This hotel is for business travelers not people going on vacation for starters they charge about 20 euro a night for parking in their parking garage but in their listing it doesn't say anything about having to pay for parking unless you click further into the details by that time if you're already booked there is no refund to find another hotel also because I complain my room was only cleaned two times in 5 days when I checked out there was a lady checking out before me and the man at the desk was extremely nice gave her a card with a little chocolate or something on top of it what's your Merry Christmas and she left when I got up there not even a thank you nothing didn't even say goodbye they told me at the beginning I only stayed in the parking garage for one night they told me it to be getting after I decided to pay 12 euro a day to park in the parking lot behind the hotel not knowing that it's like 4 Euro 50 every time you leave and go back into the parking lot The breakfast was less than ideal The orange juice came out of some dispenser probably frozen concentrated orange juice but it was definitely wasn't fresh squeezed like most hotels. run don't walk away from this hotel, I've been a Germany three times this year I lived there for 10 years and I visited probably 12 or 13 times in my life and this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at also if you're not LGBTQIA+ don't even bother checking in they could care less about you. Biggest bait and switch ever

Angenehmer geht‘s nicht!

Hier hat man an alles gedacht! Die Ausstattung ist elegant, praktisch und durchdacht. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Die schallisolierten Zimmer himmlisch ruhig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im

We only stayed one night, but experience here was great. We had family and friends stay here and they recommended it and it came through. The room was bright, clean and quiet and the staff were great. We left some bags for the day while we explored Erlangen and they were super helpful with that. I also really recommend the breakfast--wow, we almost skipped lunch after such a good breakfast. The hotel is maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the train station (pulling suitcases) or there are taxis available.

Night portier didn’t do anything to ask the other guest to move their EV cars even though it is their policy at the hotel that when the car is 100% charged you have to move your car. We came in late afternoon and needed to charge. Two cars was fully charged in the afternoon and was still parked at the charging space in the morning. 😡staff both night and morning was totally not able to help in any way👏👎

Nicht zu empfehlen

Zimmer wurde lustlos sauber gemacht. Bettdecke einfach wieder übers Bett geworfen, Kissen, was wohl über Nacht runter gefallen war, lag noch in dem Spalt zwischen Fenster und Bett. Überwurf wurde auch nicht wieder auf das Bett gelegt. Reinigungsmaterial wurde in Bad vergessen.. Das Einzige, was aber eigentlich nicht nötig war, es wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Personal hatte wohl nicht wirklich Lust was zu reinigen, sonst hätte sie / er gemerkt, dass die Sprühflasche mit Putzmittel bei uns vergessen wurde.

Frühstück am Sonntag war extrem schlecht. Es waren viel zu viele Personen da und nicht genug Sitzplätze. Wir haben erst nur einen Kaffee getrunken, und wollten uns dann Essen holen. Als der Mitarbeiter sah, dass wir unseren Kaffee fasst leer hatten wurden wir direkt aufgefordert, den Raum zu verlassen damit andere Gäste Platz bekommen (mit einer sehr unfreundlichen Handbewegung und den Worten: Sie fertig dann gehen). Das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit.

Vor der Haupteingangstür läuft der Mülleimer über und daneben liegen Getränkeflaschen, auf der Bank stand eine Bierflasche, nicht wirklich einladend.

Parkgebühr 18Euro, im Freien hätte ich nur 12 bezahlt, hat mich aber niemand drauf hingewiesen.

das Zimmer war prima, so wie beschrieben und sauber, das Reinigungspersonal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit
absoluter Minuspunkt: das Frühstück
7:30/8 Uhr kein Sitzplatz im Frühstücksbereich, magere Speisenauswahl, Ei, Pancake, dunkle Brötchen gab es Freitag nicht (zuviel Andrang bei zu wenig und überfordertem Personal), Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, Hotelgäste sich selbst überlassen, 1 von 2 Kaffeeautomaten mit Fehlermeldung & dadurch Stau
2. Minuspunkt: Rezeption, sollte ein Aushängeschild des Hotels sein, habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, Check-out war in Ordnung, jedoch auch da ist Verbesserungspotential
Fazit: Ich übernachte wieder im Haus, da Lage, Preis und Zimmer gut sind & ich jetzt besser weiß, was mich servicetechnisch erwartet.

