We loved the place itself - comfortable beds and sheets, potable water, easy-to-use kettle/fridge/microwave, sufficient toilet and bath. Towels and toiletries were provided as well as utensils, glasses, and bowls. Its location is also favorable as it is near Shin-Imamaya station (JR), Daikokucho station (Osaka Matro), and Imamiyaebisu station (Nankai). It's also near Taiheinoyu, an onsen, and a handful of good places to get food from (Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11, and a bento place which runs from 5AM-3AM).

A bit of a downside though, the lack of bidet inside the toilet made it slightly inconvenient to use. We also weren't able to use the slip-ons they lent because they were dirty.

Worth it!

Well-furnished and located at a highly convenient place which is just 3-min walk to the subway station. Got a convenience store downstairs and some restaurants nearby.
Charged at a reasonable price and quick response on email/LINE.
Will recommend this to my friends.

Great Location with All the Essentials Coveredd

From the beginning, I received fast responses to my inquiries and the check-in process was very easy.

The apartment does have a little noise come in from the other people staying there, but it never interrupted my sleep so it was no problem at all. The bed was very comfortable, the room had just enough space, and the shower was spacious with a sink to freshen up provided. Best of all was the location. You have easy access to two subway lines from Daikoku Cho station as well as JR. It only a 15 min. walk from Namba station so it is okay to miss the last train. There is also an Anytime Fitness and Coin Laundry close by. Just know that the apartment does not have a washing machine. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay here again.

Clean, spacious, and perfect for a family of four

The place was perfectly located near the train station, convenience stores and restaurants. I liked that it was in the quiet part of town and not in the middle of the busy tourist areas. The place was clean, spacious enough for a family of four, and had all of the necessary materials to keep the place clean for our 10-night stay.

Amazing stay at Rebanga Namba

First of all, the location was very convenient and ideal. It is one subway stop away (or a 15 minute walk) from Namba and Dotomburi -- a hub for shopping and food. The hotel itself was in a quiet residential area. Second, the host was very kind and help. We did not have to check-in in person but we communicated through messaging and we received a detail guide for using the hotel. This was great because we could check in at our own time with flexibility. Third, the room we had was very clean and amazingly comfortable! We stayed for 3 nights and fell in love with the plush mattress and bedding. After full days of exploring and sightseeing in the heat, it was the perfect haven for rest.

Spacious, comfortable & convenient location

ROOM:
Considered very spacious compared to a similar priced hotel room (where we did not even have space for 2 luggage bags). Laminated bright floor, beds are firm (but there were leg hair on it!), toilet and bathroom are spotless.Toilet is separated from bathtub & shower, a dry sink area outside of bathroom, but washing machine has been removed. No view, seeing other apartment's kitchen balcony.

Clear instruction, hassle-free check-in and check-out.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Excellent!! Communicate in both Chinese & English. Replied message promptly. There was 6.1 earthquake during my time in OSAKA, the property formed a chat group to disseminate timely weather and precaution information, evacuation centres etc. They earnestly answered all questions regarding safety.

LOCATION:
3 stations near by, near to 2 but 1km+ to the 3rd one. Very convenient to Kansai airport and other locations of OSAKA. A Family Mart right at the building corner downstairs, another family mart & 7-Eleven near 2 stations' exit. A couple of restaurants downstairs, 3 vending machines downstairs.

We live at the tenth floor or top floor.The size of the room surprise me than what normally get in Japan. It is spacious and the kid like to climb up the loft to sleep . However the climb is kind of steep. Traveling to Namba area via train is within 10 min

Lots of places to eat and see in the area. Two train stations within a few minutes walk of thr flat.

Very bad property

This is a really terrible property. They have a sign inside the room which says not to use the 'Hotplate'. So, you do not really have an apartment with a 'kitchen'. the neighborhood is terrible. The view from your room is terrible. This is a terrible property in a terrible neighborhood. The person who is supposed to communicate with you about how to get in the apartment, etc... does not communicate very well in English.

