Arabella overall was an excellent stay. The pools were pristine, very clean. Walking distance to downtown area is a plus!
The only issue we really had was with Esther in housekeeping. We had asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd or 3rd day of our stay. We were out for the morning, returned, to a clean room. We went to the pool, and after a little bit, I went back to the room to Esther leaving it. She seemed stunned and exasperated telling me she had so many rooms to clean and her coworker had called off. Thought it was a little strange, she was in our room but also didn’t think too much of it after her complaining…
Later that night, my friend pulled her sheets back and a god awful smell filled the room. It was the bedding! We called and asked for new clean bedding which was brought up right away. We changed and put the dirty stuff outside and the smell went away. So we know it was definitely that, and Esther had something to do with it!
Other than that, staff was very friendly and accommodating, we needed extras towels and they were brought to us in a timely manner.
The breakfast is really good too! The ladies run it so efficiently and everything was delicious!
Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be returning!

Hotel was a great central location to stay in Sedona. Views were amazing, loved sitting by the fire pits and at the sunset vista point. Stayed in a standard double queen room and it was spacious and clean. Water pressure and hot water in shower were perfect. The only thing they could improve on would be to upgrade bathrooms to be a closed off space from room to give more privacy and upgrade mattresses and pillows. Everything else was perfect!

The property was very nice. Nice pool and hot tub. Firepit on overlook to see sunsets was wonderful. Included breakfast was excellent. Property’s activities and one-man band was also a great extra to wind down after a long day of shopping or hiking. Margs Trail head right off the property was easy & beautiful. Hotel Location was great & very walkable to downtown Sedona & restaurants. The only thing that could have been better would be the room. A little outdated & worn. Beds were ok. Balcony was nice with good views of red rock.

The breakfast was very good and a nice way to start the day. The rooms need updating, but are clean and spacious. The balcony in our room was big and allowed for a nice way to relax after a full day of sightseeing. What cannot be beat is the location of this hotel. It is close to everything and walking distance to several restaurants.

What was disappointing was that between booking the hotel and checking in we received notices of lower rates at the hotel and we were not offered the lower rates. We were told it was an Expedia booking and that the hotel could not help. I would probably not use Expedia again as Expedia seems to get in the way of pricing. I booked directly in Las Vegas as the hotel in a phone call waived the resort fee. I should have done that directly with the Arabella. Garry

Everything stood out from the great people at the front desk, all the amenities, the rooms are clean and comfortable, beautiful views, the extra activities such as root beer floats, music on Friday nights, stargazing on Saturdays, meditation in the mornings. The breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. Would definitely stay here again. We needed to stay an extra night due to flight changes and the front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful! The localization was wonderful! We were able to walk to dinner, there is a little hike nearby, and we also walked downtown and back. The rooms were nice, new and clean. Breakfast was also good - I just wished the apples were better quality (rather than red delicious :/ ) but this seems to be the standard at most hotels.
We didn’t use additional amenities like the pool but so people enjoying them in a cool day so I assumed they were nice and warm. 🙃

It is definitely a 4+ star motel. It is older, and there is no elevator to go up to the second floor, but it’s a very lovely place. Most notable is that the room seem decently clean, the free breakfast is really good and they have nice touches like a small dog park on the premises, activities, a small game room and a 24/hr coffee/tea bar. Let’s face it, every kind of lodging is super expensive in Sedona. This was about $310/night in the middle of the week in Feb. oh, and the Mole restaurant is quite tasty!

The concierge staff are incredibly unhelpful, to the point of arrogance. I asked multiple times for information on shuttles to popular destinations and got literally zero help. I noticed on the last day they had numerous driving service biz cards… they just didn’t feel like spending a single moment doing their job…Ended up walking the town, including VERY long walks with my 70 year old mother so she could visit the vortexes. We asked about shuttle to the vortexes and the lady concierge rolled her eyes and said “the whole place is a vortex” and did not offer us a single solution to secure a ride …. It’s her job to help.. not give her opinions. The checkin lady who served us when we arrived was also extremely rude. Breakfast is a zero/ten. Will be back to Sedona will not be back to Arabella. Book elsewhere.

The trail head room was nice and relatively private on the patio. Upstairs noise was a little disruptive, but all was quiet after 10 pm. The hiking path was phenomenal. The stargazing and sunset area was super. Not all activities were updated and upon inquiry had been cancelled. Still, the activities that were available were nice. The restaurant on site was good, but there needs to be lower cost options available. The meal was tasty, but it wasn’t inexpensive. There was a pizza station open in the courtyard for Saturday night, along with entertainment, that was enjoyable. I’d like to go back in a few weeks, but the room rates were over a hundred dollars higher. This was a nice place for a solo-traveling woman. The breakfast was free and awesome! I highly recommend Arabella.

Not necessarily the hotel stay that I would’ve booked definitely do not book during the weekdays as they have construction going on. Staff was slightly helpful courtyard music constantly suggestion would be booking the trailhead better views seems quieter. Wish I would’ve booked that room. Great breakfast options amazing views from parking lot and from room from courtyard definitely more family and group oriented rather than a single person stay. Around all attractions for Sedona however, if you want some of the exclusive areas or activities, you will have to drive or walk. I visited during winter months so having a car it was a great thing.

I’ve stayed in Sedona many times, and this hotel had the best location and amenities by far. The property is absolutely charming and beautifully surrounded by the red rocks and you truly feel immersed in Sedona’s natural beauty.
As a Canadian traveling in January, I especially appreciated that both pools were nicely heated along with a large hot tub so we could still fully enjoy the outdoor amenities in cooler weather. Everything throughout the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options each morning. We also loved the complimentary bike rentals which were a wonderful way to explore the area.
One of my favorite features was the scenic viewing spot with a fire pit. There’s an easy casual hike up to it and the views overlooking the majestic red rock landscape are absolutely breathtaking. The property also has several peaceful relaxing areas where you can sit and take in the beautiful dark night sky. It was such a special experience.

When we got to our room neither key card worked. Someone came back with us to let us in. The room did not have the heat on, so it was very cold. The light switch by the door did not work to turn on the lights and the tv remote did not work. We were moved to another room that was better, but one of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the tv often tiled. We did not complain about this second room as we were exhausted from traveling all day. The staff was pleasant and the hotel had some nice activities that we weren’t able to attend. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but overall the room could use an update. Paint was chipped on the doors and baseboards and the lighting in the room was dim. The location was very good for what we had planned while in town.

We enjoyed our stay- clean comfortable room with a balcony and great view. The hotel was very friendly and offered daily activities and amenities that we enjoyed- they even have a dog park! We sat outside around the fire tables and enjoyed the patio. Daily breakfasts were good and the on site restaurant Mole was very nice too. I definitely recommend this hotel

Best continental breakfast ever. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. I’d go back just for the breakfast. Beautiful walking trail right behind the hotel that was doable with small children. It ended up being our favorite trail of the trip. The hotel itself was quaint, quiet, cozy and clean. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely boom again.

Great location and the free breakfast was as good as any I've seen, especially for hotel so large. Property was nice with several activities to choose from. Room was a bit dated and tight for family of 4, and struggled a bit with climate control in room, seemed either hot or cold.
