Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Movenpick. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with both the guest rooms and common areas presented to a high standard. The breakfast at Panorama had a good variety and was enjoyable over the 8 days that we stayed. The animal mascots were also a nice touch to entertain and interact with kids. Overall, it provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, and I would confidently recommend this property to other travellers seeking quality service and cleanliness.

The only slight downside is the distance to Nha Trang. It's a bit of a trek and a 40-minute Grab ride to get into central Nha Trang, which isn't a major issue, as Grab is plentiful and arrives within a few minutes. Just something to keep in mind if you're after more of an active sightseeing holiday rather than just staying primarily at a resort. That said, it's also very close to the airport, a less than 10-minute ride, so pretty stress-free going from Movenpick to the airport and vice versa.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others who are travelling with families will younger children.

Our overall experience was okay. Staff was generally friendly with a few that really stood out as stellar shining stars.

However, with the amount we paid, we do not feel we received our money’s worth. We booked a deluxe king suite for more space as we are a family of 4, kids ages 11 and 16, and the hotel expected for all of us to sleep on 1 king bed. We clearly booked for 4 people, there was no error on our part. The extra beds for the kids cost us an additional $50 CAD/day for our 10 night stay. Right from the beginning, it didn’t set us up in a positive manner.

Our breakfast was included in the pricing, however everything else comes at top price premium! With the resort being far away from Nah Trang (you pay around $50 CAD round trip), you are essentially forced to eat on resort. Pricing to eat out is comparable to Canadian pricing. Alcohol drinks also being about $10 per drink.

Food aside, one small load of laundry cost us $100!!!!

Pool activity rentals (water guns and scooters) were $30-$40 for a half hour.

The rooms look generally clean but as you start taking a closer look, garbage cans are dirty on the outside, shower corners dirty, surfaces are not generally to most meticulously cleaned.

We had such high expectations as the photos give off such a luxe look. We felt like cash cows the entire trip with everything costing such a fortune. Would not stay here again and feel disappointed in the amount we spent money and the lack we received in return.

Definitely recommend this place for stay with families, or even if you are alone but like peacefulness. It’s away from the main town Nha Trang about 35-45 minutes by car, so if you don’t need shopping, clubs, crowdness this is a place to stay absolutely gorgeous facility!

What an incredible beachside resort. We were looking for somewhere to relax and reconnect as a family after a hectic period and this resort wouldn’t have been any better. A beautiful villa, attentive staff- right on the beach. Given it was low season, we had access to all amenities from rope courses, crafts, waterslides and Himalayan Sauna, jumping castle, billiards, table tennis. A special thanks to the General Manager for spoiling my little girls at the kids club- setting them up for a cooking class and beachside bonfire. We will definitely be back. 6 days couldn’t have gone any quicker .

Pros: clean, green, spacious room, nice pools, good breakfast.
Cons: Had some hiccups with the reservations team/the property system which was so confusing.
We went to Tropicana for dinner, the waiters knew that we would like to sit outside but no one helped us to arrange the table. After rearranging the table ourselves for our group, no one brought us menu until we tried to get their attention. After that, no one came to get the orders. We waited for over 40 mins and left. We understand this is the high season but over 40mins waiting at a restaurant in a fancy resort is unacceptable.

So many activities for the family. This place is huge. We were offered an upgrade to a villa just before arriving. They told me it had a private pool.... I was SOLD!

If you like sweets, they have a chocolate tasting complete with a fountain of CHOCOLATE every day for an hour. FREE!

This is the place to stay when you are in Nha Trang!

일반룸1박 +원베드룸 풀빌라 1박으로 예약했는데 투룸 풀빌라 2박으로 업그레이드 받았고 공간 넓게 잘 이용할 수 있었습니다.
기본적으로 숙소는 쾌적했고 에어컨이 잘 작동해서 숙소안은 습하지 않고 매우 쾌적했어요. 매일 청소해주어서 깨끗한 상태로 이용했고 냉장고도 커서 음료수와 물을 시원하게 잘 보관할 수 있었습니다. 벌레를 좀 걱정했었는데 날파리가 좀 있었지만 큰 문제는 아니었어요.
거실 공간과 숙소 수영장, 공용 수영장과 놀이시설까지 너무 좋았고 이후 아미아*로 숙소 이동 후에도 모벤픽 밖에 생각이 안났어요.
바다의 경우에도 모벤픽은 앞이 트여 시원한 뷰고 조용해서 사진이 매우 잘나오는 반면 아미아*는 광안리가 떠오르는 풍경입니다.
리틀버드클럽도 아이가 베딩셋팅, 인디언텐트, 웰컴드링크 젤리까지 아주 즐거워하였고 시간이 없어서 액티비티를 못해 아쉬워서 다음엔 꼭 더 길게 묵고 싶어요.
세레니티 스파도 개인적으론 가격대비 적당한 호텔 스파로 만족스러웠어서 가성비 좋은 팬시한 마시지를 받고 싶다면 추천합니다.
아쉬웠던건 조식 뷔페에 먹을 것 가짓수가 좀 적고 공간이 협소하고 맛이 좋진 않았고 아이스 라떼는 맛이 없었어요..
하프보드로 저녁 선택해서 뷔페 먹었는데 이땐 좀더 먹을 가짓수가 많았으나 파노라마가 기본적으로 맛있는 식당은 아닌것 같아요..
또 전반적으로 직원과 영어 커뮤니케이션이 좀 쉽지 않았는데 큰 문제는 아니었고 서비스 안내에서 혼선이 발생 되어서 더 소통이 어려웠던 것 같습니다. 아침 7시?쯤 방으로 콜을 받았는데 자다 좀 놀라서 이건 좀 지양되어야 할것 같아요.

