Quietness without the Hotel service fuzz
The room was of a good size and the bathroom was fully renovated. Shower and toilet area, maybe a bit small for oversize guests. Very clean and nice bedding. Everything was working, including the internet. Quiet area and the windows can be opened. No F&B opportunities. Coffee machine in the room is very good, justifies the 1 Euro per pod. Beverages in the mini bar are all 3 Euros, a fair price for a mini bar.

Bed was uncomfortable, felt like a cheap kids bed. Also from the entrance up to the lift was a staircase first, which made it difficult for me as I suffered from broken ribs. But I managed but not ideal. TV programs were not great neither.

My stay was great... Being from another country I was not able to watch tv... Maybe the BCC channel should be added to the cable package... Was a bit of incovience to walk across the street every time I was out of Internet!!! But I would stay at the hotel agin!!! Staff always smiled and was helpful!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, insbesondere für den günstigen Preis an einem langen Brückenwochenende. Dass dafür das Bett und Bad sehr klein und die Matratze nicht 5 Sterne hatte, ist aus meiner Sicht verständlich und sollte auch jedem vor der Buchung bewusst sein. Unsere Reisegruppe war durchweg positiv überrascht, sodass wir das Hotel für einen Kurztrip uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Sauberes Hotel in U-Bahnnähe am Stadtpark
Mit der Ubahn sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten von der Haltestelle \"Saarlandstraße\", ca. 15 Minuten mit der Bahn vom Hbf). Das Einchecken ging schnell (Checkout bei der Abreise ebenso), die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber, es gab viel Stauraum, eine Garderobe, einen Schreibtisch (mit Stuhl), einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie eine kleine Sitzbank. Der Boden war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt (gut, nicht abgenutzt oder dreckig), das Fenster ließ sich weit öffnen. Zu bemerken sei noch, dass die Matratze recht hart ist - diese Info mag für den ein oder anderen doch wichtig sein. Das Badezimmer war sauber, auch hier gute Ablagemöglichkeiten, eine Regendusche, viele Spiegel und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Beleuchtung war im Schlafbereich wie im Badezimmer optimal. Da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße lag, war es recht ruhig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war gerade noch okay - der etwas höhere Preis mag jedoch am Stones Konzert gelegen haben, das direkt gegenüber im Stadtpark war (die Nähe war ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung) und somit optimal erreichbar.

Ruhige Wohngegend.Irgendwie verschach tel .Ich glaube es waren vier Eingänge. Das Zimmer war der Knaller. Schmale Wendeltreppe zum Bad. Durchgangshöhe der Türe weit unter 2 Meter. Laufend den Kopf gestoßen. Wie soetwa Bautechnisch abgenommen werden konnten ist mir ein Rätsel.

Ik had voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de locatie nabij een concertzaal. Het ligt relatief ver van het toeristische centrum van Hamburg. De kamer was schoon en het personeel uiterst vriendelijk. De enige nadelen waren de hoogte van de deuren en de afmeting van de badkamer. De deurhoogte was vaak maar ca. 1m90 en de doorgang naar de badkamer supersmal en slechts ca. 1m81. Niet voor lange mensen dus. Daarnaast was de badkamer erg klein bemeten. Ik had graag nog 0,5 m2 van de kamer opgeofferd om normaal van het toilet gebruik te kunnen maken.

Zimmer für die Größe völlig überteuert, 94,- EUR ohne Frühstück bei schlechter Anbindung vor allem für weibliche Gäste nachts (nur 1 Buslinie ab 19:00 Uhr, Fußweg zur U-Bahn einsam, wenig angenehm. Taxen am U-Bahnhof nicht zwingend vorhanden, man muss warten. Zimmerausstattung minimalistisch, Bad kaum zum Umdrehen, dunkles muffiges Zimmer, Zimmermief ging auch bei stundenlangem Lüften nicht weg, Zimmer (Hochparterre) extrem hellhörig. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man jedes Gespräch am Eingang, unter dem Fenster, sogar vis-à-vis am Haupteingang problemlos mithören. Keine Ablage in der Dusche, kein Platz zum Föhnen, man musste die Badezimmertür geöffnet lassen, um nicht ständig mit den Ellbogen an der Duschwand und Zimmerwand anzustoßen. Duschkabine selbst auch viel zu eng. Wie soll sich da ein gut gebauter Mann bei 1,90 m Körpergröße duschen, wenn man als Frau schon Platzangst bekommt? Altbau zwar saniert, aber Zimmerkomfort ist etwas anderes. Rezeption distanziert höflich, freundliches Ambiente definiere ich anders. Fitnessbereich im fensterlosen Keller bei den Personaltoiletten und Gästetoiletten auch mit unschöner Atmosphäre, erstickend. Ich habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt. Frühstück wurde mir am nächsten Morgen gar nicht erst angeboten. Preise hierfür weiß ich bis heute nicht. Meine Freunde werden hier keine Gäste mehr unterbringen, schon gar nicht zu dem unverschämten Preis für ein 10 m² Dunkelkammer-Einzelzimmer mit Kinokulisse dezentral gelegen..

Mein Zimmer war im Nebenhaus über der Hansi-Bar und so hellhörig, dass ich die Unterhaltung der Nachbarn verstehen konnte. Meine diesbezügliche Reklamation wurde vom Rezeptionspersonal des ersten Tages, das ich beim Einchecken erkenntlich bei anderen Beschäftigungen (Arbeitseinweisung) gestört und das nicht einmal \"Guten Tag\" gesagt hatte, alles andere als serviceorientiert behandelt.
Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei; Angebote, beim Gepäck behilflich zu sein, gab es nicht.
Frühstückspersonal und Rezeptionspersonal in der übrigen Zeit waren nett und hilfsbereit.

Hyvä perushotelli, jossa avulias henkilökunta. Hotellista oltiin jo ennen matkaa meihin yhteydessä ja kysyttiin haluammeko vauvansängyn huoneeseen. Myös huone järjestyi paljon ennen virallista check in -aikaa (olimme tätä toivoneet,koska saavuimme perille aamulennolla pienen vauvan kanssa). Auton sai myös hyvin parkkiin (maksuton). Kentältä pääsi hotelli hyvin myös julkisilla, joskin asemilla ei ollut hissiä tai liukuportaita ja matkalaukut piti kantaa. Hotelli on ison Stadparkin vieressä, missä kiva käydä lenkillä tai muuten vaan ulkoilemassa. Aamupalasta ei kokemusta, käytiin viereisessä leipomossa aamupalalla. Ainut miinus huoneiden huono äänieristys.

Das Hotel konnte uns insgesamt überzeugen. Besonders gut fanden wir die Nähe zu U-Bahn + Bus, einem größeren Edeka-Supermarkt und dem Stadtpark. Alles war sauber und neuwertig. Zudem freundliches und kompetentes Personal, unkomplizierter und schneller Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
