We couldn't get the heat on they sent a nice housekeeper up but she couldn't get it working. She was going to tell them at the front desk. The room was very cold slept in our clothes. Saturday i got it to work. Not happy. Tbe bed was hard

Horrible experience, we checked in and headed right out for the night, got back around midnight and tried to sleep, the heating unit in the room was so loud it was ridiculous. I had the TV on for about a half hour and had to keep the volume on 89 just to hear people talk on the show. The unit kept kicking on and off every few minutes with loud grinding. If it had not been for us being so exhausted we would have changed rooms. I told front desk about it in the morning at check out and no attempt on their part to rectify, I have never experienced this before at other marriotscwe stay at. Waste of money!!!

I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent stay, which was unfortunately one of the worst Marriott experiences we’ve had. Upon arrival, we found black hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower pan, and there was no hair conditioner provided in the room.
The issues continued at breakfast. The cheese and sausage biscuit from the bistro was very tiny and hard simply microwaved rather than freshly prepared, and the waffle was also microwaved. For a breakfast totaling nearly $36, this was extremely disappointing and far below Marriott’s usual standards.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay overall. The only issues we ran into were that the hot tub and pool weren’t very clean, and when my husband and I went to the bar, it was disappointing that they weren’t stocked. I asked for a Bailey’s martini, but they didn’t carry Bailey’s. I then asked for a Sex on the Beach, but the bartender didn’t know how to make it, and even after looking it up, they didn’t have the liquor to prepare it. In my opinion, if you’re going to have a bar, it should be well-stocked and the staff should know how to make basic drinks.

On top of that, we had to pay for daily parking, and if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional charge as well. I feel these items should be included in the overall price. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

At this point, I probably wouldn’t return. However, if parking and breakfast were included in the price and the bar were better stocked, I would definitely consider coming back.

I checked in late, 10:30p, with no issues and checked out around 8:15am so I wasn’t there long. The room was clean, a king with a pull out sofa. The bathroom was clean, shower was nice with good pressure. The shower had body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. I didn’t get breakfast, but I believe you have to pay for it. I’d stay again if needed.

The hotel was recently renovated so it was clean. However I booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was told they no longer had any 2 Queen beds available. They only had rooms with 1 King bed and a pull out couch. This was a guys trip with 4 adults. The pull out couch are far from comfortable and was not what I booked. I made this reservation exactly 1 year in advance. I feel as if I should be compensated either by receiving some reimbursement off the total costs or credited for 2 rooms to use at a later date. I was over 3 hours from home and had no other options of places to stay.

We go there every year for an event and it became a family tradition to stay here. I love the fact that we can actually walk to a restaurant, get an ice cream or just a coffee. Has a great location. walking distance to everything one needs. We love the pool and jacuzzi, always clean and well maintained. Going there for 5 yrs in a row now and never disappointed.

I reserved two rooms with two queen beds in each. The rooms they gave us at check-in each had one king sized bed. When I explained to the desk clerk that I needed at least one room with the two beds, she said they didn’t have any available, and that reserving a particular room didn’t mean that’s the room I’d get. I asked to speak with a manager, but told none were available. After several minutes of back and forth and being told a room with two queens wasn’t available, I was finally given one. For some reason, initially the clerk was unwilling to switch our room. To say that the room you reserve might not be the room you get is absurd.

The bed is situated in such a way that if you’re on the far side of the bed, you can’t watch TV if the other person is laying next to you also the HVAC doesn’t work if you’re not in the room with a sensor so it gets super hot while you’re away during the day and then in the evening you come back it takes hours to get to the temperature that you want it to be Charged four dollars for parking did not advise me that parking had a fee. She just said I was taking a $20 incidental on your credit card. They don’t change or fix your room on the daily so we ran out of towels and the staff downstairs was nowhere to be found after 8 o’clock at night.

The property was undergoing a remodel and that was not shared at the time of booking. The staff seemed new and untrained. The bartender had to google how to make the most basic of mixed drinks. The front desk, on my first night, would not answer calls from my room. I had to switch rooms on that first night because there was no heat in my room. The cable never worked reliably and continued to go out throughout my entire stay. One afternoon I had staff members use their passkey and walk into my room without knocking or identifying themselves in anyway. The décor that use to be bright, fun, and funky was now dark and somber. When I was trying to check out early morning I could not find any staff on the ground floor. After calling \"hello\" over and over and checking every place I could access in the lobby area I finally, out of desperation, walked into the opened managers office, turned on the light only to find the front desk staffer sound asleep. They were clearly not ready to reopen to the public. I have stayed at this property many times over the years and I have always enjoyed my stay. After this experience I may not go back.

The hotel is under construction. We endured banging til 6 pm. Elevators didn’t work well. There were dirty clothes left behind in the room from the prior guest. My spouse fell in the poorly treated parking lot and finally, there was no water in the morning. There was zero refunds from the hotel or even an apology. Stay away.

Renovation nightmare

The gentlemen at the front desk is great! The rest of the property is SAD! It is going under renovations. The gym and pool are closed, although it is not posted on Htels.com. I would not have stayed here if I knew this information before hand. The third and fourth floors are being remodeled as is the lobby. So, during the day if you are working in your room all you hear is workers and hammers banging. They should discount their rooms until the renovations are complete. The renovations go through March. Don't stay here until after the renovations are completed.

Main issue for us was they advertised a restaurant on site open for breakfast/ dinner (the Bistro) which is NOT there. The only restaurant is a Starbucks counter with limited breakfast menu.
Also construction was going on which was heard from our room during day. Otherwise was ok and was clean.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was in a good location close to almost everything about 20-30min drive to koziars.
In door Pool was not available during our stay!
