The room felt like it was 50 degrees when we arrived. We had to turn the thermostat to 85 before the furnace started. Then it took about 3 hours before it felt comfortable. The lobby to eat breakfast was so cold we had to wear winter coats. There was no sign of heat blowing anywhere in the lobby. Water pressure is barely adequate. There was no additional bedding for the sofa bed. Our room only had one towel and one wash cloth. The signs for check-in and parking are not very visible. The parking layout is horrible. No parking at the front of the hotel only at the side which is able 50 yards from the front lobby entrance. And they have the nerve to charge $3 a day for parking in a suburban location. There's no hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobby near breakfast. This hotel is very subpar compared to other Residence Inn's.

Room was fine. VERY noisy hotel. Lots of loud conversations and dogs barking all night. Also dog owners did not clean up after their dogs did their business outside. Also fitness center had a few machines out of business. We’ve stayed here multiple times but won’t be back based on above comments. So disappointed in the dog conditions especially.

The room was great, bathroom clean, bedding clean and plush. My biggest complaint was that it is a very noisy hotel. It felt like someone with 8 kids was living above us. People banged their suitcases down the steps at 5am and I think the entire floor heard it. My spouse had a very difficult time sleeping.

In the shower, the tile that held the bottle of body wash is sitting on a shelf. It must’ve broken off and it hasn’t been repaired.
I have never been charged three dollars at checkout for parking in a small parking lot. That is first come first serve there’s no valet there’s no VIP there’s just a small parking lot attached to the hotel and upon checkout my card was charged three dollars for incidentals and they told me it was a parking fee.

I stayed at this hotel for the kitchen and refrigerator. The first day we came fridge was working. I went out and bought $200’in groceries. The next morning the fridge was hot and didn’t work. All my groceries went bad and I can to throw out. The hotel said they would fix but no one ever came. How terrible.

Well designed room, but the electrical outlets and USB ports on the nightstands were inoperative so I had to move it away from the wall to plug in my CPAP machine. The breakfast was not easy to navigate and was too small for the number of guests trying to use it (gave up on making waffles as the line was too long)

This is our second stay at this Residence and we will be back. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is close to family and friends which is convenient. My mother and I had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The hotel staff were very friendly and the check in/check out was smooth!! The hotel was very pleasant to hang around. Breakfast had a good selection that I ate something different each morning. I really felt at home in the room we booked. The tv could rotate to face the bed or the other side of the room if I wanted to watch tv from the kitchenette. Walked to the Redner’s supermarket and Walmart for some groceries. I really loved the layout of the lobby. It was my first time seeing snow fall from the sky, I’m glad to say that it happened here for me.

Friendly staff. We mentioned my son was excited for the pool, and they gave us the closest room to the pool, super nice gesture. Room has a nice kitchen with dishwasher and is stocked with necessities like dishwasher soap, rags and sponges. Breakfast is very good as well.
