First) your dinner reservation system is a problem. There was a receptionist who checked in at check-in.
The staff at the dinner counter told me to wait for a reservation and made an unpleasant feeling of guiding others in the background. Also, I checked good table and out table when I made a reception and reservation in advance, but I was not able to. When I strongly protested, he guided me to a dark place until then.
The unpleasant memory of greeting and chatting with Westerners around me is that Koreans will not visit.
Second) Breakfast with nothing to eat.
Before you go to your accommodation, watch the breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel and learn from it.
The breakfast was disappointing, too.

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days. Among the many 5-star resorts I’ve visited in Vietnam, this one stood out for its excellent facilities and tranquil atmosphere. However, the quality of the spa massage, which was included as part of the stay, was disappointing. Since it was a service offered to all guests, the therapists may have been overworked and fatigued. We had three massages during our stay, and unfortunately, all three were unsatisfactory, so we decided to skip the final one.

Overall, the staff didn’t smile much. Only the reception staff greeted us with a smile; I don’t recall seeing smiles from other employees. The quality of the BBQ dinner did not match the price. The beef steak was tough, and the pork was dry. The shrimp was tasty, but they were grilled too slowly, so we had to wait a long time to be served. Again, none of the staff smiled, and starting an hour before the end of the dinner time at 10 PM, they began noisily rearranging tables and cleaning up around us, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.

Staying at Fusion resort was really really nice. My 5year old son loved the little farm there. He enjoyed egg collecting, pig feeding, chicken feeding. Staff was so kind to kids. Food was goo; both Vietnamese local cuisine and Western cuisine. Of course the spa was pampering and relaxing. Room and the private pool was wonderful as well. It was just perfect.

Fusion resort is beautiful. The pools are amazing. The beach is clean. The food is so good and caters to many different tastes. The rooms are clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. There’s a great gym on premises, a tennis court, table tennis and foosball. The spa is excellent as well. But what really stood out for me was the service. They anticipated our every need. Accommodated any request and were so incredibly kind and courteous. We LOVED our stay.

I stayed pool villa (biggest size) but swimming pool is too shallow (it needs to be renovated to more deep depth) for us - size is OK though.
Nice private beach but I recommend to set one floating floor in deep area so that swimmer can enjoy (same as what we can see in many resorts in middle east).
Gym (fitness center) is not the best condition. Terrible frankly speaking. I do not know the reason but too hot inside although AC is running. Gym is the very important facility where many vacationers are enjoying but this is one of the worst facility in Fusion resort. Please study more how to make suitable Gym with checking other resorts. It should be cool inside.
Food is OK and Chef seems to be 1st class.

Superb resort. Free buggy service to everywhere in the resort. Room is large and clean. Breakfast and lunch (included in hideaway package) is also good with a wide variety of food. Daily complimentary spa is excellent.

Only downside is that it is far from city center and complimentary shuttle bus only runs 2 times a day. More shuttle buses will be more convenient for guests to explore city center.

We stayed here for one night before flying out to HCMC. Hubby and I have been travelling all over Asia the past 5 weeks and we felt the most relaxed and rejuvenated during our stay here. We booked our room last minute but the staff were super accommodating and made the check-in process very smooth. Joe took care of us upon and arrival and departure. We were upgraded to the Ocean View suite which was very spacious and the view was amazing. The food here really took us by a surprise as everything we ordered was so tasty and fresh, whether it was a Western or Asian dish. Joe was very friendly and sweet as everyone else at the front desk. We felt our stay was not long enough and we did not want to leave but will definitely be back!

The resort is beautiful with an exceptional staff.

We stayed at the Premier Hydaway Pool Villa and it was an clean and peace room for us.

Airport pick up which was complimentary with our room was very comfortable and the resort also provides a free bus shuttle to downtown.

The front desk assisted us throughout our stay and they were absolutely amazing! They called us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and they greeted us every morning at breakfast. They seemed to sincerely care for the guests.

