The room was bright and spacious the hotel grounds were beautiful and pleasing to look at. The view of the pool and the sea were amazing!
For the price we paid for this hotel it was worth it, there were a couple of occasions when we went out for an evening meal because the food was not appetising. Breakfast could have done with more of a selection of croissants and danish pastries and fresh fruit salads.
Otherwise, we were welcomed by a midnight buffet on the night of our arrival and we were given complimentary late checkout. We loved the friendly cats and dogs, the place would not have been the same without them!

Drinks were limited, menu was limited and service was terrible from front of house staff. I messaged ahead to advise we would be checking in around midnight and enquire if any food was available. I also advised that we were celebrating a birthday plus an anniversary. I received confirmation that our request had been acknowledged, however no food was available and despite me messaging again on day 2 of our trip, still no acknowledgement of our celebration.
Cleaning staff and waiting staff were great, however front office and spa front desk were absolutely useless and super unhelpful even when asked to do the bare minimum. There was no 2nd key available apparently, and when we were taken to our room and asked if there was a map of the property, we wete told to go back to reception in the middle of the night.
The property fire alarm went off at 5am on one night and 6am the next night. Both times no staff were around to give any useful instructions or support.

The food quality was not as good as expected. During my 7-night stay, the menu was very repetitive with little variety, and many of the dishes were served cold. The biggest disappointment was that about 15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant, staff had already started clearing everything away, which should not happen in a five-star hotel,food should be available until the very last minute of service. Rooms & Facilities:The cleanliness of the rooms was fine, but toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were only provided on the first day, and I had to request them repeatedly afterwards. There was also no iron in the room, and when I requested one, it was old and not in good condition. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working, which was inconvenient.Service & Staff:On the positive side, I would like to highlight some excellent staff. In the bar, Nazli was outstanding ,I would easily rate her 100 out of 100 for her professionalism and friendly service. Unfortunately, some of the male staff members were not as polite or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.
The lobby staff were all fantastic ,very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. I also want to mention Jemale was really helpf.and Sofia from the entertainment team, along with their colleagues, who were truly amazing and made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel has good potential, and many staff members really made a difference to my stay.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was nice. The hotel didnt honor the 1 a la carte meal, every beverage was served in flimsier versions of dixie cups. The unbranded \"fake\" brands of alcohol were disgusting. Ie real Aperol having been substituted with \"Boa\". Should be shut down or new management needed altogether. Even many staff said they wouldn't eat the food at the resort. A proper audit of this place needs to be done, for health and safety, and especially quality control in every aspect. Photos not accurate either. After our arrival we also learned many of the reviews are fake, to artificially bolster the hotel's rating. Also, who is allowed to determine whether a hotel is 5 star? This one is most certainly not.

If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didn’t eat there, food was avarsge.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at La Baranda. The all-inclusive options were great with plenty of food variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the mini studio show, pool time, and Zumba performances. One day my room wasn’t cleaned, but when I asked for towels, they responded right away and sent complimentary toiletries too. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay for families.

We had an amazing time! Such a beautiful resort! Loved that there was always bottled water available around the resort and in our room at all times. Guest relations Asra was adorable and went out of her way to make my sister’s birthday extra special with cake and wine. Our housekeeper was sweet, helpful and always smiling. Baha, Khalil and Vidad always checked in and made us feel comfortable and special. We enjoyed the Turkish hammam very much, the girls made us feel very comfortable for our first one. Our dinner at the a la cart Turkish restaurant was delicious and lovely with the sun setting. The bartenders and waiters were friendly and attentive. The resort was on beach so we enjoyed a nice walk to the marina each day where there were many restaurants and souvenir/shopping. Only recommendations would be having pastries/croissants at the buffet breakfast and sparkling wines and prosecco at the bars. Thank you! Karoleen & Candy

The staff wasn’t attentive or helpful at all. The showers were full of mold and the toilet didn’t work. When we asked to switch rooms they said all the rooms are like that and they have nothing available. When we showed them the pics the manager claimed he would switch rooms in the morning. Morning came and when we went o the front desk they said he wasn’t they. He stepped out saw us and ran back into the office. Long story short they would compensate us with again and didn’t change our room or clean the mold and fix the toilet. The 4 days that we were there the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. Dirty glasses were left in the room and the bed wasn’t made. We didn’t even get fresh towels. They left them in the floor and didn’t leave clean ones.

Disappointing Experience for a Supposed 5-Star

Our stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming, especially considering it’s suppose to be a 5-star. The property is in disrepair and does not live up to expectations.

We opted for the all-inclusive package, but even basic amenities like bottled water were hard to come by. To get water, you have a wait in line at a bar.

Suggestion: If you’re traveling with family, avoid sitting by the bridge around the pool area as couples often engage in inappropriate behavior there.

