Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer!
I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!

Free parking, hardly get to without driving or taxi.
The attached Croatia restaurant is serving good food. Staffs are nice. Just the facilitates are a bit dated.

I still recommend it for a budget stay over.

Pleasant hotel, made to feel welcome.

The room was spacious, clean and nice. Shops were about 15 min walk but there was nothing else interesting in the area. The connection into Hamburg was reasonable and the staff at the reception were very helpful.

Dusty, noisy, smelly and no privacy hotel stay

The hotel is dusty, noisy and has no privacy. The room is very dusty and the toilet bowl is not so clean. There are many foreign people living in level 1 at the corner of the hotel permanently and they talk very loudly in the evening and in the morning which makes it noisy. Also, there was constant sound from the howling of the wind which makes it noisy too. At day 2 of our stay at 8.30 am, a housekeeper walked straight into our hotel room while my husband was still sleeping unclothed. I saw the housekeeper and got a rude shock and had to shout hey in order to stop her from walking into us. She didn't even bother to knock on our door at all. This happened because there is no door lock at all. We felt totally unsafe and lacked privacy. The hotel also smells real bad because people smoke at the lobby outside the hotel and the smell get to everywhere including our bathroom. We warn everyone against staying in this unpleasant hotel.

Wonderful stay and great value!

This is a wonderful hotel just outside of Hamburg. If you have a friend who knows how to get around on the buses and trains you can get to Hamburg easily. Just down the road from the hotel there are two grocery stores so you can eat for reasonable prices. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a framer's market also. It is very fun. Breakfast was eggs, cereal, juice, meat, cheese, bread etc. The wi-fi was a little weak, but other than that everything was super!

Basic but nice

Hotel itself is part of a small sport complex . It is basic but functional. Full free Wi Fi in room and is in a nice residentail location. Town approx 1.5 Kms walk so no issue. Breakfast included in room price and was good. Please note the hotel has a resturant attached to it alsthough it is independent and doesnt take any form of cards for payment. so make sure you have cash otherwise is a walk to town. Beers etc can but purchased from the vending machines in the recepetion but where out of order when I stayed.

Worth going to

It took awile to take number 17 bus to get from Hamburg, but the rustic setting was well worth any effort. The breakfast was included, and it was delicious. The restaurant next door served a superb fish dinner for a great price. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sonst alles defekt, kaputt, lose, alt, Bett auf Rollen und 1ne defekt, im Bad sind Löcher in den Wänden und Haare von Vorgängern! Wenn Licht aus dann Strom weg! Bettwäsche sauber, wohl aber selbstverständlich. Zu teuer für den Komfort!

Dirty and full of bugs

The hotel was outdated, old, smelled like smoke. Staff was friendly but overall lacks basic and required safety precautions as well as unhygienic. The door up to the first floor from the stairway was broken and ment people were either stuck on the inside or outside of the first floor after 2300 because the elevator stopped working as well. We told the staff, they knew about the issue but didn’t actually do anything about it. There bathroom was not very clean and had several silverfish bugs running around everywhere. We would not recommend using this hotel, this wouldn’t even be a good stay if it was in the year 1943.

Vi behövde ett ställe att övernatta på längs vår resa hem från alperna. Hotellet är nergånget och ligger i anslutning till vad som känns som en övergiven konferensanläggning. Rummet var mycket slitet och man ska vara beredd på att man får precis vad man betalar för och inte en Euro mer. Man hade glömt att ta bort et ballong från en tidigare gäst och hela familjen ville bara lämna hotellet på morgonen.

Very nice reception at the desk, appreciate being able to communicate in English. Hotel is obviously a little old, but kept in decent shape. Rooms (had a double bed, on third floor) are simple but quite ok. Breakfast room is a time journey to the 90’s, but the breakfast itself is basic but quite nice. Coffee machine was off, but the thermos coffee served was good. Also appreciate the bake-off bread. Beds a little too firm for my liking, but ok for a night or two.

