I am not usually one for big resort hotels, but Hotel Latini was a positive surprise. The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff. The rooms are cozy, the beds super comfy and the breakfast very good and plentiful. In addition, I can't say enough about the spa - beautifully designed even for larger occupancy, clean, well-appointed and so relaxing after a day of sports. Finally, the staff is lovely - super helpful, friendly and well informed. Thank you for a lovely week!

However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets

A very pleasant hotel! The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean, service is nice. Complimantary parking is in the private garage across the street.

Welness is the real added value of this hotel, it is spacious and it provides a swiming pool and 4 saunas. The only issue is that the sauna culture is rather poor among the guests. Rules clearly state no swiming suits in sauna, yet more than half of the guests wear them, which makes for a weird experience for guests that follow the rules.

I had the best rest here.
The staff were generally kind and the image of the hotel bar and restaurant was very good.
I booked a dinner on the harpboard, and the dinner and dinner service were excellent.
Breakfast was also prepared in various ways, and there was a chance to have a different drink of water.
The sauna and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel were also satisfactory.
However, the bed and pillow in the room were uncomfortable.
I'm sorry I couldn't get some fresh sleep.

Nice hotel, slightly away from the hustle bustle

This was about 2kms from the lake and the main busy area. We had our car so had no issues getting around.
Room was dated but clean.
Our room had a nice balcony with a garden outside it.
Breakfast was good and had good number of options.

They were also very accomodating and helped us fix the wrong booking dates.

It has an IGA next to it and a Tabak across. Do try the Thai hotel nearby too.

Wonderful hotel, but the room is small. Not far to, but not walking distance to, Zell Am See town. Didn't get to experience much of hotel service as most time was spent outside and only nights at hotel.

Convenient hotel as a base for touring

Booked hotel as a base for visiting Zell am See. Only 5mins by car from center of Zell. Hotel was comfortable, but we did not use the Spa facilities so cannot rate these.
Food was good, but we only had a breakfast deal. I would recommend half board as the evening food looked very good.
Remember that in Austria they still smoke in bars and restaurants, so this can be tiresome..
Underground car park was excellent, very secure.

There was no air conditioning. Also, the way the outlets were set up I could not use the converter I bought (that worked at every other hotel we stayed in...) to use my own appliances. The staff were wonderful and VERY helpful. Nice neighborhood but you have to walk far to get to anywhere or take a cab. About a 25-35 minute walk into town. The booking on hotels.com stated check out was at 11am. They tried coming in our room before 10am to clean it!

Although a little ways out of the centre of town, a short 15 minute walk along the lake got us there. The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly, and the facilities, including the spa, are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible accommodations and management

The room that was to be a superior room with a king bed and a sofa bed for kids, was instead a very small room with a queen bed and two chairs that turned into beds which left no space in the room at all. When we complained about it (originally they had set up only one chair bed which was not enough with two children) they just added the second one instead of moving us to a larger room.
Also we had made a dinner reservation for one of their two restaurants through email and when we showed up to eat they told us that they did not accept reservations for that specific one, so we talked to the manager who at first said it was not possible that we had made the reservation then when we showed it to her she took us to the other restaurant and she offered some drinks for free.
Not in the town center (approximately 20 min walk) and not close to the lake either. Close to gondolas for winter sports.

Bit surprised for the condition of the 4 star hotel. Spa area was great but other facilities just ok. No AC in rooms and was really hot summer nights, therefore bit difficult to sleep. Pretty much nothing on the neighbourhood. We had an own car so went away with it to Zell am See downtown, Kaprun etc. Hotel has nice parking garage for guests.

Nice hotel with affordable rate

Hotel in a quiet area, not in the center of Zell am see but through a nearby bus station is accessible within minutes, not far from the train station, where the cost of a taxi is about €8. available in the hotel restaurants, swimming pool, saunas, massage room, gym. but no refrigerator mini bar.

Stanze in buonissime condizioni e letti comodi.
Il servizio dello staff e' eccezionale,molto buona la cucina,anche durante le serate con cena a buffet,con primi e secondi variegati e gustosi.

Most obnoxious receptionist in decades of travel

It was VERY hot the day we arrived on motorcycles. We parked on one of five public parking places just outside the hotel entrance, and went in to check in. After check in the unfriendly lady at the reception said we had to park some distance away at the hotels parking, but I said we’d found a public spot outside. She then went on to say that it was not legal to park there, and when I said that this could not be the case she said that the police would come and give us a hefty fine and mayby impound the motorcycles. We were hot and exhausted after a long day, so we went up and took a shower. Afterwards I went out and checked the surroundings for signs that it should not be legal to park where we was parked, but found nothing. I went in and told the lady, who was now very unfriendly and obnoxtious, that I couldn’t find any signs that it sholud be illegal to park where we and 4 cars were parked. I showed her some photos and said I found it very strange that it should be illigal to park at public parking spots - why would there even be parking spots it it was illegal to park there? Finally - after having lied to my wife and I four or five times - she admitted that it was not illegal to park there, but that her opinion was that it would be safer to park at the hotels parking. I said we would take the chance were the motorcykles stood close to the door, instead of the parking far off in that hot weather with riding boots, clothes, luggage and helmets.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren okay, aber auch nicht mehr. Abendessen war in Buffetform; Salatauswahl war übersichtlich. Wellnessbereich ist neu und ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war ok; nichts besonderes. Das Bett eher zu weich. Am besten ist die kostenlose Sommerkarte, mit der man diverse Seilbahnen kostenlos nutzen kann. Parken ist in der Garage gratis.

geschlossen werden, grosser Spalt, Teppich sehr wahrscheinlich 30-jährig und furchtbar zum anschauen,

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Latini as an extended weekend with work colleagues. The deal we got felt like a steal. Had a nice, simple room, great breakfast and dinner, sauna & spa and very friendly and attentive service. We all felt that we paid way too little for the quality we got. Would definitely visit again!

