Paid for a Mountain View.. placed in the courtyard where other guests can look into my room while partying. They ended up switching rooms after I became very upset. Charged $100 a night for resort fees .. waaaayy overpriced for what I received. The rooms were run down. The breakfast was mediocre at best ..powdered eggs served. The pool wasn’t cleaned. I would definitely do your research before heading to Sedona .. for 400$/ night you could do better!

Good location, good breakfast, staff helpful, room was just decent. Obviously an older hotel that has been recently flipped and not that well. Towel hooks were already pulling out of the wall due to not being in a stud or even a sturdy anchor. The room didn’t even have a closet, just a spot in the bathroom to hang your stuff. Just a very weird setup overall. The photos show a nice balcony with a view and many rooms have that but ours was on the end and on the first floor so our view was just a cement wall.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Property was well maintained and the fire pits are quite nice. Pools are kept at a nice temperature to cool off. The room was a bit on the small side and the spa is only available on certain days which was a bit disappointing. I guess double check that you’re booking a regular sized room otherwise you’re paying $500+ per night on a Saturday for what felt like a closet with a washroom that is pretty much inches from the bed. Decent hotel though if you’re planning to be out for most of the day and breakfast being included was really nice. Fairly central to all the trails and only a few minutes from uptown Sedona and all the shops/restaurants which is nice.

The Arabella completely delivered. The views are stunning, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. We asked for another room and we were told none were available. The Hotel has an additional $50 a night RESORT FEE. The Breakfast was Meh- powdered eggs, fake guacamole, some meat protein and potatoes. The Yogurt had the best sides with Musli and Fruit compote.

Relaxing 4 day stay at the Arabella. Very comfortable room with balcony, 2 pools to choose from, a covered, attractive courtyard space with fire pits, comfortable seating and lap blankets provided for Happy Hour and local musician appearances at night. A delicious breakfast provided each morning with many menu choices available. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Loved our time here…

Breakfast was good, big buffet with great array of food and beverages. The breakfast staff wasn’t the most cordial though, reprimanding people instead of explaining, especially the waffle maker seemed to be a big stressor to them.

The music in the courtyard in the evening was lovely, and the hotel had a lot of evening amenities for families such as movie night and smores around the firepit. The location of the Arabella is wonderful for enjoying downtown Sedona and easy access to trailheads. Breakfast is well done and a good way to start the day. The property has well maintained features, such as the pool, fire pits, and sunset point. We were a little disappointed that our trail room had a balcony overlooking the parking lot, but love having an outdoor space on our room. We love the Arabella and hope to be back soon!

I had a really nice time in Sedona! Hotel is walking distance from a lot of things but I wouldn’t plan to walk alot in the summer because it definitely was hot. Pool and hot tub were great. Hotel breakfast was nice and staff were really friendly and helpful. I will be back soon and I loved my room with a view of the mountain. Thank you to everyone!!

I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews but I booked anyway and my family thoroughly enjoyed Arabella. The amenities and location are amazing, complimentary breakfast was pretty tasty compared to other places I’ve stayed. I think this hotel offers a wide range of activities for any age and the big this that it is pet friendly but you wouldn’t even be able to tell. If you like a bunch of modernized hotel stays this isn’t for you but I loved the themes and the welcoming energy here. Everyday there was something fun to do, I’ll be back for sure.

Arabella Hotels is perfectly located is West Sedona, less than 10 min walk from the Tlaquepaque art village. It has direct access to Margs Draw trail. The view is gougeus all around hotel. We asked for the rool with trail view. Room had a balcony facing the trail and the sunset sets were beautiful.

The only issue we really had was with Esther in housekeeping. We had asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd or 3rd day of our stay. We were out for the morning, returned, to a clean room. We went to the pool, and after a little bit, I went back to the room to Esther leaving it. She seemed stunned and exasperated telling me she had so many rooms to clean and her coworker had called off. Thought it was a little strange, she was in our room but also didn’t think too much of it after her complaining…
Later that night, my friend pulled her sheets back and a god awful smell filled the room. It was the bedding! We called and asked for new clean bedding which was brought up right away. We changed and put the dirty stuff outside and the smell went away. So we know it was definitely that, and Esther had something to do with it!
Other than that, staff was very friendly and accommodating, we needed extras towels and they were brought to us in a timely manner.
The breakfast is really good too! The ladies run it so efficiently and everything was delicious!
