Hellpful, super kind staff.
A lot of food choices, but always the same every day. Beautiful view from the room.
Gym seems to be small at peak hours and children are playing inside, although the gym is 16+

Our stay was interesting…… first off the resort is clearly not for western travelers. It really caters to more of a Russian traveler and a little bit Korean traveler.

When we got there the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, we didn’t receive a welcome drink and was made to wait for our room in the lobby. Anytime we had a question they couldn’t answer it and really seemed to be bothered. The rooms are a bit dated and the double seaside view was a view of trees….. not really the ocean. The buildings need a good cleaning and painting. There is a shuttle but not to the airport and if you want you have to schedule it 24 hours ahead of time. We ended up hiring a driver because it was easier and more convenient. Do not forgot to bring anything because the little store they have is extremely over priced- we paid $35 for a sunscreen. The entertainment was 75% in Russian and so was the music, I don’t think we heard a song from the last 2 years…….

Now the good - the wait staff and bar staff are amazing, very friendly and always smiling. The food was great also. We were there for New Years and they had a great selection of everything. The pool was also very nice, the beach was beautiful but it had a massive rip tides, so not great for swimming.

Over all of you want to feel like you’re back in the 90’s this is perfect !

We are two late 30s/early 40s backpackers, from the US. We booked the all-inclusive as a nice \"treat\" for Christmas week. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner had wide varities, though lacking slightly on \"western\" breakfast options. We definitely never left hungry though.

The kicker: We were the ONLY Americans (or Brits, Aussies, anything...0 native English-speaking guests other than us.) The staff assumed we were Russian like the other 99% of the guests and always spoke to us in Russian. We'd instantly reply in English and they'd quickly smile and switch to English (shocked that we were there for sure). Entertainment was in English at night (music--aside from the Russians doing karaoke).
All in all, it was an interesting stay. I was disappointed about Christmas, they were fully decorated for the holiday but we had zero people say Merry Christmas and zero \"Christmas dinner\" items that day, which I found off. Why no turkey, ham, mac n cheese, sweet potatoes casserole?

If you have thick skin, don't mind making 0 friends and can laugh at the awkwardness of it all--this is a fine place for some english speakers to chill for a few days.

Great service and facilities, nice pools, well taken care of.
The staff at kids entertainment area were amazing especially Anton.
The problem was that all my family got stomach upsets from the food which affected our experience

This property should NOT be rated a 5 Star.

This properly is more like a 4 or 4.25 star.

Staff and resort are wonderful but the food is BAD,

Same recycled boring food items everyday.

Buffet food items are served mostly warm or cold.

Drinks are okay but not top-shelf or worthy of a 5 Star resort.

You can pay extra for better drinks and better foods at the A la carte restaurant BUT that not included with the all-inclusive package???

This is an OVER-RATED resort but okay for a Very very very short stay.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of the way and not English

We arrived at 10am as our flight was an early one, the reception staff were amazing, they looked after our bags and managed to get us a room by midday! During our stay the food was great, staff were lovely, room was comfortable and pools were clean and refreshing. We wanted to relax so decided to stay close to the airport, bear this in mind if you stay here as the closest shop is a 10 minute drive taxi ride away! We went into central Nhà Trắng once and the taxi was 45 minutes. Very beautiful city! When we checked out they let us continue to use the all inclusive facilities all day until we left for the airport, very nice touch!
My only slightly negative comment on the hotel is that we were the only English/western people in the entire complex, everyone was from Russia, Kazakstan or Asia… not a major issue but not a lot of the staff spoke very good English as a result and all the karaoke was in a foreign language! Most staff were astounded when I said please and thank you!
Overall had a lovely relaxing 3 day stay here and would definitely come back to Nhà Trang again!

Upon arrival, I felt the front desk. Staff weren’t as welcoming and friendly, there was no welcome drink, and they didn’t seem to wanna answer my questions about the airport. She referred me to the customer’s desk. The only thing in the mini bar was pop and little box juices. You could not take alcohol to your room.

Clean Property, Delicious Food, but too loud!!
Our kids loved the kids club and swimming. The pools were well maintained and the food was amazing! Some of the extra entertainment options like the mini-golf and the basketball courts needed improvement/ repair. The beach access was incredible! However, be prepared for no/little sleep. The outdoor dance show blasts music until late, and then the indoor night club blasts the music from the first floor until early morning hours. It doesn’t matter where you sleep in the hotel, the overly loud bass music carries into every floor. When we asked them to turn it down, we were ignored. Swandor is a party resort, not a quiet vacation.

My arm was twisted into signing up for the \"all-inclusive\" option, while for one, the quality of the beer and alcohol was totally inadequate, while at the same time Swandor staff members attempted to \"up-charge me\" for wishing to relax under the covered gazebos, very petty having already paid a significant amount of money to stay there.

Eine sauberes Hotel mit einer großen Auswahl an essen und sehr gutem Service im Lokal und an der Bar. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten und Spiele für Erwachsene wie für Kinder an denen man mitmachen kann. Es gibt auch einen Nightclub und draußen ein wechselndes Abendprogramm bis 01 Uhr.
Shopping Möglichkeiten bzw. größere Städte sind ca. 0,5 h Fahrt entfernt - dafür gibt es einen Shuttle Bus der 5x am Tag hin bzw. zurück fährt.

i really liked the service from the resort. everyone was soooo nice and i liked that they had korean talking staff. i wanted to order drink off the menu and i could get some without extra fee. there is nothing to do around the resort but you can use the shuttle moving resort to nahtrang (extra fee) so it was ok

A very unsanitary resort with cockroaches!!!

