We were able to check in early, which was great and it was perfect for what we needed. Parking and a quick walk into town.

It had all the essentials and the reception staff were friendly and spoke perfect English to which was appreciated! I left my laptop charger cable and had to go back for it and it was ready and waiting at reception which was a big relief.The downsides were that I came during July so it was hot and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, The amenities were also pretty basic, and the coffee/creamers were not topped up I had to go and request more. Lastly, there was shouting and the sound of smashing bottles right outside my window late on the Sunday evening, although I don't think this is typical of the area, which felt very safe.

Was made to wait 10 mins to check in while receptionist was on a personal call. Wi-fi voucher system was terrible and didn't work properly. Basic amenities like moisturiser wasn't available. Maybe I'm being very particular but for the same price other hotels offer better service.

I chose this hotel for a recent business trip which involved commuting to Nurnberg Messe. The hotel was extremely clean with large bedrooms and was very fairly priced compared to the overpriced hotels closer to the Messe.

Mercure Hotel in Erlangen - Great Customer Service
My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, along with our Golden Retriever Reilly. The woman that was working at the front desk when we checked in and virtually everytime we passed by, was very friendly and greated us by name. We are new to Germany and not yet comfortable with our language skills, the front desk clerk spoke excellent English and was helpful with a map of the area.
The garage parking was convenient and reasonably priced compared to some others we have seen.
The room was comfortable and clean. As seems typical in Germany, the bathroom was small but very efficient. The space was made up for in the room which was very spacious.

Schönes Hotel, aber ...
Hotel sehr schön, jedoch ist der Frühstücksraum, wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, viel zu klein. Dementsprechend kam auch das Personal nicht dazu aufzuräumen, nachzufüllen, etc. Es stand in der Hauptfrühstückzeit 7:30 - 8:00 dreckiges Geschirr auf den Tischen, das Buffet war leergeräumt. Schade...

Ich habe ein Hotel für eine Nacht Aufenthalt gesucht, da wir einen Termin in der in der UNI-Klinik hatten. Die Auswahl bei Expedia war leider nicht besonders gross. Meine Auswahl hat der Preis bestimmt. Vom Preis her war es eines der günstigeren. Hier muss ich allerdings ganz klar sagen, dass ein Motel One günstiger und auch besser ist.
Von der sonstiges Qualität ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Lage zum Zentrum ist ebenso in Ordnung. Hotel ist schon ein paar Jahre älter, das ist auch erkennbar. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Die Toilette war leider nicht besonders gut gereinigt. Dafür haben wir zum Glück immer Sagrotan dabei.

ho lasciato l'auto nel piazzale per effettuare il check-in, il tempo di ritirare la chiave (necessaria anche per accedere al garage della struttura)e posare i bagagli che scendendo trovo una multa ! (all'interno del piazzale privato della struttura). Chiave ritirata alle 15,01 e multa effettuata alle 15,05 (orari dimostrabili con documenti). Possibile che la reception non abbia visto nulla dalle telecamere ?

Es war ein Wochenendaufenthalt. Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn gut erreichbar, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.
Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ein Nachteil kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage, so gut wie gar keine Parkmöglichkeiten, aber in der Nachbarschaft findet man trotzdem eine Parkmöglichkeit.
Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Wir waren auf Grund einer Untersuchung in der Uniklinik nach Erlangen gekommen und haben daraus einen kleinen Kurzurlaub gemacht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung modern und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum av Erlangen. Rommet var stort og hadde god standard. Ligger en ølhage rett i nærheten som var veldig koselig. Hotellet ligger ved en trafikert vei. Vi spaserte inn til Erlangen, som er en nydelig liten by. Spiste frokost på en av de mange bakeriene på vei inn mot sentrum.

Das Bett komfortabel, die Kissen (was selten in Hotels der Fall ist) ergonomisch. Das Bad elegant gestaltet auf wenig Quadratmetern. Duschgel und Shampoo sowie Fön vorhanden. Das alles für unschlagbare Preis/Leistung Verhältnisse.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut und der Service sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war zufriedenstellend, lediglich die Parkgebühr (für eine Nacht!) waren mit 7 € etwas hoch.

Da wir wohl die Hauptreisezeit erwischt haben, war zur Frühstückszeit alles überlastet und verstopft, so dass wir ohne Frühstück abgereist sind. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr hell, sauber und freundlich in der Atmosphäre - nachts allerdings ist die gute Verkehrsanbindung ein Nachteil, wenn man den Stadtlärm nicht gewöhnt ist.

Perfekt til prisen
Fint, roligt hotel et par kilometer fra Erlangen bymidte, i gåafstand til byen. Værelserne var upåklagelige og morgenmaden ligeså. Venligt personale. Skovområdet Bergkirchweih med biergarten og restauranter ligger tæt ved, ligesom en dejlig venetiansk isbar på vejen ind til Erlangen.