Good for budget travelers

It is located in a quiet residential area. Close to subway station and convenient store is just around the corner. Our room is a bit smaller than I expected for three and the TV is small but everything else is fine.

This is an apartment with no staff. Though not difficult to locate the apartment from the subway station, which was just a few minutes' walk away, you have to check in yourself with the instructions on how to retrieve the key from the mailbox. There is no one to turn to in case of a problem or issue with our stay (even though there is a phone number to call). Only the bedroom has a heater. The kitchenette, passage to the toilet and bathroom are not heated and it was freezing cold in these areas during our 3-night stay. No housekeeping service and no daily room make-up. You have to throw your own garbage in the designated trash bin outside the building.

沒有免治馬桶、洗衣機，對住天數多的人來說有點不方便。插座太少，沒有可以吃東西的桌面，吹風機也太小。由於地點位置實在太方便，步行5分鐘內附近就有三個不同的車站，所以以上種種不便皆可接受。

地點方便近機場地鐵，同近大國町站交通四通八達，樓下有便利店，附近還有兩間拉麵店，無鐵炮嗰間好食，五分鐘路程仲有一個街市，間鰻魚飯唔錯。
唯一缺點就係無房間打掃服務。

The best thing is the hotel is so close to train station both metro(daikokucho) and nankai koya line(imamiyaebisu). The room is clean. Bed mattress is pretty fluffy. Air conditioner and refrigerator doesn’t work properly. It’s pretty cold when we went(late October) so we didn’t need to use much. Toilet doesn’t have bidet. Bathtub is quite small. Overall is good for its price.

평점 믿고 예약하다 훅갑니다;

갑자기 정해진 가족여행이라, 급히 호텔을 구하다보니 그나마 가까운 곳으로 2객실을 예약을 했는데, 까는 이불에는 먼지와 머리카락이있었고 바닥 에는 하얀먼지들이 쌓여있어 물티슈로 급하게 먼지를 닦고 누웠습니다. 근데 한객실에 큰거미(중지손가락 사이즈)가 나와서 사정을 얘기하고 싶어도 무인호텔이라 직원은 오전오후 잠깐 만날수있고 호텔에 등록되어있는 전화를 시도해봐도 아예 받질 않더라고요...급히 장롱에 휴지를 쑤셔넣었는데 밀고 나오자마자 나와 5명이 한곳에 잤습니다...
진짜 테트리스마냥 잤네요 하----...
다음날 따지려고 해도 직원은 주말이라 나오지 않았고요,,,,..^^..
무인호텔이라 이해는 하지만 전화번호는 왜 있나요;;
이런식이라면 급한상황일 생길땐 어떠한 대처도 못할것같네요,,,추가로 머리카락먼지 잔뜩있는 청소기를 부엌 싱크대 밑에 서랍에 두고 커튼 나사 빠져서 기울어져있고, 콘센트는 금이가 박살나 있고...
호텔닷컴에서 평점보고 예약했는데, 뒤늦게 확인한 구글 평점에는 더 낫더라고요.....평점은 믿을게 못됩니다ㅡㅡ

위치 가격대비 좋습니다.

