The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. In 20 minutes you are at the harbor with the U-Bahn. Room and hotel was clean. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There is a bakery near by and we went there for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Et virkelig godt valg til en god pris

Et virkelig dejligt hotel i et roligt og trygt nabolag og med en perfekt placering lige ved bus, S-bane og U-bane. Det er et stort plus, at der er (betalings) parkeringskælder, med elevator, der tager dig direkte op til den etage, du bor på. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset var fantastisk. Dejlig seng og super rent. Vi havde værelse ud til U-banen, men vi hørte den ikke. Den eneste forstyrrelse vi oplevede var en enkelt nat, hvor nogen spillede høj musik ved stationen.
Selvom der er matteret glas ud til badeværelset, kunne det være en fordel at der kan trækkes et gardin for ;-) Alt i alt et dejligt hotel til en virkelig fornuftig pris.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your property. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the cleaning crew had not taken the trouble to ensure that the soap and shampoo dispensers were filled. They clearly had not be replenished in a very long time.

I was also surprised that the room - supposedly a business room - did not have tea/coffee making facilities.

Be polite and friendly please

We had an average stay at your hotel mainly because unfriendly staff.
However, the meeting room and service was good. Room condition was not so good, no shower cabin was very uncomfortable.

Meget godt hotel med fine værelelser, god størrrelse, rent, med kogekedel, kaffe og te til rådighed.

Betalings-parkeringskælder, meget dårlig skiltet og information på hotellet (parkering på -2, henvisning til hotelopgang, betalingsmåde elevatorvirkemåde mm.). Dette kan hotellet med fordel få gjort noget ved.

Professionel bed making - cozy room.

The Hotel is new and it is situated by a station which is very practical. I really appreciate that I was welcomed 1 hour before check in time. Thank you for that. I want to give credit to the hotel: they make the bed in a proper way - the sheet is tied around the matress (not the duvet!). Nice beds. Overall a cozy room.
The breakfast room is nice. Most of the breakfast is fine - only the bread and rolls are not ok - they really need a quality update.

Hamburg Visit

Hotel staff was very nice. I did not have breakfast because I thought it was way too expensive. Nice restaurants are located in short walking distance from the hotel. City rail, transportation and bus transportation is less than a block away. The rail station gets quite sketchy at night. Lots of scary people from other countries hanging out, smoking weed. Lots of garbage on the ground.

Staff was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Bus and intercity train station less than 5 minute walk away and can get you to any area in Hamburg easily and not very expensive. Clean, safe transit system!
Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and had air conditioning that worked very well.

Comfortable and Convenient

We chose this fairly new hotel because it was within walking distance of the home of my niece and her family, whom we were visiting. It turned out to be a great location - close to a train station (local and regional service) and with lots of eateries, groceries, drug stores and other conveniences nearby.
The room didn't have a lot of space for clothes - I think the hotel caters to conferences and other short stays - and one day we had to ask three times for fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to leave them for us; but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel.Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das einzig Unschöne war, dass die Putzfrau schon um 10 Uhr an die Tür geklopft hat...obwohl das Schild \"nicht stören\" an der Tür hing. Check out war eigentlich 12 Uhr.

I’m currently staying at the Hamburg Hyperion Hotel. I had to delay my trip due to a medical condition. I would have stayed at your hotel and extended the days (and happily paid extra), but because it was a non refundable reservation neither your hotel or Expedia was willing to work with me. Additionally, my spouse traveled ahead of me and had to book at the Hyperion because you wouldn’t honor the reservation. For these reasons and the fact I lost the entire reservation (instead of just part of it) I cannot recommend your hotel.

They even gave me a travelcard for 3 days travel.

Wonderful stay

We were in Hamburg for a gig in Stadtpark and so chose the hotel for proximity to venue. We really hit the jackpot though, with friendly staff, comfy room, well stocked bar and the icing on the cake was a travel pass that we could use for the duration of our stay. We had a fantastic time exploring Hamburg. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice

Beim Checkout die Rezeption mit nur einer Mitarbeiterin besetzt obwohl es eine lange Warteschlange gab. Ich habe bei meinen letzten 200 Hotelnächten noch nie eine so gemütlich und langsam arbeitende Mitarbeiterin erlebt. Obwohl ich gefragt wurde ob ich geschäftlich reise und dies bejaht habe wurde mir die City Tax berechnet. Von dieser ist man als Geschäftsreisender ausgenommen. 標準的なインターシティホテル

バスローブがあることとなっているので、頼んでみたが、　なかったです。
公共交通チケットは大変助かったです。特に、PCR検査で空港に往復したし、会議の会場と毎日電車で往復したので、すべて無料でできるので、よかったです。

Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen!

Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet und haben einen hohen Komfort. An der Sauberkeit war nichts zu bemängeln. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten zum Essen sowie eine S-Bahn bzw. U-Bahn Haltestelle. Die Landungsbrücken und viele andere Orte sind problemlos und schnell zu erreichen. Parken ist in der Tiefgarage für 15 € täglich möglich. Ein Aldi und Rewe ist sind ebenfalls direkt im die Ecke. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man mit dem Fahrstuhl von der Parkebene direkt zur Hotelzimmerebene kommt. Alles war perfekt und es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Flot nyt hotel med velindrettede værelser med høj komfort. Billet til offentlig transport inkluderet under opholdet. U og S station 50 meter fra hotellet. 13 min til centrum af Hamburg. Bil parkeres under hotellet for €15 pr 24 timer direkte elevator fra p-kælder til værelser.

