l’accueil mais avec interdiction de s’en servir .
Attention all inclusive sans la glace au bar et sans les bulles dans l’eau gazeuse .
Attention centre assez loin de Nha trang.
En revanche , la nourriture est riche variée et copieuse. Le personnel de service est vraiment au top ( attentifs serviables souriants). Les lieux communs sont propres .

快適な滞在でした

旅行最終日に利用しましたが、空港近くの立地で帰りのフライトに合わせて送迎バスも用意してくれました。
オールインクルーシブのプランで予約したので滞在中飲食に困ることはなく、食事の種類も豊富でした。
あいにくの天気で海に入れなかったのは残念でしたが、プールに入って子供達は楽しんでいました。
シャワーの水圧が弱かったのでそこが改善すると良いです。

전체적으로 서비스는 좋았고, AI를 이용했는데 뷔페는 전반적으로 한국인들에게는 별로 먹을 게 없을드하고, 스낵바 미니햄버거랑 피자가 나을듯..룸서비스도 무료라 피자, 쌀국수, 스파게티, 초코케이크, ,수박주스를 시켰는데 피자만 별로였고 다른 것은 괜찮았음. 그리고 타올을 더 달라했는데 이것을 숫자 세는지는 몰랐는데, 방안에 다 있을텐데 체크아웃때 숫자부족하다고 뭐라함. 그리고 물 놀이는 전반적으로 다 좋았음.

저렴한 인클루시브 인데 밥을 공짜로 먹는거 말곤 딱히 매력은 없어요. 하루 종일 수영 하실거라면 추천합니다.
수영장은 입구쪽 워터파크와 로비 쪽 작은거, 바닷가쪽 아래 큰거 이고, 바로 바다로 연결됩니다. 워터파크는 이용 시간대를 잘 모르겠네요. 하는듯 마는듯 하고

테라스 풀 스윗 잡았는데
숙소 앞에 작은 풀이 하나 있는데 3동이 같이 사용하는 풀이에요.

러시아 사람들이 많아서
음식들이 러시아식이 많아요
외국 음식 아무거나 잘드시면 괜찮지만 한식을 고집하신다면 어려우실수 있고

식당 옆에 카지노장이 있어요.
이용을 안해봐서 모르겠고
얼음 갖다 달라면 잘 갖다주고
전반적으로 친절해요.

음료는 큰 기대 하지마시고
맥주는 병맥 따라주니
마음껏 드실수 있어요.

숙소 미니바도 캔음료 2개가 끝.

체크아웃하는 날 점심까지 먹을 수 있어요.

인근 배달이(배달K) 있긴하지만 딱히 이용하진 않았어요.

마사지는 비싸고, 차라리 인근 검색하시면 픽업드랍 무료로 해주는 괜찮은곳 많아요.

유아가드 없었어요.

워터파크는 사람이 많지 않으면서도 적당히 재미있는 슬라이드 등이 있어 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

다른분들은 뷔페가 향이 강하다고 하시는데, 저와 와이프는 잘 먹었습니다. 다만 3박하다보니 마지막에는 살짝 질리더라고요.
가든뷰쪽으로 방예약했는데 전제적으로 좋았습니다.

요구사항에 대한 대응이 너무너무 느림. 체크아웃하려는데 짐이 많아서 버기 불러달라니 좀만 기다리라하더니 30분 대기, 다시 전화하니 5분내로 보내주겠다하고 옴. 또 가서 체크아웃 해달라니까 앉아서 기다리라해서 기다리니 또 30분 넘도록 안 부름. 다시 가서 언제 되냐니까 이제 결제하면 된다고 함. 다시 물어볼때까지 절대 안 도와주는 곳.
