We are a hotel with 19 different rooms specialising in solo travellers, groups and families who wish to cater for themselves. All of our rooms have their own showers and, what makes us special, their own kitchens.
We have set up a key handover system so that guests can access their rooms at any time of day for check-in. Come and visit us and see for yourself.
With a stay at Summer Time, you'll be centrally located in Santorini, a 3-minute drive from Santorini Caldera and 10 minutes from Kamari Beach. This aparthotel is 5.9 mi (9.5 km) from Athinios Port and 7.2 mi (11.6 km) from Oia Blue Dome Church Viewpoint.

Beautiful and comfortable vila. Small property but very cute and convenient. Only 5 minutes walk from Fira bus station and 5 minutes walk from Fira main square. Room, beds and bathroom are very clean which is the most importance for us. The manager and her staff are super nice and accommodating. We booked 2 rooms and arrived early at 9:30 and were greeted with water and orange juice. We were lucky the rooms were available 1 hour later. The manager was so nice to let us keep 1 room for late check out at 1:00. Only wished to stay more days on the island.

Very lovely apartments, we stayed 8 nights in April (Easter weekend) in double room and it was very big and clean. Had 2 aircons and nice batheroom. Mini fridge and kettle was also provided. Appartmenfs are located very central, walking distance from bus stop, super market, car rentals and restaurants. Very nice location in the middle of fira and very safe too. Me Nd family felt very comfortable and the receptionist both day and night staff very helpful. Lots of parking outside and around this too. Cleaners come daily too. They have a hottub and subbed on the roof too. Overall we enjoyed this place and will defo recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at summer time! The staff was very sweet and let us check in early and communicated with us the day prior and throughout our stay. I definitely recommend staying here if you plan to take the bus. It’s only 2 blocks away and a pretty flat walk for carrying luggage. We took the bus from the airport, to the ferry port, and to Oia. The hotel is also only a block off the main happenings in Fira. The room was clean and cute and we enjoyed our private patio too. If you’re looking for a lovely homey vibe within walking distance to amazing restaurants and public transit, this is your spot!!

The perfect place to stay for santorini we stayed for 10 nights and explored the whole island from there, with a 3/4 minute walk to the bus station which has frequent buses to everywhere in the island for only €2.

They even arranged an airport pickup for us and even though our flight was delayed late into the evening, it was still ok. Good location for the bus station and the main strip. But by a road with no pavement which seems to be the case for some of the island.

Had a great time at Summertime. Would definitely stay there again. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Not super fancy and not a lot of thrills, but had everything we needed. It was located a short walk to the main square. There’s a great breakfast spot near by as well as mini mart. All restaurants recommended by receptionist were phenomenal.

They made up a story to change us from hotel because we had a low rate (advanced booking) and they could get more money for our room. This is a stardard procedure in Santorini. It also happened to me in June with Lignos hotel.

It should be noted that Shuttle buses do not go down the narrow street to this hotel. No porters for luggage. units are more than one staircase to room.There are No elevators and slippery marble stair cases with no hand rails. one must carry their luggage up and down staircases,and up uneven cobble stone road for transportation.

Fantastic experience travelling with our newborn baby for a wedding. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was big and very modern, had everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful when we needed to take our little one to the hospital. Would recommend.

I was only in Santorini for a couple of days in the off season and was looking for something well located and inexpensive. This hotel hit the spot. The room was clean and comfortable, with a delightful shower, and it was a short walk to the bus depot and the main shopping drag in Thira. For no frills and comfortable, Summer Time is the go!

Stayed 2 nights in late June with my husband and our young daughter. Room was spacious (a triple, room #10), wifi and A/C were good, short walk to bus stop in town and all of Fira. Had a nice small patio on the front of our room that was lovely for sitting in the evening while the kiddo slept, but it wasn't exactly picturesque since it just overlooked the road in front. Rooftop pool is nice, very small and shallow but I think that helps ensure the water can warm up. It was perfect for our 3-year-old, but I probably would've been a little disappointed if I actually wanted to swim. Rented an ATV from the place next door which is a GREAT way to see the island and avoid the overwhelming crush of tourists and cruisers that takes over Fira. Staff was always friendly and helpful, provided info/booking for a boat tour out to the volcano and islands. No onsite food, but there's a hundred restaurants nearby and a little market up the street. Overall a really good spot if you're looking for a value in a pricey tourist destination.

Great Value Hotel on Santorini!!
The hotel owner was really helpful. We arrived late and so she came by in the morning to make sure everything was OK and gave us a map of Santorini Island and explained things to do. The hotel was clean and was easy walking distance to the main Fira street. My only complaint was the floors were all tile which was super cold but that was probably only annoying because we were there during the winter. It helped to wear socks.

Close to the city center. Great price vs great quality. The staff is the best so far. Continental breakfast can be offered for 5 euro. the room was big and clean. The downside is the drainage in shower room is somewhat slow, but manageable. Will come back here again.

Don't be fooled by the exterior or area inside the room was very clean. Bathroom newly fitted to a very high standard and we had a kitchen we weren't expecting! Short walk to the centre and old town (gorgeous).

Very good location close to Fira which overlooks the caldera. Just need to walk up a slope which may set you back 3-5 minutes but well worth it. More for friends than couples. Breakfast is chargeable and limited but lots of restaurants nearby so it doesn't matter. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located only a couple of mins walk from the main square of Fira town so there is large choice of restaurants & bars nearby.
The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly and the rooms made spotlessly clean every day. They also offer a free transfer to the airport which is excellent.
The bathrooms appeared to have been recently upgraded which gave them a modern look & feel.

The small kitchen area & the kettle provided were also useful.

One of the Best Mid-range Price Pensions in Fira
The host was very cheerful and helpful at the reception desk. She provided a local map and explained all the tourist attractions. The room looked almost new. The balcony was sunny most of the day. The roof terrace provides 360 degrees view of the city. The one thing I wish the place would provide is wake up calls because the ferry departs 0700 on Sunday for Athens. I needed to wake up at 0500, wash up, pack, checkout and walk 15 minutes to the bus station to take a 30-35 minute ride to the dock.
