Ok, wir waren nur für 1 Übernachtung in Hamburg und dafür war die Unterkunft sehr gut. Bei längeren Aufenthalten ist viellricht das Gemeinschaftsbad nicht jedermanns Sache aber da es dafür nur 2 Zimmer gibt ist das kaum ein Problem. Das Bett war bequem, es gibt eine kleine Küche die wir nicht genutzt haben außer dem Kühlschrank. Würde ich wieder buchen und kann ich weiterempfehlen. Wann man tatsächlich eincheckt ist egal, man bekommt vorher eine Mail mit dem Türcode, Der Schlüsselfachnummer und dem Code. Somit gibt es keinen Kontakt von Mensch zu Mensch und macht es einfach. Wir z.B. haben erst nachts gg. 1:30 eingecheckt.

Vi var to par, der rejste sammen, men havde fået værelser på hver sin etage. Vi kontaktede personalet og spurgte, om det var muligt at få værelser i samme lejlighed, så vi kunne bo samlet – og det kunne heldigvis lade sig gøre.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings könnte man es gründlicher machen! Die Möbel könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, weil sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind! Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und kompetent. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Lokalitäten, zum speisen! Ein nettes Frühstücklokal direkt um die Hausecke, mehrere Sushi Restaurants und die S-Bahn Station ist nur 400m zu Fuß entfernt und man ist in etwa 20 Minuten auf dem Kiez.

Bis auf den Boden war alles sauber und gepflegt. Es hatte den Eindruck, dass nicht gesaugt wurde. Bett und Bad war frisch und sauber. Im allen war der Aufenthalt ok.

Ruim en net appartement vlakbij bus en metro. Prima uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan de Sporthalle (ong 30 min enkele reis). Parkeren kon op straat, gratis, voor de deur. Check-in verliep ook soepel. Appartement was ruim, comfortabel en redelijk netjes. De weg is erg druk dus met het raam open slapen = herrie. Verder waren we tevreden.

Det er super rent. Sengene er gode. Selvom at vi sov ud til gaden hørte vi ikke larm, man er hurtigt ved ubahnen. Det var vores andet besøg og vi kommer gerne igen. Det kan være svært at finde en plads.

Aufgrund der Straßennähe war es sehr laut. Mir war vorab nicht bewusst, dass es ein Appartment ist, in dem ich mit einem anderen Gast das Bad und die Küche teile. Es war letztendlich aber kein Problem.

Value to the price. A lot of free parking in the area. 15 min. walk to the train U3, that kan bringe you around Hamburg. General I am happy with the hotel. Just only it is very noisy from the traffic, party and ambulances.

There were a really hot inside with no AC so it will be always a problem to stay there during the summer. You cannot also to leave the windows open during the night to get better condition because there is huge noise from the main street. So if you want to have a sleep, better to keep windows closed. (Problem in summer ...). The WIFI and TV didnt work for one and half a day which can happen but nobody at least replied on the message if it will work or not. Other that that the stay was as I expected per the hotel selection.

Sehr schöne Stadt, allerdings sollte man schon ein bisschen mehr Geld für ein vernünftiges Hotel investieren.
Das Zimmer war verstaubt, das Bad eben so. Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert und nach mehrere Anrufe von uns und von anderen Gäste haben sie dann die Dusche endlich repariert.
Also, für den Preis lohn sich nicht in so eines Hotel zu gehen.

das zimmer lag zur straße hin und es war sehr laut. die heizung war auf 0 heizte aber extrem und man konnte es nicht abstellen. die sauberkeit im zimmer war ok mehr nicht. in der küche nicht okay.

Boardinghaus in Stadtnähe, sauber, aber hellhörig
Für eine Nacht okay. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einem Appartment mit 2 Zimmern, offener Küche und Bad. Im zweiten Zimmer wohnten Monteure, die sehr früh raus mussten. Auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit und des lauten Geräusches der verzogenen Badtür, war man dann notgedrungen mit wach. Das Zimmer an sich war gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, Flachbild-TV, Kleiderschrank, alles sauber. Das Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof und es war vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören. Check in war unkomplompliziert. Ich habe außen geklingelt und es öffnete ein Mann, der nach Abgleich der Buchung Schlüssel und Code für die Eingangstür übergab. Im Bad gab es nur Pflegeprodukte für Männer. Die Unterkunft ist wohl doch eher auf Monteure ausgerichtet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich sie nicht buchen.

Man teilt sich die küche und das bad mit anderen personen, was nicht schlimm war, aber wir haben es erst vor ort, nach dem buchen erfahren.

Der Buchungsvorgang verlief reibungslos. Die Codes für die Hotel- und Zimmertüren erhielten wir per Telefon. Es ist zwar kein Personal vor Ort aber das haben wir auch nicht erwartet oder gebraucht. Das Haus hat keinen Fahrstuhl - sollte man vor Buchung wissen. Das Zimmer kann im 3. OG liegen und Koffer etc. müssen selbst raufgetragen werden.

I was at a conference in Eilbek for 3 days so I booked the hotel for 2 nights.
It was a little appartement where there were 2 bedrooms and you shared the kitchen and the bathroom with the other guests.
My room was facing a busy street so that I couldnt open the windows for very long.
The other guests left their food and dishes in the kitchen lying around and didnt even bother to clean it.
The check- in on the other hand was very easy and good and I could arrive at any time.
Overall for one or two nights it is okay to stay here.

Et godt rummeligt familieværelse til prisen og venligt personale. Men der mangler en nærliggende p-plads og en elevator. Rengøringsniveauet var ikke god nok.

Das Zimmer war für den Preis ok! Es war sauber und ruhig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr gepflegt!Aber da WC und Dusche auch für andere Partei in der Wohnung auf dem Gang war ( Zustand katastrophal schmutzig für ein Boardinghouse und Duschkopf und Vorhang sehr schlecht angebracht), würde ich das persönlich nicht wieder nehmen. Andere Gäste, hauptsächlich Monteure,waren sehr laut und es hat sie beim zubereiten ihrer Speisen nicht interessiert ob Mitbewohner die Lautstärke stört!
