The resort was beautiful a the apartment was amazing. The clean my room service could use some improvements as one time we had not towels and we ended up running out of body wash. They didn’t leave much for two people.
Also we couldn’t use the spa voucher as it was always booked.
There was one time where the lifeguards allowed a family with small children at the adults only pool which was rather annoying but the place was beautiful

Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean.

Nice and clean, restaurant staff were amazing. Beautiful gardens. The waterpark was great but the location makes it feel separate to the resort. The pool bar was the only negative, the staff were not very responsive and it was just chaos, I paid cash but they charged to the room also, sorted out in the end but it took awhile.

• Unlimited pool towel usage is very convenient
• The tapioca milk tea in the lounge is genuinely delicious and highly recommended
• Great vibe and atmosphere.

Bad (Well not that bad but disappointing for a 5-star resort)
• A resort that constantly ties guests to schedules, despite being a place to relax. Even though this is a resort, guests are required to constantly watch the clock.
Dinner must be reserved in advance. Sauna and sports activities are limited to very specific time slots (only a few hours in the morning and evening). You are always reminded of “until what time” and “from what time next.”
Not for those seeking an escape from daily stress.

• No outside food allowed, yet extremely limited dining options. The restaurants were fully booked, and the next available seating was at 8:30 PM.

• Too many hidden extra costs, leaving a sense of distrust
There were many unexpected additional charges during the stay, and the pricing felt lacking in transparency.

• Noise issues from nighttime shows
Shows held inside the hotel continue until before 10 PM, and the sound directly reaches the room. Children prbly cannot sleep, and it is stressful for those looking for a quiet stay. Better volume control or structural consideration is needed.

• Very loud lawn mowing starting at 7 AM. The noise from early morning maintenance made it impossible to sleep in and relax.

This property is very beautiful! I enjoyed waking up early to catch the sunrise in our ocean view room. The room is very spacious and clean! The property had multiple restaurants with great food, a karaoke bar with live entertainment (which we loved), and so many pools!

The staff was pleasant and checked on us daily! Mi, one of the managers was amazing! She helped with booking our dinner and amenity reservations daily! Thank you Mi!

My boyfriend has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and the hotel ensured that all the staff knew! Every restaurant we went to, the staff was already aware which made him feel at ease.

During the middle of our stay, we decided to book another stay at this property to bring our family! We truly loved this place!

We rate this property 10/10!

The resort itself was absolutely fantastic—everything from the facilities to the service exceeded expectations. The only downside was the surrounding area, which offered very little in terms of external amenities. There were no nearby markets, shops, or restaurants, so guests are largely limited to what the resort provides, and those facilities which incurred extra costs, were inflated in price.

While the resort had enough to keep us entertained during our four-night stay, those planning a longer visit might find themselves wanting to explore beyond the grounds. However, this would require travelling to the next major town, as there are limited options in the immediate vicinity.

From the moment we checked in and when we checked out we taken care of by the staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating and their attention to every detail was impressive! The resort itself was beautiful, the pools were relaxing and the food was amazing! As a family of three there was plenty of options for activities around the resort and we will definitely stay again next time we are in Vietnam.

The Alma resort is truly an exceptional family friendly resort. Every day there were tons of activities for children and adults, like the kids club, water park, and 12 different pools. The food is amazing and we loved the breakfast options. All the specials were great as well like happy hour at the beach club. The staff are all incredibly kind and remembered the eating preferences of my daughter and brought her favorite vegetables at dinner, or my coffee preference at breakfast in the morning. Even though it’s a big resort we never felt like there were too many people and there was just enough attention for us from the staff. The spa experience was also amazing and we’ve left the resort totally rejuvenated. This resort was fantastic and we cannot wait to visit again!

We loved it so much: The resort was green and marvelous with private beach, a lot of swmming pools, and the kids really enjoyed the water theme park. The restaurants and food court are great. We most impressed with La Casa - where we ordered breakfast from menu and the food and service was fantastic.

Our apartment are spacious, clean, with fruit and water provided everyday. The staff are very friendly and useful. and the buggy ride are fast :). Couldnt be happier with our choice to stay there and will definitely come back when we go to Nha Trang again. Highly recommended if you travel with family and kids.

Overall the resort were good. However, it doesn't deserved 5 stars for the following reasons:
1. We didn't have shampoos in all rooms. Some rooms had shampoos and conditioners bottles empty. Then I called the room service and sent us little bottles.
2. The first night we had dinner at Atlantis restaurant. The service was flawless but the food was average. We ordered Canh Chua, tasteless and very disappointing.
3. The next day we decided to order food outsie for our group of more than 25 people via the grab service delivered at gate 2, we asked if we could call a car service that helped us take us to our villas, our request was denied and we had to carry heavy bags up the hill to get inline in order to get the car service to our villas.

I liked everything. The service was spot on Everytime I needed ANYTHING AT ALL I dialed \"0\". So quiet. Very much a family vacation. The breakfast buffet will blow your mind. Beyond authentic and tasty.
One down side... The pools are too warm. Need to add cold water periodically.

Alma Resort is great for a family holiday. On the beach with 12 swimming pools, dining options, excellent staff and many experiences. The kids loved the Splash Park , the Youth Club and the Science museum.