가격대비 괜찮습니다. 난바나 도톤보리 신사이바시까지 걸어다녔거든요. 초등 둘데리고 걷기 괜찮은 위치였습니다. 반대로 신이마미야역도 걸어가기에 좋은위치라 공항에갈때도 아주 편했습니다.
다만 신이마미야역 주위는 쾌적하지않고 노숙자집결지라는 말도 있었는데 겨울이고 오전이라 그런가 위험하지 않았습니다. 인근에 숙소들이 은근있어서 역에 관광객들 이동이 꽤 있더라구요. 바로 건물입구에는 패밀리 마트도 있고 7분정도 걸어가면 규모가 큰 옥출마트도있어서 초밥사서 먹었습니다. 숙소근처에 일본인들로 줄이 긴 라면 맛집도있습니다. 일요일 밤늦게 숙소들어가는길에도 줄이긴걸보고 놀랐었습니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다.
시설은 좀 좁긴하지만 4명자는데 충분하고요 다만 청결도는 좀 떨어지고 추위를 아주많이타는 저로서는
겨울에 그것도 날 추운날 가서그런가 좀 추웠어요. 온풍기가있는데 그걸 계속틀면 공기가 따뜻해져서 문제는 없지만 대신 건조합니다. 3명은 사다리타고 올라가서 위에서 자는데 거긴 따뜻한 공기가 올라와서 바닥이 차가워도 요가 두껍고 공기가 따뜻해서 따뜻하게 자는데 아래에서 혼자자는 사람은 좀 공기차고 추웠습니다. 다행히 아래서 주무신분이 추위타는 분이 아니라서 괜찮았다고하고요
사다리 올라가는게 좀 경사가 있어서 저는 후덜덜했지만 초등애들 엄청 좋아했습니다.
저희는 이용하는데 괜찮았습니다.

4인 가족여행으로, 바닥에서 잠 못 자는 가족이 있어서 숙박할곳의 선택기준은 침대 갯수였다.
교통도 편리 할 것 같았고, 가장 원했던 침대가 4개 있는 방으로 선택을 하고 상대적으로 조금 비싸긴 했지만, 결재를 했다.
그러나, 실제로 배정 받은 방은 침대1개, 나머지 이불 set였다.-- 어이 상실했음, (한국에서 말하면, 좁은 복층 원룸 Office tel 같은 곳이였음- 그런 곳에서 4명이 함께 자고 나왔다)

-. 관리자와의 연락 : 담당자 인지 관리자 인지 LINE으로 연락 해도 답이 없었음.
-. 시설 관리 :
세탁기는 있었는데, 빈 세제통만 있어서, 허용 지물이였고 (세제를 준비하여 가시면 좋을듯)
다락방에는 전등이 있었던 것 같은데, 아에 철거를 해서, 전등 SW는 그냥 악세사리 였음.
화재 위험 때문에 전기 곤로는 사용 못했음.(방안에서 먹는 것을 포기 했음)
-. 난카이센 과 지하철 역이 걸어서 1분, 3분이내 거리에 있어서 좋았음.

나쁘지않음. 장단점이 확실

수건이 리필이 안되는 점이 제일 별로였고 바닥난방이 안된다는점. 창문에서 바람이 되게 잘스며들어서 추움 ㅠㅠ 두꺼운 잠옷과 수건을 꼭 챙겨가야할것 같습니다. 시설이랑 편의성은 나쁘지않습니다. 가격대비는 만족스러운편.

連絡の不安以外は満足

立地はとても良く、難波へ行くのも天王寺へ行くのもとても楽です。何なら難波まで歩いていけるくらいです。
部屋にはシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ以外に歯磨きセット、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパー、コップにお皿が用意されているので冷凍食品等をレンジで温めて食べる事も出来そうです。
部屋の隅や浴槽が汚れていたので、気になる方は自分で洗う（掃除する）必要があります。

宿泊自体は何も問題なかったのですが、施設と連絡が取れないので何かあった時が不安ではありました。

너무 만족했던 숙소!

숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 주변에 편의점과 지하철역이 바로 앞에있어 너무 좋았습니다.
따뜻한 물도 잘나오고 방음도 잘되어 여행하는 내내 편안했습니다.
다만 베개가 너무 높아 잘때 목이 아팠단거와 여행하던 시기에 날이 좀 추웠는데 난방시설이 아직 없어 약간 불편했습니다.
그래도 이 가격에 이만한 숙소 찾기는 힘들거같아요~ 다음에도 이용하고싶어요!!