Summary of bad and good things

Bad and good things listed below:
-Massage that is included in the stay should be 50min, however, in reality you only get 35-40min which was a disappointment
-The interior of the only restaurant they have is not nice and is not consistent with the architecture of the rest of the resort for some reason. Feels a bit like you're sitting inside some winter house in the Alps. It's very windy in Cam Ranh so you need to be lucky with the weather conditions to be able to sit outside
-Breakfast buffet could have been done much better. After been staying at other hotels in Nha Trang, this breakfast buffet was much smaller and not the same quality
-The hotel seems to be newly renovated and as such very clean and modern, and on the downside no genuinity
-There were surprisingly few people at the hotel, the restaurant was almost empty in the evenings
-Cam Ranh is not a very nice area. Just a lot of hotels along the beach (can't swim in water) and nothing genuine about it
+We were upgraded from a Chic Suite to a Pool Villa which was very nice. You could also order food and beverages which they delivered to your villa
+Friendly staff but in general poor English. Vietnamese hotel staff are in general very friendly but when it comes to thinking outside the box or solving problems it gets tougher and they don't always know how to handle it is my experience
+Very nice room, however the bed was not the most comfortable one
+They timed the room cleaning with the massage time, very professional

We really liked the property area and the spa. The area is beautiful, quiet and clean. The spa service was excellent - you could really tell they were trying to do everything to keep the guests happy. We also got a room upgrade with a private pool, which was a very nice and pleasant surprise.

Service and the restaurant were most disappointing. One day they forgot to clean our room, every time we needed something we had to call minimum 3 times, and received an apology only once. A few things in the room were broken. At the restaurant, the quality of the food was some of the worst we ate in Vietnam, plus there was no single time that they didn’t forget/mix up something in our order. At times I had to wait until they re-make my food while my husband was finishing his plate. The staff kept on asking whether we liked the food and whether everything was great, even after these incidents, and when we’d mention something, they just didn’t really say anything, acknowledged it or apologized for it. They just said ok and carried on like nothing happened. That felt very rude, and I think at a hotel like this is just unacceptable.

The resort is so beautiful, all villas have private pool and yard. The staffs are very careful in everything and very friendly. Massages are included. The beach is not nice, but it is ok we still can enjoy our vacation without going to the beach. Staying there need a car to go around because there are nothing nearby. No restaurants or coffees nearby or have a car or must stay and eat only in the resort.

The electricity supply is out of order for almost an hour. Staff said because too many peoples.

That’s truth, if you would like to have a real silent place. This is not an option. We book a villa which have 2 floor and we lived in ground floor, understand business is business, the upper floor was booked by another family which keep have someone running on my head which really annoying.

And due to too many booking, the restaurant inside is even hotter than outside, the air conditioner seems not working and make us can’t breath and stay long in the restaurant.

But the line for calling room service is very busy, it need to keep redail at least for 5mins during breakfast time.

And the spa is really soso, prefer Thailand.

The good thing is the beach and the staff are very nice.

As we really want a relaxing place where not so many people, prefer Da Nang in the future. May be the tourism of Nha Trang not mature as Da Nang??

The hardware of the resort is fantastic, from the entrance, reception, restaurants, pools to the villas. Although it is away from the city centre, the regular shuttle service brought much convenience for getting around. All staff are friendly and helpful, but there is a great room for improvement in terms of communications. We are disappointed about a number of arrangements caused by communication breakdown.
On our arrival day, the airport shuttle did not come as reserved, which already did not leave a good impression to us. After we checked in, we requested for the city shuttle service on the next day (the 17:30 one), but the staff told us that there was no record when we tried to get on the bus the next day. Third, on the 2nd night, we called up the operator to make a spa appointment for two on the 3rd day; when we arrived the spa centre, the staff there told us that there was no appointment record, which really ruined our plan! Besides, we approached the reception to request for a flower bath on the 3rd night; and when we came back at night, there was no set-up in our bathtub! Lastly, we were also disappointed that late check-out could not be arranged. Totally understand that it is subject to room availability, however we asked to extend check-out till 1 p.m. on our arrival day, eventually we were only told on our departure day that late check-out (1hr extension indeed) could not be arranged.
Our trip would have been perfect if the above had been arranged nicely.