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen in Ordnung

Check-in mangelhaft, da ein noch nicht gereinigtes Zimmer zugewiesenen wurde! Sollte so nicht passieren. Nach Rücksprache mit Rezeption neues Zimmer bekommen und als Entschuldigung 2 Freigetränke an der Bar. Soweit ok. Abends nach Rückkehr ins Hotelzimmer festgestellt, dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Sicher nicht die Hauptsache bei 1 Übernachtung, aber ärgerlich.
Ansonsten Zimmer sehr sauber, ruhig und zweckmäßig. Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, da das Hotel nicht übermäßig belegt war, auch entspannte Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich, was wir bei guter Belegung auch schon anders erlebt haben (laut, kaum Plätze frei, Service überlastet). Parkplätze sehr teuer, extrem enge Einfahrt in das Parkhaus, viele Betonsäulen, die sich optisch kaum absetzen von den Wänden. Parkhaus absolut keine Empfehlung!

Good for a short trip for business.

Hotel was near to bus stop, market area and restaurants. Room was small for a triple stay. Breakfast was same for all 5 times we had and with limited vegetarian options. They had changed their location I think as I went to a different premises 2 years back which was better.

I loved everything about this place. I stayed here with my two small sons and my wife. The breakfast was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding! I didn't like having to pay for parking but most of the hotels around here you have to.

Professional staff, nice and friendly. Room had a modern design, quite large for European standards, very clean. I did not had a chance to check the neighbourhood, it was only a stop over, but it was quiet considering the train tracks across the street. The breakfast choices were limited as we ate at the busy time, they should refill the empty plates and fruits baskets, but it did not happen, that is my only complaint. I would stay here again.

Excellent location in the centre of Erlangen, with everything close by at walking distance including bus stations and trains.

The breakfast is very good.
I just wish the hotel offered proper room cleaning regularly instead of emptying dustbins and cleaning toilets everyday. We were there for 9 nights and proper room cleaning was done only twice with surfaces wiped etc. And I had to request it.

Everything is new and room is beautiful exept they don't have food, yes it's true that it's everything close to go and buy food by after long driving it would be good if they would have food to buy. Other wise beautiful, clean, especially for this time, speaking english.

We were travelling through Germany and this was a perfect stop near a motorway (but far enough not to hear it!).

I used the filter function of Expedia and selected 'Free Parking'. However, I had to pay 45 Euros at the hotel for parking for three days. That's a lot of money only for parking.

Everything great except the ridiculous breakfast

Perfect room and lobby, very nice and helpful staff, great to have the car parked and very good location. Forget about the breakfast, due to covid, they decided to not serve it at the hotel, despise other hotels do it and with a great service, and gave us a voucher to have breakfast at a bakery a few meters away from the hotel. It was ridiculous, quantity and quality, felt almost insulted while being served those items, after 2 tries gave up, it was not worth the few steps we had to give to get it.

Pushed the reception button and was let into the underground garage. Easy elevator to checking. Friendly check in. Clean rooms. Train runs right outside, but no noise! 3 minute walk to shopping. 10 min walk to train station and downtown. 20 min train ride to Nurmberg.

Ich übernachte häufiger in der Hotelkette, da ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als sehr gut empfinde. In Erlangen war mir aufgefallen das das Frühstück, insbesondere die Brötchenauswahl und Qualität besser war, als sonst. Auch sonst war das Frühstück vielfältiger. Sehr gut fand ich auch das man sich Kaffee und Tee über den Tag for free am Kaffeeautomaten holen konnte. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

In Tropennächten sehr zu empfehlen

… denn die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und war gut zu regeln. Das Frühstück ist unter Budget-Hotels sowieso unübertroffen und man kann draußen sitzen. Bad und Betten ok, nur unser Familienzimmer war sehr klein, aber ruhig. Wenn man auf die Reinigung verzichtet, gibt es ein Freigetränk, aber nur noch ein kleines… sonst ein paar Beanstandungen, Bettlicht und Safe defekt, Toilettenspülung hakte ab und zu. Sehr netter Service…

Viivyimme hotellissa 5 päivää, tapasimme perhettä ja osallistuimme häihin. Huoneessa oli vain yksi hylly vaatteille ja neljä henkaria. Safety boxin paristorasiasta puuttui kansi. Tullessamme huoneen lämpötila oli 19 astetta ja puhallusta emme saaneet säädettyä pienemmälle, se joko puhalsi täysillä tai oli pakko laittaa kokonaan kiinni.Baarista ei aina saanut drinkkejä, jos baarimikkoa ei ollut paikalla, vain viiniä tai olutta. Eikä hän aina ollut vaikka baari oli auki.Myös kortilla sai maksaa juomat vain jos baarimikko oli paikalla. Aamiaisella haarukat, veitset ja lusikat olivat aina loppu. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, aivan keskustan kupeessa.
