Our stay here was amazing. We were welcomed with a welcome app and drink. The staff greeted us with kindness. They showed us to our room and helped carry our luggage to our room. They have umbrellas and bicycles available for us free of charge. Breakfast is included and it has a variety of choices!
Be prepared for mosquitos. But other than that, it’s an amazing place to stay at. It’s very quiet and serene.

We highly recommended booking at this hotel.

Excellent hotel with lovely design. Excellent staff and service. Only down side we found was mosquitos were around the building and one or two got into our room and had a feast at our expenses. Keep the windows closed / don’t go onto the balcony and the problem is solved.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic.
Clean room, very comfortable and spacious bed, gorgeous bathtub, lovely rice field view, amazingly attentive staffs. Great breakfast, pool was so cute with a lovely view. We had some cows come up to us and have a little cheeky drink from the pool it was hilarious!!! The spa’s really good too, reasonable price and such relaxing atmosphere.
We stayed for 5 nights and had absolutely no complaints, we would 100% go back and stay there again. Much much recommended!!!

I went for the decor and stayed for the service. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only is it a work of art but every single member of staff was so attentive and truly aimed to make your stay the best it could be — from the receptionist who gave me an amazing restaurant recommendation, to the breakfast staff who encouraged me to try all the local cakes, the chef who made me fresh pancakes every morning, to the nighttime security who helped me get a gecko out of my room at close to 2 am! The breakfast was also phenomenal and had more variety than I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I loved it so much here that I extended my stay for an extra night. Could not recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 no notes.

The breakfast buffet and dinner options were very good. The spa is nice and the staff at the motel are very friendly. The room was very clean but would suggest you not try to walk in socks as it is very slippery. There is no t.v. and don't know if the internet would support it for your devices. If you are going during rainy months, purchase the optional insurance or make sure you cancel before the deadline. We only learned from the motel about the flooding early the morning following our deadline to cancel. They would not offer any refund. The area flooded and the motel was only accessible by boat (wooden canoe) on some days and shuttle bus on others. The shuttle only runs twice a day.

Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is gorgeous - in the rice fields, with birds everywhere - and the hotel’s design is so appealing. We loved our room and the lobby. The staff was wonderful, too. The only drawback was it was a bit far from the ancient town - a ten minute taxi ride or 30 minute walk (we were too nervous to try bicycling). But the peaceful setting made that worth it.

The hotel is simply perfect, the service by staff was seamless from start right to the very end! The architecture is obviously bespoke, but the view, bed, the bath, the pool and spa are even better!

I really enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, as well as using their bicycles to get into town. It’s even easier and affordable to get a grab bike and head into town whenever you want.

On my last day of the trip, I broke out into a rash (possibly from eating street food the night before) and the staff were so helpful in promptly getting me to the hospital and bringing my breakfast up to the room.

I know I will re-visit Hoi An, and I know I will be staying the this hotel again! Thank you for a great time :)

Wonderful setting, lovely new hotel

We had a wonderful stay. This is a new and great value hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. It is an easy walk or taxi ride into the centre. The situation is wonderful amongst the rice paddy fields. It's a great setting and much more peaceful than in the centre of the city! Service was fantastic, breakfast a total delight (buffet with a mixture of local and western options).

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the vibe here and visiting tourist spots in Hoi A were only a short Grab Car away!
The pool and outlook were beautiful but there was definitely not enough sun loungers etc we often found them all to be full which was a bit annoying when we wanted a relaxing morning/afternoon etc.
the breakfast was quite nice, not massive variety and we did feel a bit rushed one day because they were stopping breakfast and when we asked for another coffee we were told no 😖. Other than this - a lovely stay with a unique character and friendly staff.

If you want a different hotel experience, this is it. The rooms are made of concrete! The bed was very comfortable, and the view of rice fields unique. It is close to the Old Town, but if you dont want to walk, Grab mobile is inexpensive. After the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this was peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed meeting \"Tuna\" who works in the restaurant.

This is a very flat user friendly place to cycle around

Challenges: No room service after 10pm (tricky when arriving late with flight and hungry; was encouraged to use delivery app but last thing wanted to sign up to and deal with with jetlag). No TV in room. Loud frogs and insects from rice paddies (I slept through but might be hard for some). Not well signed from main road for drivers in dark. Perhaps not for seniors travellers as beds low to ground and bath/shower requires mobility.

This is a beautiful property, id recommend to my friends and would stay here again. I wish id spent longer here, rather than in Da Nang itself. The staff are helpful, polite and readily available. The building itself is besutiful. I loved the pool area it was calm and relaxing. Again highly recommend. The only issue i had was that they didnt have any irons, so i couldnt iron my clothes before heading out to dinner, thats the only critique i can find.

I loved this hotel. The weather was not on our side but the staff and hotel was still beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the locatikn was perfect between the beach and the town jtself. The pool looked lovely but unfortunately it was too cold and wet for us to use. I would highly reccomend the hotel but the beach was a bit disappointing including the area where the hotel sent us. This might have been caused by a storm though!