Luxurious rehab-like resort. But due to the heavy rainfall and super strong wind, I could not think of any water activities. The facilities are great, the staff are 3.7 out of 5 because sometimes their service is like 5, other times 3. Once a manager came to me in the middile of the restaurant and told she would provide late checkout. Later, when I asked about it at the reception, I was told my late checkout is not confirmed until they call me on the checkout date. And there was no call. The resort provides a lot of services for the price though I doubt it is impeccable.

Simply brilliant !

We stayed here for 4 nights and were more than pleasantly surprised with our experience. The hotel had great online reviews before we came and despite that, the actual stay was even better than we had expected!

We had a lovely one bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious and cleverly designed. All the hotel staff were incredibly genuine and sweet and the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask for (within reason of course!). We didnt think language was a barrier and English speaking staff were always on hand when we needed them.

With a marketing slogan of 'breakfast anywhere, anytime' we had breakfast set up just for us on the beach. We were the only people on a secluded part of the beach - that was a lot of fun!

And the spa! Oh the spa. The all inclusive spa was the main reason we booked this resort. Having said that we were still sceptical if it was just marketing jazz? I can now definitely say all treatments were of very high quality! We left each therapist a tip but there was never any pressure or expectation from them to do so - everyone was very well trained. The staff were also very receptive to feedback and checked on us every day to make sure we were happy.

All in all an exceptional experience. I hope they keep the standards up despite massive upcoming expansion (lots of villas being built at the moment on site)

Stunning resort and great staff. We got a free upgrade to a ocean view suit with beautiful view and the room is so spacious, we felt so pampered. Sevice here is very prompt. The room had some small maintenance issue with the safe, TV and curtain but the staff came immediately to solve the issue every time. Despite they are a wellness resort, the staff even went out of their way to fulfil our unusual request to get us our cigars . This is what I call \"Go Extra Mile Service\". Thank you all the staff for the wonderful experience at Fusion Resort. We will come back again.

1st wedding anniversary holiday

We had the oceanfront villa, which had much privacy with direct access to the beach in front. The villa in actual is as pretty as the photos on the hotel website. Only complaints (unrelated to the hotel) is that the wind was quite strong, so it can be a bit chilly to be in our private pool.

The spa was good, and had a wide selection of services like manicure, pedicure, scrubs, massages, aromatherapy, herbal baths etc, and guaranteed for two per person. We managed to get one more extra one at the late check out on the last day.

The food at the restaurant isn't as bad as what people described it, but indeed it's quite pricey for Vietnam standards. As we booked through the Expedia VIP scheme, we got a 20% off at the restaurant for dinner instead of a room upgrade (we were already at the highest grade of room) and extended check out (really nice gesture from the hotel)

For our anniversary, Fusion offered us a jar of fresh watermelon juice and some nuts, fruits, cookies and a chocolate cake! So sweet of them:) Thank you so much Fusion for making our anniversary trip so memorable!

Good potential but not a spa destination.

I was drawn here for two reasons - the all-inclusive Spa and the photos of the beachfront villa room which I ended up booking. The room is incredible. It is intimate, gorgeous, and very comfortable. There were some staff execution issues - welcome carrot juice carafe sat outside my room for bugs to get at for 3 days, the “fusionist” host assigned at check-in never followed up with me each day, as promised, the sole restaurant’s menu is a bit boring and bland...My complaint with the resort largely stands with the Spa. The pros: everybody employed there is nice, courteous, and professional. However, despite filling out a form at the first visit stating my requested “focus areas”, the Spa staff all seem to be trained like robots on the exact same routines, spanning a couple dozen types of treatments. I had a few massages, facials, body scrub, and a manicure, and not a single one left me melting with a feeling of bliss and relaxation. I could not tell if my skin looked any different from the facials, I have no idea what type of products they were using as there was no explanation (very few staff speak English). The manicure experience was quite odd -I ended up having to do my own filing and cut my own cuticles, and it chipped less than 48hrs later (they do use OPI brand polish). Beyond that, everything else was just “fine”. Nothing outright bad, but nothing memorable. If you are looking for a luxe wellness/spa experience, this may not be the spot for you.