Amazing beach resort experience

The best beach resort experience I've had so far. The whole resort is impressively clean and very well maintained - grass is trimmed, plants are pruned, pavements are cleared of debris, every corner is just neat and tidy. The people are polite and attentive. Food is consistently exceptional. Environment is peaceful and calming. You have privacy yet do not need to be in a remote place. The ocean view is just breath-taking - words just can't do justice. Imagine the ocean greeting you every morning you wake up. Definitely going into my \"visit again\" list!

The property is high quality in service and amenities. I counted about 11 pools all on the property. Access to the beach was convenient. I had a great time in Alma. All staffs are very friendly and kind. So they usually provide quick and polite responses. Unfortunately in my case, we stayed during Tet holiday, only a restaurant opened. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner the same restaurant every day. I wanted to enjoy food all restaurants in Alma. But I can understand about that.

수영장이 많아서 전세 낸 듯이 잘 놀 수 있었어요. 라 까사서의 조식도 맛있었어요. 바닷가 앞 해산물 식당 아틀란티스가 맛있었습니다. 숙소가 넓고 화장실이 여러개여서 편안하게 쓸 수 있었습니다.

그런데 리조트 규모가 너무 커서 여러 시설을 이용 하며 둘러 보기에는 다소 힘이 들었습니다. 유스 클럽에서 포켓볼 재미있었어요.

3박 했습니다.

1.첵인 개별 이용안내와 환대 아주 좋았습니다.
2. 얼리첵아웃으로 조식대신 도시락 준비 해 주셔서 감사합니다.
3. 전체적으로 쾌적하고 즐거운 리조트였습니다.
4. 룸서비스 음식(한식류) 가성비 좋았어요.
5. 수영장서 두고온 물품들 보관 잘 해주셔서 다음날 잘 찾았습니다.
6. 아들생일이라 축하케익 감사 했습니다
7. 식당들 전반적으로 맛 괜찮았어요.
8. 슈퍼내 기념품 의류,잡화 가격은 있으나 봉제나 프린트등의 품질이 좋아서 담시장보다 만족 합니다.
9. 2베드룸 가족여행 객실 구조가 아주 좋습니다.


아쉬운점은
1. 첵아웃시 객실점검, 첵인첵아웃대기손님대비 직원수(1명+뒤늦게1명) 부족으로 30분전 첵아웃 콜 했음에도 예상보다 시간 소요되어 예약차량 시간 때문에 신경이 쓰였습니다.
2. 이태리조식식당 오더방법
좀 더 직관적인 안내문 필요 합니다.
메뉴 주문후,
샴펜과 쥬스는 뒤늦게 다른 유창한 직원 덕분에 주문 가능 했습니다.
3. 3박기간동안 태풍급 바람과 날씨가 아주 추웠습니다. 온수풀이나 체온조절사우나 있었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다.

무난한 리조트입니다.(살짝 부족함이 있어요)

공항에 가까워(새벽도착) 편하게 쉰다는 목적으로 리조트를 잡았습니다. 리조트네 수영장들이 아름답게 구성되어 있고, 작지만, 물놀이 동산도 있어 좋습니다. 다만, 먼가 activities가 많지 않습니다. 바닷가는 파도가높아서 바다 activities는 없고... 아이들이 놀기에는 적당합니다. 어른들 및 커플여행은 어울리지 않아요.

전반적으로 별로 였어요

일당 수건이 너무너무 별로 였어요. 너무 얇고 더러웠고 침구류도 별로 였어요. 비가 많이 왔는데 현관 앞에 비가 다 들어와서 항상 고여 있어 나갈때 미끄러워 넘어질 뻔 한게 여러번 이에요.
버기를 타고 다녀야 되서 쪼금 불편했고 체크아웃할 때 룸 체크 한다고 10분 기다리라고 해서 기다리고 있었는데 시간이 지나도 얘기 안해서 된거냐도 다시 물어봤어요. 가격 대비 좋은 지는 모르겠네요.

문제가 발생되는 부분이 없었던 건 아니지만 그래도 대처가 나쁘지않았어요.리조트가 너무 넓어서 버기없이 다닐 수 없어서 버기를 부르는 것이 번거로웠지만 버기타는것마저 상쾌하고 재미있었어요.워터파크 8살이놀기에 최고였어요.떠나는 날까지 알차게 놀았습니다.

베트남 첫 가족여행이었는데 남편이랑 아이랑 모두 대만족했습니다. 리뷰 참고했는데, 그 이상으로 넘넘 좋았습니다. 일단 전체적으로 조경과 수영장이 훌륭하고 방도 에어컨 빵빵하고 쾌적하고. 이동할 때 버기 타면서 넘넘 편안하게 다니고..진짜 너무 좋아서 남편이랑 다시 신혼여행 간 기분이었습니다. 남편이 알마 내년에 또 오고 싶다고 하네요 ㅎㅎ

풀빌라로 업그레이드를 해주어서 너무 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다! 수영장도 많아서 붐비지 않아서 좋고 경치도 이쁘고 바다도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 리조트 규모가 매우 커서 이동시에 항상 버기카를 타고 다녀야 하는 점은 고려하셔야 할 것 같고 리조트 내에 F&B도 많이 다양하지는 않아서 이 부분들을 제외하고는 모두 좋았어요!