三泊なのにバスタオルが一枚とミニタオルが一枚、口コミを見ていたのであらかじめメッセージで頼んでいたけど、既読になってても返事がなく、チェックインして電話してもです、エクスペディア経由でバスタオルもってきてもらったけど電話代かなりかかりました。ちゃんとホテルと連絡取れるようにしててほしいです。

位子很好鄰近jr環狀/大阪地鐵/阪界電車，移動都很方便，周圍還有便宜的玉出超市可以購買吃喝方便。

住宿為樓中樓房，要由樓梯上下，斜度高較危險一點，上下要小心，但整體cp值不錯推薦！

4인 가족이 지내기에 좋았어요. 호텔은 4인실을 예약하려면 방도 잘 없고 가격도 많이 비싼데 여기는 가격대비 만족합니다. 특히 아이들이 다락방을 엄청 마음에 들어했어요. 단지 화장실 스위치가 고장나서 잘 작동이 되지 않은 점과 사진에는 소파가 있었는데 저희방에는 소파가 없어서 앉을 곳이 부족해서 아쉬웠어요. 창문에서 찬기운이 많이 들어왔지만 이불이 너무 따뜻하고 푹신해서 잠자기에는 춥지 않았어요.

ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟสายมิโดสุจิ สถานีไดโคคุโช ใช้เวลาเดินแค่ 2-3 นาทีก็ถึงสถานี และสามารถไปถึงสถานีนัมบะแค่เพียงสถานีเดียว สะดวกเรื่องการเดินทาง แต่ที่พักฝุ่นค่อนข้างเยอะ ห้องน้ำไม่ใช่แบบอัตโนมัติและไม่มีสายชำระ

在南海電鐵今宮戎站過去只需要3分鐘左右，附近亦有地下鐵，相當方便。此外，雖然酒店沒有洗衣機，但是大家可以行5分鐘到自助洗衣店。唯一需要注意的是，房間不是每天清潔，住客需要每天自行清理垃圾桶。牙膏亦需要自備，因為酒店只提供一天份量的物品，入住時亦需要多加留意。

房間雖然很小，但是東西很齊全，有冰箱、微波爐、熱水瓶讓我們方便許多。且地理位置很好，鄰近大阪地鐵、南海電鐵及JR附近，生活機能也很完善，有玉出超市和全家，服務人員回覆訊息的速度雖然不是立即答覆，但也很快就替我們解決問題。

一个人以上住日本APT較化算

住了11 nights , 地方位置很好, 我們用腳了解週邊的地方, 腳雖然很累, 但看到的比乘地鐵多很多. 後來不用googlemap也可走到難波/天王寺一帶. 这裏屬靜中帶旺, 也覺得安全. 附近有玉出及LIFE超市和多間便利店, 自助洗衣店也有數間. 我們帶了私家牙膏及一些垃圾袋等, 如沒有可在超市購買也不貴.
整潔一般, 可接受. 最重要是價錢相宜(在暑假hot season 為HK$360/晚包稅), 我們只是用來睡覺, 以後到日本會多選擇住APT ~ 化算.

立地は最高

清潔感はまぁ、妥当かなというレベルでした。
内装はシンプルですが、壁掛けはカフェみたいで可愛かったです。シャワーの水圧が強めで良かったなぁ。
残念な点は、ポイントクッションがちょっと臭かったのと、鍵を見つけるのが大変だったところ。
タオル交換がなく、長期滞在には不向きな点が残念です。1泊だけならいいと思います。
立地はよかったです。
電車もすぐ近くにあり、難波もタクシーで行けるくらいの距離です。
天王寺駅や難波駅まで1000円ちょっとで行けるので便利でした。

住了4個晚上，沒有人來收拾的。門鎖比較複雜，研究了好一陣子。酒店位置挺好的，離JR今宮站十分鐘內的路程，方便到處遊玩，附近不是旅遊區，晚上比較安靜，也沒有很多餐廳食肆。房間空間感足夠，唯獨是提供的牙膏不夠用，毛巾放在宮廳感覺不夠衛生，自帶洗潄用品比較好

連絡先として送られてきた施設の電話番号が、現在使われていないものであったため連絡をとることができなかった。エクスペディアに相談しても忙しいのか、その後の報告もなく放置。マンションタイプのホテルを利用したが埃も多く、一泊分のタオルだけしか置かれていなかった。また利用したいとは思えない。