Sehr gute Küche, toller neuer Wellnessbereich, kostenloser late check-out room um am Abreisetag nach dem Sport noch zu duschen. Großer Fahrradraum vorhanden.

Men restauranten på stedet... her var maden god, men servicen dårlig.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt und sehr gepflegt. Zur Ausstattung gehörten auch Bademäntel und für jeden zwei Handtücher für die Sauna. Auch der Saunabereich und das Schwimmbad waren tadellos. Wir hatten Halbpension und wurden rundum gut versorgt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen bieten jeweils eine derart große Auswahl, dass man, wenn man alles probieren möchte, scheitert. Es ist sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei. Auch positiv zu bewerten ist das Angebot an glutenfreiem Brot. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Massageangebot können wir nichts sagen, da wir nur das Schwimmbecken und die Sauna genutzt haben. Den Fitnessbereich haben wir uns angesehen und hätten ihn sicherlich genutzt, wenn das Wetter zu schlecht zum Wandern gewesen wäre. Für Otto-Normalverbraucher, der seine Ausdauer aufrecht erhalten möchte, standen einige Geräte zur Verfügung, aber auch Hanteln waren vorhanden. Wir waren das erste Mal im Hotel Latini, planen aber bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

This is a very good hotel in Zell am See. They provide at very good service and does a great job. The SPA and pool area is very modern. A great stay and very good location to stay when you visit this part of Austria. Will chose this hotel again next time I visit this part of Austria.

Das Hotel war schön, das Frühstück gut, die Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet mit Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der See mit Bootsverleih und Schwimmbad zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Tiefgarage ist vom Hotel getrennt aber gut erreichbar und vor allem kostenlos.
Negativ
Keine Minibar / Kühlschrank ist an warmen Tagen vor allem für Geschäftsreisende problematisch. Die Matratzen waren in meinem Zimmer virl zu hart.
Fazit
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
Extratipp
Die Pizza nach Art des Hauses im hauseigenem Restaurant schmeckt ausserordentlich lecker!

Høy standard, meget bra beliggenhet, bare noen å meter til bakken. Rent, meget god frokost. spa avdelingen er av høy klasse. er meget fornøyd med hotellet.
Det eneste som trekker litt ned er at det lukter surt, fra den ene badstuen, denne lukten vedvarte under alle våre besøk på spa avdelingen. tåfis og gammel svette. badstuen ble derfor naturlig ikke besøkt.

Super lækkert hotel. Fint check in med alle de informationer vi havde brug for. Dejligt værelse der var pænt og rent.
En spa afdeling der var rigtig lækker.
Vi havde halvpension, buffet med forretter, salater, og deserter. Til hovedret kunne vi vælge mellem 3 retter der blev lavet når vi var klar til det. Det var super lækker mad og god betjening. Vi vil klart komme tilbage igen.

Nettes Hotel in der Nähe zur Schmittenhöhe. Zum See ca.20 min zu Fuss. Mit der Gästekarte sehr gute Ermäßigungen und Freifahrten auch auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Frühstücks Buffet reichhaltig, koscher, da überwiegend muslimisch geprägtes Publikum .

I will be back!

The first time at Hotel Latini was a good one. The very helpful receptionist Melanie arranged an early check in with empathy and care. The room was ok with a nice garden view(however cuetains are very old and neet to be washed and changed). Breakfast was very good and there is also an excellent SPA. I will be back!

Två minus, sängarna var bedrövligt hårda och wifi var lika bedrövligt.
Har man överseende med dessa två minustecken kan hotellet i övrigt mycket varmt rekommenderas.

Fantastisk familieferie på Latini

Vi var 8 personer afsted på skiferie i uge 7, og boede fordelt på 3 værelser på Hotel Latini.

Værelserne havde en god størrelse, og hotellet ligger perfekt ift. pisterne. Vi havde 1/2 pension inkluderet, og nød hver dag en god og alsidig morgenbuffet, og en afvekslende aftenmenú med skiftende tema.

Fremhæves skal også hotellets store wellnessområde, med både en stor pool, og et lækkert saunaområde, hvor der kunne slappes af, efter en lang dag.

Til trods for at det var lige midt i højsæsonen, og derfor travlhed, blev vi kun mødt af smilende og hjælpsomme medarbejdere, der var med til, at vi alle havde en god ferieoplevelser.

Alt i alt et skønt ophold, som vi helt sikkert vil overveje at gøre om en anden gang.

Sehr kleines Zimmer , Sanitär-Bereich müßte modernisiert werden - winzige Dusche.
WLAN Zugang recht kompliziert - eine genaue Anleitung wäre hilfreich.
Lt. Buchung / Zimmerbeschreibung hätten wir einen Balkon haben sollen......

夕食込のコースと通常のコースがあるが、夕食込にするべき。
ビュッフェ形式であり、飲み物は別料金だが料理は充実しており値段には十分見合っている。
周辺に良いレストランがあるわけでもないため、ホテルでのディナーが安定といえよう。
