The staff was super friendly. Very smooth check in and check out. The ladies in the kitchen making breakfast were so sweet and hard working. We enjoyed every moment of it. 3 min walk to the beach..will definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel, we’ve stayed there for a week. Only five minutes from the beach and away from the Main Street.restaurants and Supermarkets are on every corner. The hotel is freshly renovated, there are two pools, AC and Wi-Fi in every room, and a TV as well. Staff on the desk and on breakfast is very friendly. Breakfast itself is nice as well, every morning something new, there are fruits and vegetables, cheese,eggs, etc… I would stay there one more time.

When we arrived they gave us the room which was not cleaned and told us to wait 30-40 minutes. We arrived the hotel at 2:30pm and room was still not prepared. Receptionist was kind enough to let me use one clean room shower after negotiation. Probably won’t stay there in the future.

I stayed for one night before getting on a bus to the airport. That qualifier greatly affects how I perceive the hotel. Overall everything was fine. It’s a hotel room that was clean and reasonably comfortable. It was fairly priced.
If I was staying for multiple days this would not be my property of choice. It is too far from the airport and the pool is small.

Didn't clean the room everyday, watch there drink in refrigerator in your room because those aren't free, they won't tell you all the details to until you're in rush . I didn't like the customer service at all.

Gem of a hotel

Stayed for 8 nights in early September, really impressed by this beautiful little hotel, felt at home, nice to stay in a non-corporate family-run place.
Great location, room lovely, big comfortable bed, air conditioning, balcony, fridge etc - everything was in good order. I liked that the rooms were themed - we had the Thai room - they clearly care, there was even a book about Thailand to enjoy on the bedside table.
The pool is bigger than it appears in photos and was great to use at the end of the day. The pool and sun lounger areas were spotlessly clean. There were inflatable toys, swimming aids and so on you could use at the pool or borrow to use in the sea.
The clientele were mostly young studenty or professional types I felt, not the stag / hen party crowd. The other guests were respectful, seemed happy, it was good. Very relaxing atmosphere, it felt like a boutique hotel but without any sense of being aloof. There was some humour in the decoration, little touches in the lobby with some amusing cute toys, souvenirs and decorative touches around. Free wifi in the lobby worked well outside too.
Good location, short walk to Kleopatra Beach and Attaturk Boulevard in one direction, or in the other heading away from the sea into the more Turkish parts of town. Buses to places a little further away (e.g. Alanyum mall) are a short walk away and the hotel staff will give you directions. No food available in the hotel but there are many options nearby open from dawn to 2am.

The time I spent in Hildegard was perfect. The hotel is little and cute, very clean and unusually . Owners are very friendly and accomplished. Rooms are clean and nice.Only thing I can complaine is WiFi - was to low.Anything else was perfect.

Made my Holiday to Alanya! Great budget hotel!

Location:
Hildegard Hotel is excellent for those looking to stay in the heart of Alanya City (not the City Center). The hotel conveniently located a short walk away from Kleopatra Beach and is smack in the middle of an abundance of hotels, restaurants, small markets.
Hospitality:
The hotel is family run and the owners are 'super' friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to help you out and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel also has a pool (small size) with few lazy chairs for sunbathing.
Rooms:
The rooms are small-ish sized but have all the amenities you typically need on a holiday - Air Conditioning, TV, fully stacked Mini Bar/Fridge, decent storage space and hair dryer in the bathroom.
Facilities:
A lift is available but barely large enough to carry 2 people (so use it to take your luggage + 1 person). Mind you, there are only 3-4 floors, so not too much of a hassle.
WiFi is available, but the router is in the ground floor lobby, so your connection strength may vary if you are anywhere on the second floor upward. It would be nice to have few repeaters on the floors so guests can enjoy WiFi from their room - but hey, if you're on a holiday, you may want to enjoy the city rather than browse the internet in the hotel.
There is a small balcony too for the smokers, although I doubt there are any proper smoking rooms available since I requested one and there didn't seem to be any.

Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Great place for a great place

My husband and I stayed at Hildegard hotel for a week and we absolutely loved it. Clean and cosy rooms, and very nice and loving owners. Each room has hair dryers and you don't need to carry yours all the way. The hotel location is perfect, less than five minutes to Cleopatra beach, restaurants and shops. There is also a swimming pool,if you don't feel like going to the beach! I would definitely stay there again as this hotel gives you so much more than you get for the price you pay!

