Lovely stay at the Sachsenwald hotel! Wilma, the employee on duty checking us in was very kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well organized. Their coffee is outstanding. Nice upgrade to a suite with amazing bathtub. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

I was shocked to learn the hotel didnt have A/C & that my room had several large windows facing south and only one opened for fresh air. It was hotter than hell in that room and not a single fan provided. Breakfast was mediocre, it cost 15 euros and everyone was crammed into one section which made no sense with corona rules! The hotel was understaffed with one waiter for a whole wedding party and then trying to deal with regular hotel guests like me. The highlights of this hotel were the minibar (seriously hit the spot) and location.

Right in the center of Reinbek near Hamburg(

Close to a new vacation home I am moving into. Needed to stay at a hotel nearby until furniture arrived. The hotel is right in the center of Reinbek - a quaint little town near Hamburg. Shopping centers and good restaurants very close to the hotel. also the beautiful Sachsenwald forest in close distance.

The hotel staff is very friendly and also helpful to a newcomer to this area. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, good restaurant and bar.

A pleasant stay in Berlin.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location ,public transport on the doorstep of hotel. The hotel is very modern and spacious. The reception and concierge staff were very polite ,friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast, lots to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to any one who travels to Berlin.

Bin schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen. Sehr gute Anbindungen mit S Bahn nach Hamburg. Auto kann kostenfrei in Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ sehr gut und vielfältig. Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Das Service personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich aber das Hotel war wirklich nicht empfehlenswert. für knapp 100€ die nacht war es wirklich traurig was ich vorgefunden habe. Alles war alt sehr zerbrechlich.

Slik det skal være

Oppholdet var akkurat det man trenger på jobb. Raskt inn og ut det var litt nedtur at de ikke hadde noe varmt kjøtt/flesk til egge og frokost men det er vel den nye grønne linjen

Et glimrende hotel

Værelserne er i fin stand, og personalet er venlige, høflige og imødekommende.
Morgenmaden var til et bestået, men så heller ikke mere end det.
Eneste minus var at elevatoren brød sammen, og så er der godt nok langt op til 7. Etage.

Klassiek hotel met een goede sfeer. Wel wat ouder maar netjes onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Super vriendelijk personeel. Eten van goede kwaliteit. Parkeren direct in de garagehouder het hotel. Locatie is een beetjegekkig in een soort van ouder winkelcentrum maar dat doet niks af aan het totaal.
En voor het eerst een hotel douche met voldoende stabiel warm water die ook nog eens droog blijft naast de douche👍👍👍

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Zu hoher Einstieg in die Dusche. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft erst ab wenn man die Dusche verlassen hat. Das WC ist viel zu tief angebracht. Bei Veranstaltungen ist das Parkhaus voll und man muss auf der Straße parken. Vier Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Hotel ist für ältere Gäste nicht wirklich geeignet.

Wieder einmal eine gute Wahl

Erneut übernacheteten wir in diesem schönen, zentral in Reinbek gelegenen Hotel vor den Toren Hamburgs und waren rundum zufrieden. Schon der freundliche Empfang zeigt, wie gern hier gäste betreut werden. Auch der Service beim reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders aber ist noch das Hygienekonzept, das Sicherheit in diesen pandemiebestimmten Zeiten vermittelt, zu erwähnen.

Wieder einmal äußerst zufrieden

Zum wiederholten Male übernachteten wir in diesem schönen und zentral im Ort Reinbek gelegenen Hotel vor den Toren der Metropole Hamburg. Die Freundlichkeit am Empfang und beim Frühstücksservice lässt spüre, dass man als Gast hier willkommen ist. Das gut geschnittende Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit schönem Ausblick überzeugte ebenso wie das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das vorbildliche Hygienekonzept angesichts der Corona-Pandemie-Situation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück könnte noch etwas vielfältiger sein für 4 Sterne. Täglich das gleiche Angebot. In 6 Tagen nur 1 mal Naturjoghurt am Buffet sonst immer überzuckerter Fruchtjoghurt. Brötchen sehr gut.

Stille og roligt kvarter - 5 min gang til toget mod Hamburg.
Sparsom morgenmad tilkøbt for 15€/dag. Ikke 15€ værd. Vi fandt dog ingen restauranter/cafeer i området, som kunne tilbyde brunch.
Fri parkering i lukket og tør kælder.
Meget lille brusekabine, hvor afløbet er godt stoppet. Stod i vand til anklerne ved brusebad.
Ellers rent og pænt.

Einfach alles rundherum war großartig. Allerdings kann ich das Essen nicht bewerten, weil ich seit 1986 nahezu vegan, absolut vollwertig und von 90% Rohkost lebe. Insofern beanstande ich ganz allgemein in allen Hotels, dass ausschließlich diese schrecklich ungesunden Fertigmüslis angeboten werden, nicht aber Frischkornmüsli aus frisch gemahlenem Korn. Es wird wohl noch eine Weile brauchen, bis auch das endlich aufhört.

Väl värt att prova närheten av Hamburg.

Mycket trevligt hotell när man väl hittat ingången och en vänlig receptionist.
Lite onädigt står och röriga entre med alla aktiviteter runt om!
Rummet var mycket bra och med skön säng och fin toalett, där allt fanns!!
Restaurangen ger ett mysigt intryck och lagom mycket att välja på men som jag åt var väl tilltaget.
Med tanke på enkelheten att ta sig till Bergedorf eller Hamburg är det alltid bra att testa detta hotell.

Bokning via Expedia fungerade bra tills hotellet ringde och meddelade att de egentligen inte hade några rum kvar, kopplingen mot Expedia hade inte fungerat. Vi blev trots detta erbjudna ett reservrum till lägre pris med frukost på köpet, vilket egentligen inte skulle ingå. Rummet var helt ok, sköna sängar även om vi fick gå genom garaget för att komma dit. Trevlig service.

Da Hotel nur zur Übernachtung wegen 830-jährigen Hamburger Hafengeburtstag genutzt wurde, ist eine Bewertung, wie hier gewünscht, nicht möglich!
Ansonsten im Zimmer sehr wenig Staumöglichkeiten (Schrank, Schubfächer) und die Matratzen empfanden wir zu weich!

Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir recht zufrieden. Lediglich, dass am Sonntagmorgen bereits um 9.00 Uhr mit dem Staubsauger gegen unsere Zimmertür geschlagen und laut gesaugt wurde, fanden wir nicht so angenehm (zumal Check-out auch erst um 11.00 Uhr war).
