Villa Huinid Lodge, is located out of town, so if U are not local and have no wheels it’s not the place for U. The room they put us in haven’t seen maintenance, a cracked sink, squeaky bathroom doors that rub against the floor (making loud noise) hard to use bathroom at night (u might wake up the people in next door room). Amenities are a joke particularly the shampoo envelops that require scissors to open, no in-room coffee or welcome water bottle. The walls are paper-thin U can hear the kids cries and parents’ arguments in the next-door room and the rumbling from the above room. We were hoping for a lake view, that view U can get at the facilities on the left and on the right of the Huinid Lodge. Breakfast spread is nice except for the occasional flies and the cups and plates we returned because they contained food or drink stains. WIFI is Ok, TV local except for one English station. The people who run the place need to be trained to better understand what the hospitality industry is all about. Judging by his, over the phone tone and interrogation-like questions, the person who called about my unfavorable check-in process, would fit better working as a warden in a jail. That impression became stronger when we came one day and the door of our room was left wide open. We will never forget the terrified look on the face of the cleaning lady the day after we called the front desk. The staff project carelessness attitude and a “I am not happy” doing this work so don’t bother me

Peaceful country retreat
This is a really nice hotel complex. We stayed in the lodge which had an amazing view of the lake. The grounds were lovely and we had full use of the main hotel's facilities. The staff were very helpful, helping us stay in touch with excursion providers. Food in the restaurant in the evening was lovely. The only slight issue was it seemed impossible to turn off the under floor heating in the bathroom which resulted in the whole room being too warm when returning from a day out.

An ideal place to stay for all of the family
We stayed in one of the cabins for a four night stay in January 2015 (2 adults and boys of 7 and 4). We were at first a bit concerned about being along way from Bariloche but it turned out perfectly. Instead of the noise and bustle of Bariloche we had the peace and quiet of the hotel, with spectacular views over the lake and Ibises wandering around the gardens. The cabin room was huge, with a small verandah looking over the garden. The swimming pool and spa provide an ideal place to relax after a day's walking in the surrounding country-side. The Vila Huinid was the highlight of our time in Argentina.

From the check-in, until departure this hotel was fantastic. Staff were very helpful, stored our bikes in a secure area for us over-night, helped us with a booking elsewhere. The restaurant was beautiful, tasty food, friendly waiter, the breakfast was fresh and abundant each morning. The internet signal was okay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The fruit trees and roses in the garden really topped it off for me. We had just spent 2 weeks in Cuba so this place seemed like 5 stars! It is 2.5 km walk into town on a dirt path beside a busy road- This did not bother us at all, we needed the exercise post all the Bariloche delights. A bus is available but we never bothered, a cab was cheap enough after dinner, when I wasn't fit to walk.

Excelente estadia!
Estávamos em 4 pessoas (1 casal e 2 crianças) e ficamos na cabana do Villa Huinid. A cabana é bem espaçosa (quarto, sala, cozinha, 2 banheiros) e equipada (geladeira, fogão, microondas, pia, louças e talheres), realmente bem completa. A limpeza diária muito boa,o ambiente muito bem cuidado e seguro. Café da manhã bem completo.

Apesar do inconveniente da primeira noite, pois nos colocaram em um quarto muito pequeno, sujo e com problema no aquecimento, foi uma estadia bem agradável. Mudamos para uma outra cabana que foi a que realmente reservamos, bem espaçosa, limpa, confortável e com uma linda vista do lago. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado com bastante frutas. Para relaxar tem a piscina aquecida e hidromassagem. Muito confortável!!!

Reservamos uma cabana para 3 adultos e 1 criança. O filho adolescente com a criança deveriam dormir em um sofá que eles virariam em cama, o sofá estava fedido e com um aspecto horrível, nossa opção foi pagar mais de mil reais para upgrade de quarto para acomodar os filhos de forma mais adequada. O quarto informado deveria ter condições adequadas de abrigar todos os hospedes.

Definitivamente un buen lugar para alojarse
El alojamiento que nos dieron era una habitación dentro de una cabaña. El personal fue sumamente amable y las instalaciones están muy lindas y bien mantenidas. Aconsejo pedir habitaciones con vista al lago, dado que la nuestra no tenía. Está a 3 km del centro pero por la avenida que está situada pasan colectivoss que van al centro y a otros sitios de interés (Llao llao, puerto pañuelo, aeropuerto). El desayuno buffet, muy completo, pero hay que decir que estaba siempre atestado de gente. Las vistas son espléndidas, y los amenities están muy bien (pileta climatizada, spa, etc).
El wifi era bueno en todos lados, aunque estuvieramos lejos de la locación central del hotel.

Muito bom custo-benefício. Chalés grandes e confortáveis, estrutura excelente. Ademais, hospitalidade argentina (mau humor, cara feia), mas certamente tive experiências bem piores. Mais um motivo na minha lista para jamais pisar em terras argentinas novamente.

O hotel está dentro de uma grande propriedade, dividida em 3 partes: o Bustillo tem as cabanas (ou Lodge) e um prédio com os apartamentos. O restaurante, piscina, bar e recepção ficam nesse prédio. Se você fica na cabana (que foi o meu caso), tem que subir a pé pra tomar o café da manhã. Mas vale a pena, pois o hotel é bem cuidado e o jardim e vista são lindos. A terceira parte é o \"Pioneiros\", que deve ser a parte mais antiga. Esse prédio é mais isolado, pois a entrada é feita por outra rua e você não divide nada com eles. Percebi que nesse lugar ficam os estudantes (que tem aos montes em Bariloche). O quarto é confortável, tem banheira de hidromassagem, boa ducha e boa roupa de cama e banho. A limpeza é super bem feita. Alguém reclamou aqui, em algum comentário, que não tinha copo de vidro e abridor de vinho no quarto, mas no meu tinha. Super indico e com certeza voltaria.

Het hotel bestaat uit een hoteldeel en in de tuin kleine gebouwtjes met kamers die ze cabanas noemen. Dit zijn gewone hotelkamers die echter -omdat ze lager liggen- minder of geen uitzicht hebben op het meer. We boekten het hotel maar kregen een cabana toegewezen. Het argument van de receptie 'alle tweepersoonskamers zijn in de cabanas'. Beetje vreemd maar overigens een prima cabana-kamer.
