Checking in took forever. Arrived around 9 pm. No one was around to help. I called the front desk, and no one answered.

The room was barely just \"okay.\" The tub handle was hanging off the wall, there was no heat, despite being set at 76, only cold air blew from the unit. Since it was a quick overnight, we just dealt with it.

Loved the fun Grinch Christmas theme when you enter- everything was so lively and decorated like home- the warm coffee waiting when coming in each time from the cold Dec weather felt so inviting. Slept great with wonderful hot showers and great pressure. Wanted to see if you could tell me what type of oatmeal you use to cook for breakfast cause it was the best I have had in so long!

It was my second visit.One of the receptionist who wasn't identified. A white guy with a long hair and glasses, was verbally agressive with me my wife and towards my kids. I asked to be moved to the top floor and he got excessively mad with me and my wife. He told me that it was a big problem asking to change the room, when l asked him if l can keep both keys to move my belongings he refused to give me the key, so l asked him how am l suppose to move the stuff to the top floor if l have my child in the room? He stated take your kids with you!!
A little bit racist,unprofessional and disrespectful. On sunday 11.30 when l dropped the keys to do the check-out the girl who worked on 1st shift at the reception didn't even look at me, apparently they label the client and bring their personal problems to work.
We like the hotel,the cleaness,the area,the room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were clean but basic. There was a refrigerator, coffee maker, and data plugs built into the furniture and light fixtures. I accidentally booked the handicap-accessible room, and the hot water wasn't really hot. They sent a maintenance person up right away to address it, which was greatly appreciated. I only had breakfast there once, but it was a nice buffet with hot and cold items, including oatmeal, which I loved. There was coffee available all day, and parking was more than ample. In the heart of the shopping area, it was nice to have things to do around the hotel. As part of the Hilton group, it was also nice to have the digital key option, although they turn it off at midnight the night before you check out. I would stay here again.

This is our go to hotel every time we come to visit mom who is like 15 minutes away in assisted living. I love this hotel because not only do they have the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, they have the lotion for you as well. I love that because that's one less thing you have to pack. This hotel is convenient to a lot of eating places and shopping. Some staff are more pleasant than others which is always nice when you get the ones that greet you and make you feel like they're happy for you to be there. They have blankets in the rooms for you which is great because I like to have a cool room for sleeping. They have a pool & work out room which is ok, I've never used it because we're usually here for a night maybe 2, The hotel is comfortable and because it's so convenient to the places we like to go to eat or get something from Walmart or supermarket, it's great. The rooms and bathrooms are usually pretty clean. I do think they need little fixing up to do in the bathrooms/rooms, nothing tremendous. I've never experienced an unpleasant odor in their spaces. It's No smoking which is another wonderful thing we love about the hotel. They can smoke outside the front of the hotel. They have small refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms which also is excellent. I've never needed to use the microwave but I love that it's there in case you do. They usually have a lot of occupants staying there and when we can, we're one of them.

We had 3 rooms in our booking for a family wedding. They were all excellent accept the one room had a bathroom barn door that if closed all the way you could not get it open from the inside. They also need to add more convenient items to the store in the lobby. We needed medicine for an upset belly and they had nothing. It is a very easy fix.

When we checked in No one told us the pool was closed. Went to the room and the TV did not work, took my 7 year old niece down to the pool and was told it was closed.😡 Then we changed room because the TV was broke and then the next room the phone was broke. Hampton’s used to be the safe bet for comfort and condition… room on the 5th floor had proof of leaky roof painted over and stained furniture.

Staff was exceptional. No complaints there. Just would love to see Hampton Inn’s get a facelift and renovations soon

Nice clean and quiet property. Room had plenty of outlets and charging ports (although not all charging ports worked or if they did were really really slow charging).
Friendly staff, nice young black gentleman at the front desk and an amazing older woman who took care of the breakfast! Great stay overall. I actually left the best western and came here and that was the best thing I did! Thank you guys!