편하지만 또 익숙하지 않은..

베트남 나트랑 마지막즈음에 들린 모벤픽
알마 리조트 일반실을 들렀다가 알마 리조트 풀빌라가 풀이어서 선택함.
1. 방 컨디션이나 프라이빗 풀 컨디션은 좋음
(물론 수영장의 일부(수영장 가장자리 석재 일부 흔들림)

2. 배달도 정문까지 나가면 먹을수 있음. 과일 배달 많이 시켰는데. 버기가 30분 이상 안 올때가 있어서
그건 좀 난감 (이건 시간대가 체크인 체크아웃 시간하고 겹쳐서 그런듯)

3. 빌라 콘도 어메니티에 대한 앱이 있어서 좋으나 업무가 과중된건지 대부분 급한 용건은 빨리 요청하는 게 필요함. 예를 들어 침구 같은 것은 좀 여유 있어도 상관 없으나 물이 부족해서 시켰는데 1시간 30분 뒤에 컴플레인 후에 온다던지 하는 부분이 (믈론 침구는 2~3시간 뒤에 옴) 뭐 좀 빨리 시켜야 함.

4. 수영장 종류는 적지만 알마보다 더 가족적이긴 해서 즐거웠고 폼파티와 초콜릿 파티는 아이가 좋아했음.

5. 레이트 체크아웃 없음. 결국 아고다 앱에서 1박 추가. 대신 조식 못 먹으니 도시락으로 바꿔달라할 수는 있었음.

그냥 생각해 보면 가족끼리 편하게 지내면 좋을듯. 4점과 5점 사이인데 저 위의 한국인 습성에 안 맞는 부분으로 4점에 가까움.

It's in poor condition. Doorlock was broken and took half day to fix while we have to wait in room. I feel nickle and dimed throughout the day. I can't get a water fountain anywhere and max request of 4 bottles of water per 2 person in room per day. If you do this model why not make the resort free and charge us for breathing air? On the good side the beach was nice even though full of screaming children everywhere.

Its not a 5 star....should be a 4 star. Older hotel. Rooms are old and have dirty throw rugs that havent been steam cleaned it years, same with the throw ruggs in the lobby....very dirty...gross. poor service for getting drinks, only 1 bar at the pool and lobby area. Poor service for breakfast, you have to get your own drinks and clear your own plates. The swiss village is a far walk and not much there. Water slides are fun and the kids park is fun. The hotel resort needs to renovate or be demoted to 4 star.

They have electric carts to shuttle you to beach restaurant but a little inconvenient. They could do a better job of stocking convince store as there are not any market or stores in area. The resort is very family oriented and our family, especially the kids really enjoyed it. This is my 2nd time coming back to the property and on my birthday, it was a little bit disappointing at first as my special request to have our villa near the pool was not accommodated even though I booked 2 months in advance. However when I shared my real time feedback, the reservation team called me the day after to offer us in changing room as they now have availability and offer late check out as well which I appreciated that my feedback is heard and acted upon. All the staff at the resorts are very attentive, from the bellboy, room services or at servers at the Tropicana restaurants, the team at the Rope Park as well.
On the other part, I guess some of the staff at Panorama may not be familiar with the buffet setup. We had our buffet lunch where soft drinks were indicated as free flow included in the price but one of the staff asked us to pay when we were taking a coke, it was later corrected by the supervisor I believe.
The check in and check out process could have been improved. It was public holidays in Vietnam and only 2 counters were opened for check in and 1 counter opened for check out, meaning long waiting time. I wish more \"human touch\" during these process could have improved the our experience, simply say happy birthday during check in or asking how was my stay during check out, which unfortunately didn't happen.

NOT LIKE (-): problem in check-in due Expedia booking is unaligned with Hotel reservation system, staff friendly but limited, not all staff speak english, dirty corridor way to room, very dirty beach close to hotel, few options of restaurants for lunch and diner, breakfast is good but not enough tables in hush hour but in last day the upstairs saloon was open, dirty plates in restaurant. No previous explicit warning that little kids need covid test so I have to pay for a rapid test during check-in.

This place is a huge resort complex, having alot of facilities and services; i.e water park with children pool, tennis course, and fitness/billard tables. The room is quite clean and very furnished. Location of this resort is close to Nha Trang international airport so its convenient for transport to and from the airport.

We like the overall feel of this property. It has a nice blend of modern with traditional design to the resort. The Swiss Village is a nice touch, with a Swiss/German restaurant, gym, and play areas (billiards/pool, table tennis), and even a disco and karaoke rooms. The English level of the staff could be better, most of them took some time to understand what we were trying to say. But the property is brand new so can give it some time.