5성급이라면서 바퀴벌레 나오는 더러운 리조트.
체크아웃 직전에 바퀴벌레가 나와서 짐을 다시 정리하느라 고작 10분 늦었는데 전화로 빨리 나가라고 계속 푸시함.
바퀴벌레가 나와서 그렇다고 설명했더니 보통 없긴 한데 있을 수도 있다면서 일단 체크아웃하라고 등 떠밀음.
한국어 잘만 하던 직원이 갑자기 잘 못 알아듣는 척함. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
리셉션에 내려와서도 사진까지 보여주며 설명했는데 다 씹고 'check-out finished!' ㅇㅈㄹ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
바퀴벌레가 나왔으면 사과가 먼저 아니냐고 얘기했더니 그제서야 마지못해 'okay, sorry~' 이러더니 지들끼리 베트남어로 얘기하면서 피식피식 웃음.
음식도 진짜 드럽게 맛 없고 먹을만한 거 하나도 없음.
방에서 바퀴벌레가 나올 정도면 식당에는 바글바글하겠지 뭐.
한국인이라고 무시하는 건지 리뷰 남기겠다고 해도 맘대로 하라고 함.

Very unsanitary and cockroach infested resort.
Just before check-out, a cockroach came out and I was just 10 minutes late because I had to repackage my luggage, but they kept calling me to hurry up and leave.
When I explained that there was a cockroach, he said that there usually aren't any, but that there might be some, and told me to check out first.
An employee who was good at Korean suddenly pretended not to understand. lol
I went down to the reception and explained it to them, even showing them pictures, but they ignored everything and just said, 'check-out finished!'
When I told them that if a cockroach appeared, wouldn't it be better to apologize first, they reluctantly said, \"okay, sorry~\" and then started talking to each other in Vietnamese and snickering.
The food is also really bad and there is nothing worth eating.
If there are cockroaches in the room, there must be a lot of them in the restaurant.
They ignore me because I'm Korean, and even when I ask to leave a review, they tell me to do whatever I want.

스완도르 깜란 굿

쾌적한 숙소, 아침부터 저녁을 넘어 야식까지 무제한으로 이용하눈 점이 무척 마음에 들어요.
아쉬운점은 제공하는 식음료를 숙소로 못가져 가능것만 빼고는 무척 마음에 듭니다

Die Unterhaltungsshow waren sehr unterhaltsam und lustig. (Empfehlenswert und mal etwas Anderes)
Das Personal an der Poolbar war ständig speditiv beim Abräumen und beim Servieren (nur die Männer waren es, die Frauen quatschen lieber als aufzuräumen oder zu bedienen)

Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern (vom Säuglingsalter bis junge Teenager).
Toller Kinderklub, super leckeres Essen, schöne Pools Strand.
Nur ist Russisch von Vorteil. Mit Englisch kann man sich im Hotel zwar gut verständigen, aber die Ausflüge werden leider nur auf russisch angeboten. Auch im Kinderclub wird viel auf russisch gesprochen (Englisch war dort nicht bei allen Animateuren möglich). So mussten wir Eltern für unsere Kinder bei den guten Spielen zum Übersetzen dabei sein.

공항에서가깝고 . 시설 깨끗 하고 .음식도 괞찬은 편이었습니다 직원들은 프론트 빼고는 거의 영어를 못하고 투숙객들은 러시아인들이 70% 정도 였는데 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다 . 나트랑시내까지는 40정도가야하고
호텔 셔틀 이용하니 편리했습니다

전체적으로 만족합니다

전체적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다 러시아 사람이 많다고 들었는데 한국사람도 꽤보였습니다 음식도 전체적으로 입에 맞았습니다 수영장과 부대시설도 관리가 잘되어 보였습니다
체크아웃 후에도 식사와 부대시설 이용이 모두 가능한 점도 좋았습니다
체크인을 위해 새벽에 공항에서 이동할때 그랩이 잡히지 않아 택시로 이동했으며 15만동 지불했습니다
호텔환전은 21만동 쳐주고 공항에선 22만동 해주시 공항환전하시는 것이 조금 나아보입니다

다시 간다면 2박정도?

주간에 한국말 가능한 직원있음.
음식은 크게 가리지 않는 입맛이면 무난한 편.
다양하게 맛볼수 있는 무료 알콜(진, 코냑, 위스키, 보드카, 맥주, 칵테일.....)만으로도 입이 즐거움.
단 러시아인들 위주로 운영(러시아어)되긴하나 그렇다고 크게 못 어울릴 정도는 아님.

Group-raised with Russian on Nah Trang beach

주변에 아무것도 없는 지역이지만 아름다운 해변과 90%가 넘는 러시안 투숙객들로인해 오히려 이국적인 느낌의 리조트 입니다.올클루시브는 정말 최고의 혜택이구요.아름다운 해변에서 러시안들을 보며 사육당하다 온 느낌 입니다. 음식도 먹을 만 합니다.(김치,고추장 정도만 준비 한다면) 하지만 룸의 인테리어는 최악 입니다. 하지만 룸에서는 잠만 자면 되니까...시내가는 셔틀이 더 많으면 좋을 것 같구요. 공항이 가까운 곳인데도 셔틀이 없어서 많이 아쉽구요. 상주하는 택시기사 바가지 씌우려 하는데 한대 때려주고 싶어요. 공항까지 불과 3km 인데 보통 10만동에 갈거리를 타자마자 20만동 달라고 번역기 돌려가며 바가지를 씌우려 함.(모닝택시, 앞 대시보드에 보스 스피커 달려 있고, 키크고 젊은 택시기사)