Great place to stay while in Hamburg

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was cleaned, but the sheets were never changed, although we asked it to be changed once during the 5 nights. Location was great - easy access to town with the subway within minutes by foot. Good connections to all sights. Grocery, bakery, restaurants, all very close by. Nice bonus was the free transport ticket during our entire stay!

Schönes Intercity in praktischer Lage

Mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung fing ein schöner Aufenthalt an. Ein helles Zimmer in passender Größe, sauberes Bad und bequemes Bett. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genoßen und werde wieder dort übernachten. Einzig das WLAN/WIFI war sehr langsam und unzuverlässig. Sehr praktisch ist auch die enthaltene Fahrkarte für den ÖPNV.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Während das Haus als reine Schlafstätte zweckmäßig, sauber und gut gelegen ist, war der Service-Aspekt für uns leider enttäuschend und wenig gastorientiert.
​Kritikpunkte:
​Widersprüchliche Kommunikation: Ein Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war das beworbene kostenlose ÖPNV-Ticket. Obwohl uns vorab telefonisch bestätigt wurde, dass dieses auch bei Buchung über Drittanbieter enthalten sei, wurde uns dies beim Check-in verweigert.
​Unangenehmer Zeitaufwand: Dies führte zu langwierigen Diskussionen an der Rezeption, was wir im Urlaub als sehr belastend und zeitraubend empfanden. Es trübte das Gesamterlebnis erheblich.
​Strikte Gebührenstruktur: Das Hotel zeigt kaum Flexibilität. Grundausstattungen wie ein Wasserkocher oder Tee-Zubehör auf dem Zimmer sind nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Selbst eine moderate Verlängerung der Check-out-Zeit um nur eine Stunde wird konsequent zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt.
​Fazit:
Die Zimmer und die Sauberkeit sind für zwei Nächte absolut in Ordnung. Wer jedoch Wert auf die beworbenen Inklusivleistungen oder kulanten Service legt, sollte hier vorsichtig sein. Wir empfehlen, alle Zusagen vorab schriftlich einzufordern, um mühsame Diskussionen vor Ort zu vermeiden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leidet unter der starren Aufpreis-Politik.

Leider Parkplatz nicht kostenlos für Gäste. Der Raum hat schlechte Luftung. Auf der Website steht Fitnessbereich, aber ist nicht wahr. Es ist nur mit €10 verbunden mit anderem Fitness Ort neben Hotel. Es sollte vielleicht in der Website genauer erklärt werden.

Zudem ist die Tür zum Hotel Lobby defekt. Getränkautomat war auch außer Betrieb. Wir würden vielleicht in Zukunft das Hotel in anderem Bezirk noch die Chance geben. Aber in diesem Ort werden wir nicht nochmal gehen.

Der Duschwasser-Abfluss funktionierte nicht und so ueberflutete nicht nur das Bad, sondern der gesamte Eingangsbereich ind ein Teil des Schlafbereichs. Mein Koffer und die darin befindlichen Sachen wurden klatschnass, was sehr unangenehm war, da ich eine sehr weite Flugreise nach Fernost vor mir hatte und das Gepaeck nass und eventuell beschaedigt/verschmelt ankommen wird.
Was mich aber am meisten veraergerte war, dass ich ersten den Zimmerservice anrief und niemand antwortete, dann die Rezeption anrief und niemand antwortete, und dann die Taste \"Emergency\" waehlte und wieder keine Reaktion/Antwort bekam. Wie kann es sein, dass man in einem Zimmer fuer Mobilitaetsbehinderte bei einem Notruf ignoriert wird? Ich haette ja auch einen Stromschlag bekommen koennen, weil mein Laptop auf dem Fussboden am Laden war und \"beinahe\" auch unter Wasser gewesen waere. Was macht das Hotel, wenn ein Gast einen lebensbedrohlichen Notfall hat? Ignorieren und hinterher sagen: \"Sorry!\" Ich werde gewiss nicht wiederkommen. Das Personal hatte soweit ich beurteilen kann keine Schuld, denn die machen nur das, was ihnen gesagt wird. Zudem war der Rezeptionist wirklich sehr freundlich. Aber das Management sollte die Prioritaeten ueberdenken ...

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Lage sowie die Verkehrsanbindung sind sehr gut.

Leider sind die übrigen Aspekte weniger positiv. Das Personal im Hotel ist insgesamt nicht sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist im Verhältnis zum Preis teuer, bietet aber nur eine geringe Auswahl. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Gäste aus mehr Speisen wählen könnten.

Am schlechtesten ist die Parksituation. Bei der Nutzung des Parkplatzes wäre eine bessere Zusammenarbeit mit dem Parkplatzbetreiber notwendig. Außerdem ist die Schalldämmung zu den Nachbarzimmern unzureichend.

Solides Hotel, Betten waren gut, Zimmer wird nur auf Wunsch gereinigt (sonst erst nach 3 Tagen), Öffis direkt daneben, dadurch ist man schnell in der Stadt. Mit dem Personal hatten wir keine Berührungspunkte, weil wir am Automaten eingecheckt haben. Abends sind etwas dunkle Gestalten unterwegs gewesen, daher sind wir lieber im Hotel geblieben. Alles in allem eine gute Möglichkeit etwas bezahlbarer Hamburg zu besuchen.