Svc and ppl are excellent. You really feel that they want you to enjoy your vacation. The villas and cottages are probably not too robustly built bc when it rained in our ocean side villa, floors flooded from the rain water seeping in from the sliding doors. The resort staff responded right away. Not an issue with the staffing but definitely a structural issue.

Rejuvenating

The staff at Fusion resort went above and beyond for us. This was the perfect mother/daughter stay! We left (hesitantly) feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed. We could not fathom how 2 spa treatments per day could come with the accommodation. Not only this but I was able to participate in intimate yoga and meditation sessions at their peaceful yoga studio. The spa treatments were exceptional and the food was divine. We spent our days by the pool (in between spa treatments) looking over the clean, private beach. We had ocean swims and pool swims! The staff were lovely enough to allow us to use the facilities after we checked out due to a late flight. So kind. Please stay here! We will be back!!

Heaven on Earth!

I was a single traveler and I booked three nights in chic suite room. The moment I booked the hotel, the reservation department sent me an e-mail to arrange pick up shuttle from CXR airport to hotel. When I arrived the hotel, I immediately fell in love with the stunning view from the reception. Also, the staffs are helpful and full of responsibility. Especially when there was a disturbance in the room due to cockroaches on the very last night, the reception staff (I can't remember his name!) fully understood my situation and took all the responsibility to change the room immediately. Furthermore, I was really appreciated when hotel offered me a late check out because of last night's happening.
The complimentary spa (2 times a day) was amazing. The program was very varied and the staffs were friendly. The only flaw is that sometimes it's difficult to book the spa on the certain time slot, so the hotel recommended to book spa at least one day in advance. I've had a great experience at this hotel in my life and I would recommend this hotel to others :)

Big room but small TV , the bathing water is not hot enough when using bath tub, the refrigerator is completely not hot equals room temperature , every night I need to ordered few buckets of ice .
There is only one restaurant provides fair food and the portion is for children only but costs more expensive . For example the same food , clay prawn , it costs USD 15 with children portion , the city centre restaurant costs USD 5 with adult portion .

Highly recommend visiting fusion resort! Best resort I have ever stayed in. Offers 2 inclusive spa treatments per day which was the highlight! Yoga Daily was also a great touch. Staff all go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Wish there was a fusion resort in every city!

The resort is great in many ways. The simplicity in style and decor makes you feel relax and calm. The white sand beach is awesome and clean. The room is spacious, modern and well kept. Just beware of small bugs that might go inside the room from the front garden when you open the door, but that's not a big problem. Free spa twice a day is a plus. Though the shuttle service to and from downtown Nha Trang only runs three times per day (about 40 mins one way), it's good enough if you want to spend more time chiling out at the resort. The overall services are at high quality, staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast choices are plentiful either for buffet breakfast at the restaurant or in-room breakfast at anytime of the day. The resort might seems a bit boring for young kids, but for people who opt for tranquility and relaxation, this is definitely your best choice.

Great hotel with very good facilities.
Service is good, however sometimes some of the staffs seem to forget that they work for a 5 stars hotel.
Very close to airport, and about 30mn to Nha Trang city, where there is not much to see. Ocean and beach are much more clean at the hotel than in the city.
Massages included are a great plus, really enjoyed it !

Great hotel, especially loved the package with the spa included (2 massages per day per person).
Special thanks to staff Michael and Maia who are very helpful.
The swimming pool is amazing, as well as the beach and ocean very clean.
It would have been great if the food menu had a bit more choice, however for a 3 days stay it's perfect. The buffet breakfast is amazing.

Paradise on earth, absolutely made our honeymoon trip to Vietnam. Stunning resort and private beach, great service, heavenly all inclusive spa. Only caveats are the town is about 40 minutes away (but the hotel operates regular free shuttle buses back and forth) and breakfast is a little limited for a 5* resort, but still very good.

Good, Short Stop-Over Stay

Had an early flight the next day, and decided to stay one night at Fusion after having spent 3 nights in Nha Trang.

Good location, very close to airport (8-10 mins) away, with absolutely no noise from the planes. Good view. Free spa was a very good peak. Each person gets 2 treatments free a day, and quality of treatments was good.

Food selection was a bit poor, with only one restaurant. Food was not bad, quite acceptable, and not unreasonably priced.
