If you lose a room key you will be charged 70 dollars or 10,000 Yen. Which is an absolute scam. Only two room keys are issued in the beginning of the stay but if you lose a room key you have to be escorted to your room. I understand the security purpose but 70 dollars/10,000 yen for a piece of plastic is an outright scam. I highly advise anyone who is staying here to dive deeper into any hidden fees that may occur.

The room was really nice, modern and comfortable. It was on the smaller side but not at all too small. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel, but walked to the shops and restaurants near the train/metro station. Breakfast room smelled good though! The service was really great! They securely stored our bags until check in time, and then even brought them up to our room so they were waiting there for us when we checked in. Fresh towels were privded every day, and they also provided all the amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, soap, shampoo and conditioner etc, and even pyjamas. Bathroom was very nice, clean and had a small but deep bath tub. Smoking area is just downstairs. Really great place!

The hotel is quite close to the stations at Namba, which is our primary reason to stay here since we had to catch an early flight the next morning. Overall it was a nice stay, quiet, clean, and convenient. Also had a few restaurants and shops near by (Namba station).

Okay, this is not a 5-star hotel. In the US, I would compare it to Comfort Inn, Motel 6 and the like. That said, the experience was wonderful. The room, while small, was impeccably clean. The bathroom, as was my experience throughout Japan, was amazing. The beds were shorter and harder than anything I have experienced in America. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Namba train station and about a 10 minute walk from the exciting Dotonburi district.

I checked in on Friday 11 October & the receptionist who checked me in was not only extremely knowledgeable but his English was fabulous! I was tired & had a few questions due to the pending typhoon & he helped tremendously. I was very impressed! My room was a little small but perfect for me as I was traveling solo. However, for a couple it would've been a little uncomfortable due to the size of the room. The room was clean & well equipped, however I couldn't find instructions anywhere on how to use the TV as it was set to Japanese so not really being bothered, I just left it as background noise. Location is about 14 mins walk from the subway station in Namba so easy to get to. I found it safe in the area & easy to get to.

There's a scale for checking your luggage's weight, big enough for most suitcases so very useful. Overall the place seems very clean. About a 10-minute walk from major stations such as the Nankai Namba station which most people go to from the airport, which is a little bit far away but not a huge problem. Slippers seem to be reusable ones, although disinfected, for those who are sensitive to hygiene.

I booked this stay for a single night because I landed in KIX late at night and wouldn't get to Namba until 11:00pm. It is near the Namba train station. Hotel rooms tend to be small in Japan, but this room was cramped. Customer service was great. This is a perfect hotel to just rest your head at night providing you don't have more than 1 suitcase.

Well arranged compact rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. Our non-smoking room had an initial slight smell of residual smoke which seemed to dissappear from day 2. Good access to local rail stations and an easy walk from the Namba station areas. Can't rate breakfast or the lounge option as really did only use this as a sleeping base! Overall a great stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. A plus factor also is that the staff at the reception area can communicate well in English and can give clear instructions as to directions on places you want to explore. The rooms where we stayed, though small, have all the basic amenities, including what i call sort of kimono-inspired padjama, that one can look for.
I would like to express how delighted I was for receiving a pack of nappy (placed in a pink bag) when we got home to the hotel on our 3rd day of stay. Though I didn't ask for it, the staff took the initiative to provide me an additional pack. That to me is extra service which any guest can truly be grateful for.
I will surely stay in this hotel if I come back to visit Osaka again.

Great hotel, it was clean, comfortable and they had free sake at night! Only problem is the access to a train station, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk away from Namba. If you don’t mind that then this is a great hotel for you!

There is a walk from the train stations but is doable as long as you have luggage on wheels. Location was good and we walked to Dotanburi a few times which is lively and vibrant. We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment on that.
Brace yourself for a very small room. I know that it is the norm for Japan and we've travelled throughout Asia and this was the most challenging for size.
It was also disappointing that we were refused extra pillows when we requested them as they are flat and hard. I struggle to understand that a hotel do not stock spares.

I am more than happy with my experience for the cost of my stay. It was be reasonably priced with all the necessary accommodations. Room was modern, clean, and very convenient location near Namba hub. The room is small for U.S. standards but average for Japanese. Would have liked a softer Western type pillow, will bring my own next time. Staff was kind and helpful. Great value for the buck.