Additionally, the hotel’s photographers constantly try to take your pictures and then sell them to you, which was quite bothersome.

The one redeeming aspect was the dinner. The food was decent, though they ran out of several items, so it’s best to dine early.

The sea area offers a better experience for quality time, but the presence of boats near the second swimming pier often results in unpleasant gas odors.

Overall: I would never come back to this hotel.

Room: bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. Every time I took a shower all water was on the floor. I told about this to the receptionist and asked to change room however lady said there is no room available for me to change. She said someone will come to fix but no one came.

There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and in the Hillside block hall where we stayed. They put some adore-blocking pad to solve the problem in the bathroom however it didn’t disappear in the hallway of the building. Sewage needs fixing or cleaning.

The AC in the room was very loud and old. I could not sleep with AC on. It was too much noise.

When I opened the balcony door one night for the fresh air, later on I have discovered 3 massive cockroaches in the room. They scared me and I couldn’t sleep all night until I spotted them all and killed. It was stressful. Since that moment I didn’t open balcony door so every night I had difficulty falling asleep in the hot room.

Avoid staying at Hillside blocks at all costs. I think it’s where standard rooms are located. They need renovations.

Hotel: one day baby pool was blocked and smelled of sewage. It was dark yellow colour.

Food was running low in the restaurant and not refilled on time most of the times.

Every morning when I came to find a sun-bed by the pool it was all occupied with towels and no people laying down on them. disgraceful ! It has to be controlled by the staff.

The only positive thing there is nature, sea and views.

Absolutely awful worse hotel I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at a few of the Labranda hotels which is why we chose this one. The hotel dining areas are filthy tables never cleaned no clean cutlery had to keep asking at every meal time, mouldy cheese being put out. Stale food. Toilets at pool area were absolutely disgusting no one checking the state they were in! Had to walk all the way back to reception if you needed the toilet the only ones that were half decent! The hotel was over run with dogs in a dog lover so didn’t bother me but if you don’t like dogs you are screwed! They are everywhere! Never again it was awful experience

We booked this property as it had very high ratings. It’s nothing like what you see in the pictures. If ur familiar with Clubmed, it’s on the lower side of their property. The staff was so rude to us and unhelpful and even made fun of us when we asked if we could have a room that wasn’t by the night party. They said the party will stop at 11:00pm due to regulations and that’s a lie. Party till 2:00AM every night. The food is probably some of the most awful things I’ve ever seen in my life. Although lots of it, truly unappetizing in every way. The beds were so uncomfortable that we had to ask for extra heavy blankets to help with the springs in our backs and legs. The AC didn’t work and they were arguing that it was. 3 hours later and arguing with the dismissive manager, we had service in our room at 11:30pm and they were able to clean the vents and service the AC as crap just kept falling on our floors and our luggage. If you need a cab, don’t you dare ask for help. Your on your own! The grounds look beautiful but don’t be fooled, the rest of the place is a true 2 star US standard rating.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with garden views room 2144 had a strong rotten egg smell and room 2149 looked out onto a rubbish storage area, both balconies had not been cleaned. Room 2144 couldn’t be attended to until after leaving and couldn’t swap rooms. Couldn’t book Italian due to being fully booked in advance if the stay was longer told that we would get a table. Hotel ran out of room keys. Plus points staff are extremely attentive areas outside clean, pool great for family and young children

The only downsides were the poor-quality children's area which in my opinion was dangerous for kids to play-in due to the uneven rubber surface and the area as you approached the hotel which looked like a war zone due to the extremely poor road condition. I stayed at Labranda TMT hotel for 11 nights, this is not a 5-star hotel for sure. Food and drinks quality, building condition and cleanliness were all bad.
Thin walls make you hear snoring from other rooms in the middle of the nights. Cats are everywhere in the restaurant, even sometimes jump on the tables and leak food from plates.
And get ready to pay for everything, even when you ask them for a scale to weigh your suitcases, they charge you $1 per suitcase.
I booked this hotel for easy access to the city center, however there’s no sidewalk for walking. The road in front of the hotel is all bumpy and dusty, it makes you so dizzy even you’re sitting in a taxi.

Everything was really nice the environment and we enjoyed our room, it was clean and big. The location is great very nearby the city center. Also the team for the activities were very fun and helpful.

The one negative thing when we dealt with the Spa and the Salon. They were very rude they just wanted us to pay but we didn’t want to get the service. I worn you from them would not recommend.

Waiting staff at the restaurant are all friendly and helpful, cannot say the same as for reception who can barely converse in english, let alone informing you correctly about the various activities within the hotel, which we learnt once it was too late. Some others try to push you to purchase add on services which are expensive compared to prices within the area. Food is abundant but blunt, same goes for drinks using extremely cheap alcohol. Hotel ambiance is nice so is the decor.

