A good hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff.
However, the real star element of this hotel is its restaurant and restaurant staff - most excellent with a good selection of different food and drinks to suit any taste and requirement.

WiFi access disappointment

The hotel was fine; however, the WiFi never worked unless I was actually sitting in the lobby near the receptionist. Extremely annoying and was not satisfied with that.

Hotel Egger - comfortable room, great restaurant

The rooms - are comfortable, quiet and clean and offer a good night's rest. This is obviously one of the most important parts of hotel and this hotel does well.
The restaurant / bar - is excellent. The restaurant and bar offer the same excellent food and these areas are run by good, attentive, friendly and professional staff - the food and ambience is excellent. Food is nicely presented and there is a nice range of drinks. Personally, I would recommend that you eat in the bar as, to me, it has a much nicer ambience. The restaurant is a little bit more formal.
Breakfast - has a nice range of food on offer and is nicely presented in a breakfast room.
Surrounding area, alternative restaurants and bars - there are a few restaurants in the area and they offer nice alternative eating opportunities but I would be surprised if they are better than that hotel's own restaurants. Apart from these, there is not much in the area. I myself chose the area mainly for the convenience to the place where I was working.

Good practical hotel

This hotel should have been excellent however it is a little cold and clinical. Some of this has to do with the reception staff who although highly efficient are not terribly warm and friendly. Partly is has to do with the fact that there are corridors in the ground floor area which mean you don't get a sense of the whole hotel or any kind of atmosphere.

Lovely Hotel in Leafy Suburb

I was staying on business and couldn't find a reasonably priced hotel in the centre due to major events. Tried a little further afield and found this excellent, modern hotel in an affluent suburb.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and although my single room was small, it was very comfortable.

Tråkigt hotell utan möjlighet att få ens en kopp kaffe (inte ens vattenkokare på rummet som de flesta har). Ingen bar. Helt och rent, men trist. Bra restaurang som granne, men de har inte heller en bar utan bara elegant bordsservering och så populärt att man måste ha bokat bord. Vi har bott här flera gånger pga läget, men detta var sista gången.

Das personal an der reception könnte informativer sein und in ganzen Sätzen sprechen . Jede info musste einzeln erfragt werden.
Im Zimmer war es nicht möglich die nachttischlampe einzeln an zu schalten ohne das das hauptlicht leuchtete . Das gleiche gilt für die Steckdosen . So ist es nicht möglich sein Mobiltelefon über Nacht zu laden da man ja das Hauptlicht dafür an haben muss.

Udemærket godt hotel, med fine værelser, fin SPA og Sauna som havde åbent til kl. 22.30 - dejligt! Gode senge og fint værelse - dog lidt larm fra gaden. God morgenmad og servicemindet personale. Desværre lukket i restaurant både mandag og tirsdag, så måtte finde alternativer. Godt Wifi. Mange p-pladser. Jeg kommer igen :-)

Schönes Hotel aber bzgl. Wellness Anpassungsbedarf

Schönes, sauberes Hotel. sogar die Sauna hatte wieder offen, aber die Saunagäste waren sich einig, dass 1h Zeitslots von keinem Saunagänger geplant wurden, denn dass ist einfach nur Streß! Auch wurde die Sauna abends sehr frühzeitig heruntergefahren..

Fint hotel til pengene. Rent og pænt. Ganske venligt personale. Jeg ved ikke om det er på grund af coronarestriktioner i Tyskland, men man havde lavet, så morgenmadsbuffeten var betjent, dvs. der stod én og lagde det, du bad om, på en tallerken. Det fungerede ikke supergodt og udvalget var meget standard, intet ud over det sædvanlige. Gratis parkering på stedet, hvilket er et kæmpe plus.

In Zukunft wo anders.

Zimmer sauber, aber nicht besonders groß oder modern eingerichtet. Coronaverordnung der Stadt war wohl eher unbekannt. Hatte kein Frühstück, daher lässt sich dieses nicht bewerten. Check Out ging flott über die Bühne. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort. Check in bis nach 23:00 Uhr möglich.

Rigtig godt indrettede værelser med en super god seng for en god nats søvn. Imødekommende og servicemindet personale. Fin mindre pool til en morgensvømmetur inden arbejde. Rigtig god og lækker morgenmad. Kan anbefales. 2. Besøg på dette hotel inden for et år og jeg kommer helt sikkert igen

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war von der Anreise bis zur Abreise reibungslos.
Alle nötigen Informationen wurden bereits im Vorfeld übermittelt.
Das Personal war ständig vor Ort und stets hilfsbereit.
Der Preis von 10 Euro für die große Auswahl an Frühstücksmöglichkeiten ist mehr als Akzeptabel. (Im Preis war Parken und W-Lan inklusive)

Kleinigkeiten wie kein Wasser zur Begrüßung, kein Schuhlöffel, Vanityset .....
Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher ordentlich aufzuhängen, dass sie auch trocken werden.

Superkleines Einzelzimmer. Im Bad roch es nach kaltem zigarettenqualm . Morgens um 6 gingen die ersten zum Auto, was man nicht nur vom Flur hörte, sondern auch das Ziehen des Koffers über das Kopfsteinpflaster des Parkplatzes . Unterhaltung aus dem Nachbarzimmer konnte man eins zu eins alles verstehen.

Die Zimmer sind spartanisch ausgestattet. Die beleuchtung des Zimmers könnte man erheblich verbessern. Bademantel gibt es nicht. Erfreulich: Man kann die Fenster öffnen und ist nicht auf AC angewiesen!

Bei Ankunft half niemand meinen schweren Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen - im Zimmer keine Toilettenartikel - keine Duschhaube - nur unangenehm riechende Seife aus dem Spender - kein Wasser oder Obst als Begrüssung - bei den Übernachtungspreisen enttäuschend. Hellhörig- ich konnte jede Bewegung im Zimmer über mir bis über Mitternacht hinaus hören. Als ich am ersten Abend gegen 23.00 zurückkam stand ich vor verschlossen Türen - erst nach 10 min warten und heftigem Klopfen liess mich der Nachtportier herein. Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel - aber Insgesamt stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht für mich.

Super Hotel für den Hamburg Kurztrip

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas entfernt von der Hamburg City. Allerdings eine sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung. Alles sehr unkompliziert im Hotel. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Komfort des Hotelzimmers hervorragend.

The hotel was really good, and everyone were really nice. The only thing is that nobody mentioned that breakfast is not included, wich gave me a big and unpleasant surprise when I checked out. Breakfast is usually included in the stay where I come from, so it should definitely be made clear for tourists.