Anbefaler gjerne opphold på dette hotellet. Rolig og fin atmosfære. Utmerket beliggenhet i forhold til div. fasiliteter, serviceinnstilt og vennligt personale; Sonar og damene på kjøkkenet; koselige ;) god frokost m ferske råvarer. Når det gjelder renhold er det ett forbedrings potensialet, det nevnte vi for den ansvarlige på hotellet. Vi kommer gjerne igjen hit.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Otelden memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim birkaç eksik yönünü söylemeden geçemiyicem kahvaltısı alınan ücrete göre biraz yetersiz peynir zeytin ekmek dışında 2 çeşit kahvaltılık çıkıyor birde konfleks var birkaç kahvaltılık çeşit daha bulunmalı. Bunun dışında temizlik konusunda personelleri biraz yetersiz odanıza temizlik istediğinizde bir değil iki kere söylemeniz gerekiyor ona rağmen gönülsüzce iş yapıyolar bu konuda biraz eksik olduğunu düşünüyorum ama bunların dışında oda olsun havuz olsun diğer personellerin ve resepsiyonitler sizi her zaman güleryüzle karşılayıp yardımcı oluyorlar.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, close to the beach and stores. The staffworking there were incredible, always happy and helpful.

One thing that was a big issue for me and my friend was that one of the staff named Soner which is the bartender was really unprofessional. The first day he seemed polite and kind but just after one day we understood that his intentions wasn’t just to be nice. He turned really jealous and yelled at me for meeting up with guy friends. I felt really uncomfortable during the rest of the stay. I have informed some of the staff about the situation. I guess this might be a problem for girls staying in the hotel but not if you’re with a guy. Sad that it has to be like that. I saw another woman leaving a review about experiencing a similar situation.

Otherwise we were really satisfied with our stay.

Beklentimizin oldukça üzerinde hizmet ve güler yüz var. Resepsiyon ve restaurantta çalışan beyefendiler başta olmak üzere herkes gayretli, iyi niyetli.
Konum olarak sahile yakın.
Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli ve lezzetli.
Odalarda klima sorunsuz çalışıyor. Odaların fiziki durumu iyi, eşyalar yeni.
Sokakta park yeri bulamadık ama sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz beyefendi kendi araçlarını çekerek bize iki arabalık yer açtı.
Tek eksik gördüğüm yastıklar çok zayıf.
Tavsiye ederim.

Un bel piccolo hotel ristrutturato di 2 palazzi separati a due cento metri circa dal mare. La proprietaria è il personale molto disponibili e gentili. Per quanto riguarda la stanza molto carina ma piccola rispetto alla media, bisognerebbe trovare un'altra soluzione per i vestiti perché c'è pochissimo spazio,e curare di più la pulizia. La colazione non molto varia, (mancavano croissant, fette biscottate, macchina per il cappuccio espresso ecc.. ) cosa che ho sempre trovato gratis in ogni Hotel o B&B che ho visitato in tutti i miei viaggi per il mondo.,senza dover pagare extra ogni giorno un espresso mediocre più di 2 euro. Nel complesso un piacevole soggiorno di 14 giorni.Senza molte aspettative lo consiglierei

Til prisen så er dette hotellet veldig bra. Nylig oppgradert. Personellet var veldig vennlige og imøtekommende. Helt grei frokost, men sov som regel forbi den. Veldig hard seng, men det er normalen her. Lokasjonen er veldig bra, nærme alt, men fortsatt for seg selv så det er ganske stille. A/C fungerte utmerket. Prøvde aldri bassengene, men de er relativt små.

Saknade verkligen en vattenkokare och städsystemet var lite svårt att förstå, det var lätt att missa städning trots att man tryckt i städknappen. Maten på hotellet var från början 5 poäng men såg både annorlunda ut och smakade sämre ju längre vi var där. Dock som drack vi en hel del goda drinkar. Fixar dom till dessa små detaljer så är det ett helt underbart familjärt litet hotell jag gärna återkommer till. A

Virkelig en lækker lille hotel hvor man kommer tæt på personalet især Soner er en stjerne værd for hotellet. Han er en ener og vil hjælpe dig med alt og alles mama er sød og hendes mad er bare super. En ting de skal tænke på er at der skal være topmadras på alle værelser og så vil det være dejlig hvis det er rigtig dyner i steden for de kras tæpper de har. Men de er mega søde til at udlevere flere ligner så man ikke behøve de tæpper de har. Generel bliver personalet som ens familie når man er der. Så herfra får de mange stjerner og vi vil kommer igen

Hadde trøbbel med transporten ankomstdagen som var i regi av hotellet. Ventet på bussen i over 1 time. ble møtt av en representant fra busselskapet, men han kommuniserte dårlig og ga lite info. Sa fra om dette til hotellet, men der ble vi møtt av en person som ikke var veldig interessert i å høre hva vi hadde å si. Heldigvis var det en der ved senere anledning vi kunne snakke med som er med å trekke det totale inntrykket litt opp.

Frokosten var kjedelig, og det ble servert french fries til frokost. Rommet var fint visuelt, men manglet skapplass til å ha klær osv. dusjområdet var heller ikke tett slik at det kunne lekke vann til selve rommet uten av vi skjønte hvorfor.

Ankomstdagen skulle vi ta oss et bad i bassenget på hotellet, men droppet det da vi syns det bar preg av å være skittent så vi bestemte oss heller for å dra til stranda som var like ved.