Newly opened, rooms are clean and facilities are good. Very comfort and well-designed. But the staffs are not yet prepared, sometimes they seemed to be clumsy and not systemized. I know they are never unkind. They tried their best, I guess. Actually, they were getting better even during my 4 days of stay.
You'd better check up for everything from multiple staffs for a while because you'll get different answers.
All in all, dispite of what I said, I was satisfied. It is a lovely room with reasonable price.

처음 해외여행을 하는 아이와 함께하는 여행이며 휴양을 목적으로 선택한 숙소입니다. 가격이 제일 저렴한 레지던스는 주요 시설과는 거리가 있지만 메인 풀 까지는 걸어다닐 수 있었으며, 얼리체크인 서비스를 받을 수 있어서 만족스러웠습니다.

시설은 괜찮음. 조식은 5성급이 아님. 종류도 맛도 4성급 이하. 키즈시설이 매우 취약. 풀빌라 수영장 수질이 너무 안좋음. 메인풀은 괜찮음. 슬라이드 재미잇음. 직원들이 영어를 잘 못해서 소통이 불편함. 서비스는 친절.

그냥 그랗습니다

그냥 막 좋지도 나쁘지도 않네요.
침구.. 괜찮았어요, 다만 저희는 아이용 가드가 없어서 불안한 마음
음식.. 그냥저냥 가짓수가 많은건 아닝데 매일 비슷하니 좀 식상해져서 그런지 별로
식당에서 아이들 위한 인형들이 와줘서 아이들이 좋아함
수영장 넓어서 좋은데 물이 오래된듯
비누거품을 엄청 쏘는데 물은 안 갈으는듯
투빌라룸였는데 바퀴가 돌아다녀서 그때부터 좀 찝찝함. 우리 숙소만 그랬는지 모르겠지만 특유의 암내가. 버기가 바빠서 그란지 엄청 빠르게 달려서 몇번 버기들끼리 부딪칠뻔.
명절이라 비싸게 가서 그렁까요? 막 좋은 느낌만은 아니네요. 다음엔 다른 리조트 가볼게요.

추천합니다!

원래 호텔 1박 예정이었는데 무료업그레이드로 빌라동을 이용했어요! 멋진 곳에서 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 숙소의 청결상태도 좋고 직원들 모두 친절하면서 프라이빗한 느낌을 주어 넘 좋았어요. 자전거로 바다를 이용할 수 있고 자연환경과 어우러진 리조트라 1000% 만족한 곳입니다. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶어요^^

전반적으로 아이들과 같이 가족 단위로 오기 좋은 리조트이다. 초콜릿 파티와 조식 때 아이들을 위해 다양한 후식과 인형탈을 쓰고 퍼포먼스를 보여주는 것 등은 매우 좋다.

다만, 좀 더 발전을 위해 한마디 하자면, 음식은 중간 정도로 감동을 느낄만한 것은 초콜릿 뿐이었다(초콜릿 회사라… 커피도 원두 생산해서 그런지 커피맛은 괜찮았다)

수영장은 너무 그늘지역이 없어 항상 그늘 찾아 다니며 수영해야 하는 아쉬움. 슬라이드는 물이 너무 약하게 나와서 재미가 없었다. 그래도 수영장 수질이나 컨디션은 괜찮았다. 수영장에 선베드 여유자리가 늘 없었고, 카바나는 유료라서 아쉬웠다.

바다는 의외로 놀기에 쾌적했다.

아이들을 위한 키즈 프로그램은 너무 유아에 맞춰져 있어 10~15세에 할만한게 없었다. 야외 줄타기가 있지만 너무 더워서 아무도 이용하지 않았다.

종합적으로 자연친화적이고 깔끔하고 대규모이며 서비스도 나쁘지 않아서 4점을 준다

룸이 넓고 뷰가 좋아요 특히 화장실이 샤워실이 분리되어 있어 바닥이 미끄럽지 않아 안전합니다 청소상태도 매우 좋고 편안하게 잘 잤습니다 아이들 프로그램도 좋았습니다

전반적으로 만족합니다

호텔에 묵었는데 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 샤워기 필터는 꼭 챙기시는게 좋을거 같고 제공되는 생수는 한국인 입맛에 안맞을 수 있으니 마실 생수는 따로 준비하시는게 좋을거 같습니다~

아이들과 가족들 모두 너무나 만족스러웠습니다.
리조트 시설 안에서 모든 식사를 해결할 수 있었던 점과 수영장의 깨끗한 수질, 많은 안전요원 덕에 마음 놓고 아이들이 놀 수 있었어요.
매년 방문할 계획입니다.

비치프론트 풀빌라에서 묵었습니다. 룸에서 보이는 경치는 너무 아름다웠지만 숙소 청결 상태와 직원들의 atitude는 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 뫼벤픽 방문 직전 인터컨티넨탈 호텔에서 숙박했던 경험때문에 자연스럽게 비교가 되네요.
아이가 있다면 풀빌라는 아주 탁월한 선택이 될 것 같습니다.
