From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. It wasn’t just the breathtakingly beautiful property or the absolutely gorgeous room that made our stay unforgettable — it was the genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality we felt throughout our entire visit.

We were welcomed with such care and made to feel truly at home. A special thank you to the two incredible girls who went above and beyond to make our experience so special-Victoria and Dimitra. Thank you for every single thing that you did for us and the way you cared. Their recommendations, their knowledge of the local hidden gems, and their willingness to help us discover the best spots made our stay even more magical. They were truly phenomenal and a reflection of the heart and soul of this place.

Amazing experience staying at this hotel from check in to check out! Staff was very willing to help with any questions and concerns! Bus stop was right in front of hotel and walkable distance to Chora which has all shopping and bars. Would stay here again next time in ios!

My friends and I stayed at Krikitos Village Hotel on our recent visit to Ios. The hotel is located in great proximity to the Port and more importantly the main town, Chora. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you to Chora in 5 minutes (buses come every 15 minutes) otherwise it’s about a 15 minute walk uphill. The walk back from the main town however is 10 minutes downhill which is great! Chora has a great nightlife scene with lots of restaurant choices and bars.

The hotel facilities are great, neither of the two pools were over crowded and the staff are lovely!

Would stay again!

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Kritikakis Village Hotel in Ios! The stuff, the customer service, the attention to detail reallly exeeded my expectations. Superior customer service. The personel is really going above and beyond to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay . Everybody from housekeeping to restaurant and reception personnel was always welcoming and helping. Top notch customer service. I would recommend this hotel and I would gladely stay again there! Thank you to Nikos, Georgiana , Mariana from the front desk, Georgina from the restaurant and to all the stuff that made sure I have a pleasant stay.! Superior customer service. Great location, close to Yalos beach and to the bus stop, village of Chora is accessible either by walking or bus that goes every 20 minutes ( bus station is right at the hotel). Stunning views from breakfast! Nice and clean! I would give it a 10 out of 5! Great value!

We are very surprised that this hotel is only 3 star. Everything about it exceeds that. The staff, the room, the pool, the location. Everything was excellent. The friendly staff welcomed us with a voucher for a free cocktail by the pool. We were then showed to our room which was spotless. The shower room was bigger than any we have had in our travels through the Greek islands. The bed was soft just as we like it. I could go on, but basically it is the nicest hotel we have stayed in for the budget in our travels. If we had paid twice the rate I would still have been happy

This hotel should be rated 4 star service hotel instead of 3 in google. The hotel room is beautiful, clean with great amenities. Staff is very friendly, very informative and very accommodating to your needs. They even provide free welcome drink at their pool bar with reasonably priced food and drinks!

Absolutely loved our stay! Friendly staff, great location. Only 2 min walk to the port and the bus station is right outside the main building. Would highly recommend this place. The pool is nice and they let us check in early once it became available. They even offered to keep our belongings there while we check out the town. Great place!

Best place we stayed on our Greece holiday

Excellent hotel, central location, 5-10 min walk from port if you come by ferry. Bus stop right outside - 2 euros a person one way - if you want to go to the beach or do not want to walk up the stairs nearby to go to Chora (was a hike up and up in scorching heat, not necessarily fun). We came early and room was not ready, but staff very friendly, professional, and especially helpful. They answered all our questions about restaurants, bus, when to leave in the morning for the next ferry. Their dinner rec was spot on. Soooooo good. One of the best we ate on our 2 week holiday. Room itself is excellent, very clean, open space, roomy. Fridge in room with a 1 liter complimentary water bottle. Would stay again. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel, great location.

Clean, modern and ideally situated for the port, beach and Chora town.Right on the bus stop. Only thing missing was having a decent bar and restaurant (limited pool bar service) and would have been nice with a hand carrying the suitcases up the steps! Highly recommended though.

Great thanks to the concierge lady up front (i think she’s the manager) for taking my friend and i into the hotel so last minute. You couldn’t have helped us better. Great room, amenities, distance from all necessary shops and the hotel is situated a few steps away from a bus stop too, so easy access to places further away like Mylopotas and Chora.

Amazing stay! My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon! Super nice staff, nice welcome drink and welcome brief/ tour. Pool was amazing and bar. 4 minute walk from port. You won’t regret this stay they are very helpful and all with genuine smiling faces.

Stayed for one night, very good location less than ten minutes walk up hill from port. Located just beside start of path leading up to Chora ( with alternative of local bus stopping just in front of door every 15 minutes - EUR1.60). Nice and stylish hotel, reasonably priced. Bonus of welcome drink at pool bar.
Our room was one of last available, so no view, just interior courtyard, but fine for one night.

Unforgettable!

The best hotel we've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Stunning architecture, and it gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were kind and approachable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ios. Best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in on a trip to Europe. Beautiful property with high quality fixtures and fittings and extremely clean making for a comfortable stay. View over the port and beach was amazing! Comfortable bed and pillows, excellent bathroom with toiletries, comfortable padded bench seat on the balcony. Welcome cocktail on arrival at the beautiful (but a bit chilly) pool. Wish I never left!

Our stay here was amazing! Customer service was outstanding, cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent, and location was ideal! The location is less than a ten minute walk from the ferry port and is roughly a fifteen minute walk from the main town (Ios Village/Chora) with a foot path right outside the front door! Overall, our stay here was fantastic!

Hotel is walking distance from port (without a lot of luggage) also walking distance from the town (uphill) there are bus services that are very convenient and run until late. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff is very knowledgeable and informative and there’s no need to go anywhere but your balcony to watch the amazing sunset.

Ios Rules!

Lovely hotel, in great location from the port and old town, bus right outside. Great little touches in the room, fruit bowl and we got a welcome drink. Room was really nice set up and spacious, lovey terrace. Perfect place to stay on Ios. Only slightly annoying part is the pre check in online, it’s a bit of a faff but not really a big deal in the scheme of things. there is also a weird video to watch when you check in with all the rules and regulations it was like a construction site induction? don’t let that put you off through we found it quite funny? we had no problem with the rules ?? the staff were helpful and laid back.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely big room with nice view. Great location for us - just a short walk to the port but nice and quiet. Right next to path up to the main town (steep walk). Very nice pool with lots of sunbeds. Breakfast was spoiled by a lot of flies and wasps. Overall, very good and we would return.

Terrible and scamming service!!!

Our stay at kritiakas was met with a bitter end.
From the beginning we were treated with poor service and lied to from checkin. Within 48hrs of our arrival, we were informed that the breakfast service was at no additional cost to us and was part of our booking. At the point of checkout, we were then confronted with a bill of over 150€... the staff claiming that we owed this and we were the ones at fault for not carefully knowing our own booking, when we were the ones that asked them and they would not own up to their fault in advising us wrong. After trying to discuss the problem, they threatened to call the police on us and blamed us for misunderstanding.

We are extremely disappointed with the service and handled with a VERY unprofessional manner. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Let’s start from the welcoming video, amazing staff and amazing location. The room was just refurnished and everything was perfect from the swimming pool sunset view to the super greek shampoo. They also gave us a small chocolate bar at check out! What a great service! Highly recommended

The hotel was lovely with a great location five minute walk from the port. The rooms were very nice with kitchens, sitting rooms and terrace with a great view!
There are a lot of steps as the hotel is built on the side of the hill and not always someone to help you with your bags but otherwise very nice and with a nice breakfast.