Opzich qua prijs voor het verblijf mag je niet zoveel verwachten. Echter in vergelijking met andere vergelijkbare hotels viel dit hotel tegen. Het was oud, ongezellig en gedateerd. Veel dingen waren stuk of beschadigd. Sochtend werd ik al heel vroeg wakker omdat de gordijnenen niet verduisteren

Nicht verdeckte und gefüllte Bohrlöcher in den Wänden, Toilettendeckel defekt, Durchtür defekt und nicht schließbar, eine Tür fiel einfach heraus, Verletzungsgefahr!!! Die Waschtischauflage löst sich feuchtigkeitsbedingt auf, nicht repariert, Stopfen im Waschbecken fehlte, auch nicht ausreichend Licht im Zimmer, eine Nachttischlampe, offensichtlich gar nicht hierhin passend, war auch defekt. Ein Haltefuß am Bett war abgebrochen, so stand dieses schief, habe es selbst versucht zu reparieren und etwas darunter zu stellen damit das Bett gerade blieb. Man hat sich anschließend bemüht, diese Mängel zu beheben, es ging aber nicht alles. Beim Frühstück fehlte einfach etwas Obst.
So nicht zu empfehlen.

Får knappt vad du betalar för.

En duschkabin som är sönder begagnade underkläder från tidigare gäst och en säng som brakar så fort man rör sig i sängen. Städningen var undermålig liksom frukosten, vi fick knappt vad vi betalade för.

Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht wieder buchen: laut, dreckig, kein warmes Wasser, Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht sauber, Aufzug nicht benutzt (TÜV abgelaufen), Treppenhaus nicht gereinigt, Matratzen schrecklich, alles sehr sehr renovierungsbedürftig!!!

Kan ikke forvente så mye av en 3stjernes hotell. Dette hotellet trenger sårt en oppgradering. Blodflekker på teppet, store monster sølvgre på badet, lekkasje og mugg på badet. Vi bestilte dette, da det var ingen andre ledige steder der og da. Eneste fordelen var store rom, og helt ok frokost.

Diesem Hotel ist für Bauarbeiter gedacht und für Stunden Hotel, nicht für Geschäftsreisen oder Privat.
Die Einzelzimmer sind mit Kinderbett und sehr schlechter Materatzen gemacht.

Ich habe 2 Nächte gebucht, aber Ware ich nur eine Nacht da, weil das Bett war Katastrophe und deshalb bin ich Abgereist.

Ich habe Keine Rechnung bekommen und man sagte mir das die EXPEDIA zuständig ist.


Das war zum erstes mal und Letztes mal das ich dort gebucht habe.

Die Unterkunft ist sicherlich schon in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns war es aber ok. Frühstück und Parken ohne zusätzliche Kosten ist von grossem Vorteil in Hamburg.

Tråkig frukost i skumt utrymme, hela hotellet kändes som en fläkt från 80-talet dvs i rätt stort behov av modernisering och uppfräschning. Frukost ingick dock i rumspriset. Parkering precis utanför hotellet som ligger väldigt nära motorvägen, ett plus för det. Tyst på rummen. Bara frukost men restaurang ligger precis bredvid och där kan man äta grillat mm, bra mat och ok priser.

Miserable Kundenorientierung

KEIN kundenorientiertes Verhalten!
Ich musste den Aufenthalt kurzfristig absagen, der Hotelmanager zeigte sich überhaupt nicht kulant. Keine Rückerstattung, keine Preisreduzierung wegen Nichtanreise, kein Angebot einer Umbuchungsmöglichkeit.
Das Entree-Hotel wird mich nicht wieder sehen und meinen reisenden Kollegen werde ich nahelegen das Hotel ebenfalls zu meiden.

Der erste Eindruck hat mich geschockt. Der Teppichboden im Aufzug ist total versifft. Im Zimmer 101 ist der Teppichboden schmutzig. Im Bad keine Heizung. Fliesen beschädigt. Frühstück bescheiden. Eier waren nicht fertig gekocht und kalt. Kaffee war ungeniesbar.
Das Fenster im Zimmer war den ganzen Tag offen ( gekippt) und als wir Abend zurückkamen war das Zimmer ausgekühlt.
Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Allerletzter Standard.

mycket rent, trevligt och hjälpsam personal. Ligger lite avsides men där finns en mycket bra restaurang precis intill. Alla rum och utrymmen har heltäckningsmattor vilket är ett problem för människor med bl.a. kvalster- och damm allergi. Borde finnas åtminstone ett rum utan heltäckningsmattor. Frukosten var fräsch och precis lagom, inga överdrifter, men lite bacon till äggen vore gott :)

Jak zawsze zadowolona ,ale...