위치 외에 별로 편한점이 없었어요

배수구가 막혀있어 직접 뚫어야 했으며, 인덕션렌지를 사용할 수없어 간단한 요리가 불가능했다.
헤어드라이기의 경우 사용 시작 몇분이 되지 않아 과다 열발생으로 전원이 차단되다가 열이 식으면
다시 가동되는 이상한 드라이기 였다. 이 지역에서 아파트는 좀 이용해 봤는데 이곳 처럼 세탁기가 없는 아파트는 처음이 였고. 샴프 및 린스의 경우 양이 적어 충분히 사용하지 못했다.

不會再入往的民宿！

民宿預期會比酒店差，但住四晩又沒有打掃就很難有好感覺，況且這間民宿的樓層走廊，屋外的對講機，屋內的抽氣扇和露台上都封滿了塵埃，不會是一兩星期沒人清潔所致，唯一可取是地點方便，鄰近三數個地鐵站！

が３人での宿泊にはとても狭くびっくりしましたあとは洗面所の下水の臭いがかなり気になりました

역에서 가까운 좁은 아파트

사진 보고 혹해서... 게다가 가격도 저렴해서 예약부터 해놓고선 도착하기 전까지 좀 마음 졸였어요. 일단 평가하자면 그 가격에 괜찮은 숙소였어요. 저희 부부와 중학생 아들 세 명이 사용했는데 호텔 잡았으면 두 배 이상 가격이었을 거예요. 쿼드룸이 잘 없고 비싸더라구요.
지하철역에서 가깝고 난바 신사이바시 요도야바시 우메다 다 갈 수 있는 미도스지 라인이어서 더 편했어요. 수건 부족하다는 리뷰 보고 집에 쓰던 낡은 수건 왕창 가져가 쓰고 버리고 왔네요. 청소 상태는 그닥 좋지 않았어요. 욕실에 머리카락이며 방에도 구석구석 먼지가 있어요. 무엇보다 좁아요. 저흰 싱글 베드 2개랑 푸동 세트 하나 있는 방이었는데 이불 펼 공간이 안나와 옷장 문 앞에 펴놓고 불편했네요. 그 외엔 문도 잘 열고 들어갔고 에어컨도 강하진 않지만 잘 작동했어요. 너무 더운 때여서 중심지 가까운 숙소 덕 봤네요. 점심 때마다 들어와 샤워하고 좀 쉬다 해질녁에 나갔거든요.
카페나 네이버 등에는 이 숙소에 대한 리뷰가 없어서 앞으로 여기 이용하실 분들에게 좀 도움이 됐음 하는 바람으로 리뷰 남깁니다.
가격 대비 괜찮은 숙소였어요.

靠近地鐵站

交通方便離鬧區走路10分鐘坐一站地鐵即可到難波照片跟實際有些落差室內空間不大稍嫌老舊衛浴設備需要再加強

大國町6號出口直走，5分鐘左右到達民宿，最方便的是大國町1或2號出口附近有不少餐廳(包括藏壽司)，還有2間大型超市(玉出&LIFE)，真的是正中我的喜好。
交通方面，四通八達到那都方便，住宿品質，安靜及乾淨。從預訂期間起訖間，與房東用中文就能溝通，真是太方便了，讓我在大阪玩得無後顧之憂。
超感謝房東的，下次造訪一定還是訂這裡。

더블룸 예약하고들어갔습니다
위치도좋고 청소도 좋았는데
한쪽 침대,배게 시트에 침자국같은게 묻은채로 있더군요
이거만 제외하면 다좋았습니다.

저렴한 가격에 깔끔한 내부

일단 시설은 만족합니다 깨끗하고 여러가지 편의한 것들이 다 있었습니다 다만 위치가 난바역과 생각보다 멀어서 걸어서 돌아다니는데 좀 힘들었습니다
