This is a hotel for travellers who want good fitness facilities; the gym is as good as you will ever see; pools are good … possibly a little short of 25m but proper lane markings and very clean.

A nice place in Hamburg
We had some confusion over the room type we reserved at check-in. Hopefully we got what we paid for, but it was a little confusing. The room we reserved only entitled us to a king size bed and a chair. There was no couch in the room. The spa area and pool is all very nice at the hotel. Close to the bus line too if you aren't renting a car!

This hotel has 3 swimming pools - indoor, outdoor (heated) and childrens. It also has a gym, spa, tennis courts, etc. If you enjoy sports you will have a wonderful time here. Our room was quite spacious with a large armchair as well as a comfortable desk chair. There are also lounge areas (not bars) where you can relax. The staff were kind and helpful. Many of them speak excellent English.

I thought the hotel was really good and it has a great spa and swimming pools. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. The hotel is in a pleasant neighbourhood within walking distance of the nearest U-bahn station. There is also a bus stop outside which is served by frequent services to the city centre and some of the main sights eg the old docks, the central shopping area, town hall, and St Michael's church. All of these are well worth a visit - Hamburg is a very nice city! I only wish I'd stayed longer at this hotel!

Im Gegensatz zum Fitnessstudio ist der Hotel Trakt komplett verwahrlost und runtergekommen (Löcher im Teppich, kaputte Badezimmertür, ekelhafte Flecken an Wänden und Türrahmen…billige und eingeschränkte Auswahl beim Frühstück).

Das gesamte Paket entspricht leider nicht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nur die Lage ist wirklich gut. Eine Massage zu bekommen von jemandem, der gerade noch seine Zigarette zu Ende geraucht hat und dessen Hände danach riechen, geht gar nicht.
Das sollte man wirklich anzeigen.

Hallo! Tatsächlich war ich aufgrund einiger negativer Rezensionen sehr skeptisch. Aber bereits während der mehrstündigen Zugfahrt schickte mir eine Mitarbeiterin für die Buchung einer Massage die Zimmernummer ( funktionierte zwar technisch nicht ). Check-in selbsterklärend und bis 23 Uhr das wunderbare Schwimmbecken geöffnet, welches auch bei viel Besuch immer eine Bahn bietet- auch Samstag Nachmittag. Die Kinder haben da nicht gestört. Die Saunalandschaft bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas! Gegenüber kann man auch herrlich in einem niedlichen Cafe frühstücken und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es bei schönem Wetter ca. 35 Minuten zu Fuß. Das keine Steckdose am Bett ist sorgt für Detox und das Zimmer war so schön ruhig. Nur das Bett hat geknarzt ;)) . Es gab zur Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser und sonst immer zwei Teesorten. Im Bad sogar Fußbodenheizung. Zum Abschied war sogar die Reinigungsfrau freundlich! Ich komme gern wieder.

Leider wurde mir von Hotel das Ausstellen einer Rechnung mit MWSt verweigert. Dies muss ich nun ärgerlicher Weise beim Finanzamt melden da es sich hierbei nach deutscher Gesetzgebung ganz eindeutig um Umsatzsteuerbetrug handelt.

Dejlige hotelværelser og stille hotel. Dejligt opvarmet pool både inde og ude. De 2 eneste negative ting er at hotellet ikke holder opsyn med solstole ved udendørs pool, så folk blokerer dem selvom de ikke bruger dem, hvilket er MEGA irriterende. Desuden bør de angive i hotelbeskrivelsen at spaområderne er “tekstilfri”. Det trækker ned i værdien, når man ikke ønsker at smide tøjet.

Atendimento PÉSSIMO no restaurante. As meninas muito mal humoradas, o tempo ttodo faltava alguma coisa no buffet, má vontade no atendimento...pareciam um monte de meninas de família nobre fazendo um favor de estar lá e que estavam lá obrigadas pelos pais. Dois rapazes que se alternavam com elas eram super gentis, em especial um com dois brincos brilhantes. O pessoal da recepção, por outro lado, era ótimo. No quarto a cortina estaba rasgada, assim como a poltrona roxa...não se espera isso de um hotel em bairro nobre e de 4 4 estrelas.

Nach mittlerweile 10 jährigem regelmäßigen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel mittlerweile ziemlich abgewohnt. Filteranlagen im Restaurant müssen ausgetauscht werden: auf der ersten Etage stinkt es fürchterlich nach Fett und Küche. Minibar ist nicht mehr gefüllt. Roomservice oder Restaurant: Fehlanzeige.

Das Aspria Hamburg hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Von dem herzlichen Empfang beim Check-in bis hin zur luxuriösen Ausstattung – alles war einfach perfekt. Tolle Lage und tolles Fitness-Sportangebot. Allerdings grenzenlos unterbesetzt. Alles dauert sehr lange, das Personal ist freundlich aber überfordert mit dem Andrang. Die Zimmer sind total hellhörig, da diese nur durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt sind. Die Möbel teilweise abgeschrabbt. Frühstück für ein Hotel dieser Güteklasse ok, aber nicht gut. Alles in Allem lohnt es sich wegen Sport und Lage wiederzukommen, aber ansonsten nicht.

Ikke så meget som et hej eller et velkommen, kunne han fremstamme.. han formåede at tjekke os ind, uden på noget tidspunkt at ændre hans stone face, eller give os noget som helst information.

Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft am späten Abend negativ überrascht. Beim Betreten unseres Zimmers erwartete uns das komplette Gegenteil dessen, was vom Clubhotel nach außen vermittelt wird. Wir fanden ein Zimmer vor, welches augenscheinlich seit Wochen/Monaten nicht mehr richtig gereinigt wurde. Scheinbar geht das Housekeeping mit geschlossenen Augen durch die Zimmer. An einem Bild an der Wand klebte ein Haarbüschel mit Kaugummi, auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes war eine dicke Staubschicht, Haare im Badezimmer, Spiegel mit Zahnpastaspritzern…wir wollten nicht kleinlich sein, aber das alles waren Dinge, die einem sofort ins Auge stachen. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir dann den Mut gefasst und die Situation an der Rezeption angesprochen. Hier war der Herr sehr freundlich und bemüht das Problem zu lösen, er buchte uns sofort in ein neues Zimmer um. Allerdings mussten wir beim Betreten feststellen, dass dieses noch belegt war. Ein no go! Also wieder zurück im alten Zimmer kam dann eine Dame welche sich die Mängel ansah, bot uns an, auf den Zimmerwechsel zu verzichten und das Zimmer zu reinigen. Wir hatten auf eine Stauballergie hingewiesen und ihr explizit die Staubschicht auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes gezeigt. Als wir dann nach etwa einer Stunde das neue Zimmer beziehen konnten, exakt die selbe Problematik. Zugehört wurde uns also nicht. Das neue Zimmer war also vom Zustand und der Sauberkeit nicht merklich besser. Wer also auf Sauberkeit wert legt ist hier leider falsch.

Mein Aufenthalt im Aspria war gemischt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Nutzung des Clubs, insbesondere der Zugang zum Pool, Spa und Fitnessbereich. Allerdings war der Zustand des Zimmers enttäuschend: das Waschbecken war gesprungen, Oberflächen abgenutzt und die Dusche roch unangenehm. Auch die Bettdecke war stark gebraucht und verklumpt. Das Personal war jedoch stets bemüht und freundlich.