Disappointed that superior rooms are all downstairs, no views. Booked as was prepared to pay more for balcony and sea view.
Bed very hard and uncomfortable.
I do understand covid changes facilities but indoor pool was advertised and not available, same as the steam room.
Plenty of nice salads, but lack of meat/ fish choices. Deserts delicious.
Music around the pool often too loud for us.
Overall an expensive stay, but the staff were all very helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. This is what a true all inclusive hotel should be like. They had great drink options as well as plenty of food choices. The room was good but the bathrooms could use some renovating. The pool was great. The beach was good if you could find any chairs there. The staff especially at dinner were great and never left you needing anything. They made my trip to Bodrum wonderful.

The hotel is in a great position. It is close to the city and has its own beach. It is large enough for the number of guests it can receive. The food is good, maybe there can be more fruits and not just watermelons and oranges. The restaurants are clean and the staff perfectly served. The rooms are neat and clean. Hygiene is everyday. Cleaners do not leave shampoos and bath products every day. They should pay more attention to the social distance in the restaurant during the meal. Not all guests wear masks. There is enough disinfectant at every step. There is generally no internet in the rooms. This is a big drawback for a hotel of this reputation. In public spaces the internet is good. Parking is not private. It is public and outside the hotel. This is unacceptable for a hotel like this. While you are on vacation your car is not safe. The price-quality ratio is quite good. The internet would have to be better and parking would have to be private. The biggest complaint is the loud noise every night. I know many people love fun on vacation but many also love peace. We need to find a middle ground. Good fun doesn't always have to be noisy. The windows must be closed at night.

We stayed at Labranda TMT for 5 nights. We got a standard room, which was terrible. It was dirty, flies and dead insects were visible. The Air Con started leaking the first night we slept in that room and asked to be moved to another room. The other room was much better. But I would still not say that this hotel is 5 stars.
Upon arrival the staff were not welcoming and throughout our stay the staff were not efficient.
Few things to note; no wifi in rooms, no iron, the hair dryer barely works, no sea view rooms, the food is average and very limited.
Pros about Labranda TMT: big pool, private beach, very good with social distancing and COVID-19 precautions.
Basically you get what you pay for at this resort.

The best Hotel in Bodrum

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are happy , chatty and very friendly. The restaurants offer a vast selection of fantastic delicious food, something for everyone. The rooms are bright , clean and comfortable. There was a good cross section of nationalities. No noise after 12. Lots of daytime activities- table tennis, tennis, volleyball, waterpolo, darts, and nighttime disco, Turkish night, bingo, quiz, making it fun and helping to mix with other guests. Lovely music around the pool with icecream and wAffkes available in the afternoon, a real treat. Water activities available at extra price , diving etc. Hammas, Steam room and sauna free, massages and hairdressers available . For extra cost. Private beach with jetty and special swimming area . Cafe, taverna, restaurant , disco bar, reception cocktail bar.

A nice stay in Bodrum

Stayed at this hotel for the first time after it became Labranda. I can say it has much improved since my first visit. The hotel is set beautifully by the sea with great mountain view and view of Bodrum. Gardens are lovely. Very good location with the walking distance to the town center.
The employees are very kind and you feel comfortable to rest there. The bar staff are friendly and the cocktails are great. The food has a good variety.
The animation and the room quality should be improved.
At overall, it's worth the money that I paid for.

My reservation for family room and it was far too much from the reception and i have baby trolley i must use tow elevators and before the room i must use highly steers and when i ask them about room in down they tell me only family room must be in second floor

we spent a week at Labranda TMT and on our arrival we were given a lovely room...not a standard room but a very spacious family room, thank you! The staff were mostly lovely. unfortunately due to the size of the hotel grounds everything is in close proximity to the rooms, bars with live music and also the stage so not easy to have an early night as music is quite loud. The biggest disappointment for us was the food...not sure who they are catering for as there is no logic behind what is served. Repetition at meals not great verity, also poor quality...so we ate out most nights after checking what was on offer at dinner time...kind of defeats the object of going all inclusive

No wifi in the rooms, only in the common areas. For the money u pay you would expect a little better. Food looked average. Look of the hotel was nice, some staff were really nice. Expect when asking for an ice coffee we were told to get our own coffee from the machine and they mix it up (oh and they tried to charge me for it) we booked all inclusive, beer was free but you want me to pay for a ice coffee. Makes sense.

Horrible and disappointing hotel

I’ve been in so many all inclusive hotels in turkey and I’ve never tasted worse food, I mean how can you mess up Turkish food for god sake !
Location is close to Bodrum Center but no sand beach, I’ll defiantly give staff a solid zero, very rude and not polite

Staff does the best they can do however, the hotel itself needs major upgrades and the photos online are vehemently misleading! I would not stay nor recommend this property to anyone due to the current conditions. Expedia needs to reevaluate this properties rating and set proper rating accordingly!