Mój !0 pobyt był jak zawsze zadowalający,z jednym ale tzn. był problem z parkingiem.Chodziło o to ,że parking wielkości boiska był zapełniony przez samochody należące do gości weselnych.Uważam ,że powinny być wydzielone i zarezerwowane miejsca parkingowe dla gości hotelu.Sytuacja ta była w sobotę i niedzielę,w recepcji poinformowano mnie że można korzystać z parkingu z przylegającej do hotelu restauracji,ale tam też nie było miejsca.Było to dla mnie bardzo stresujące,szukać miejsca parkingowego po 10cio godzinnej podróży.Rozumiem że przyjęcia weselne przynoszą duży zysk ,ale to nie znaczy aby gości hotelowych traktować jak intruzów.Mnie jako stałego gościa po 10 pobycie bardzo to rozczarowało,po za tym wszystko inne czyli pokój i sprzątanie oraz dobre śniadanie jak zawsze zadowalające.Mam nadzieję ,że menadżer hotelu Entree znajdzie rozwiązanie tego problemu i w przyszłości będzie bardziej troszczył się o swoich gości hotelowych. Polecam ale nie w soboty i niedzielę z powyższych powodów

Jævnt hotel med uvenlig receptionist. Vi havde betalt for overnatning på hotels.com, hvilket hun påstod ikke var tilfældet trods vores dokumentation. Måtte betale med kort for at få værelset, som en anden sur receptionist dagen efter førte tilbage uden så meget som en beklagelse.

Der var ikke så meget service da der ikke var mulighed for at købe noget spiseligt eller drikke. Receptionen lukker kl . 22.00 og man skal gå ind fra siden. Der var mange pletter på tæpperne i værelset. Morgenmaden var ikke god. Der var ikke fyldt op på fadene. De kunne stå tomme. Området er dog dejligt stille og roligt.

Für uns war die Örtlichkeit ausschlaggebend. Alles. Andere läßt doch massiv zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit Fehlanzeige, schiefe Betten mit abgebrochenen Beinen, nicht funktionierende Steckdosen. Leider ging das Personal gar nicht auf die Mängel ein oder bot Alternativen. Aber 10€ mehr für eine Stunde später Auschecken nehmen, ist auch so viel leichter

Gut: relativ große Zimmer, gute Einzelbetten, zufriedenstellendes Frühstück, ruhige Lage
Nicht so gut: Mobiliar und Teppiche zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, man sieht ihnen das Alter an. In der Dusche sind die Schiebetüren schwer beweglich und schließen nicht mehr gut, so dass Wasser in das Bad spritzt.
Trotzdem: Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben das Gästehaus gebucht. Als wir im Hotel angekommen sind haben wir erstmal nach den Parkplätzen gesucht ( die in der Beschreibung als kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden sind) es waren drei Parkplätze vor dem Hotel die dauerbesetzt waren. Parkplätze sind 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Angekommen an der Rezeption unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter kaum aufgeklärt über das Hotel, wusste die Frühstückszeiten nicht. Zum Zimmer, geeignet für Gäste die nur zum schlafen reservieren. An der Wand wurde eine Mücke zerdrückt die noch genauso dort lag. Die Bäder waren sehr schmutzig gewesen. Dauerhaft tropfender Wasserhahn was man bis zum Zimmer gehört hat. Das Personal super unfreundlich. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert.

Das einzig erfreuliche in diesem Hotel war das üppige Frühstück. Kaffee leider nur aus einen Automaten. Das Zimmer 1 war abgewohnt, die Ausstattung stillos zusammen gewürfelt. Der Teppichboden und die Stuhlbezüge waren mit Flecken übersät. Das Personal war durchweg muffig und unfreundlich. Die Zimmermädchen kamen mehrfach in das Zimmer ohne vorher anzuklopfen. Die bessere Bewertung als schrecklich gibt es nur wegen des ordentlichen Frühstücks.
