The hotel was pretty and the pool was wonderful but it felt like they were trying to make money off of us at every turn. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying \"don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs\". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept). I was very much looking forward to our stay and was disappointed with our experience.

Amazing family experience!
We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. The ski bus stop is literally right outside the door of the hotel and takes you right to Zell am see areit express.

Lovely Hotel family run as many Austrian Hotels are. Excellent facilities and plenty of complimentary activities - guide to assist for hiking trips The Zell Am See/ Kaprun Summer card which was issued on a complimentary basis is well worth using for free entry to a number of attractions and reduced bus fare on the Post Bus.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können.

We had an amazing stay at Sportresort Alpenblick with our two kids. We had included breakfast and dinner and the meals were delicious and the staff second to none.
The hotel is a little outside Zell am See, but it is an easy walk to the center of town and alternatively there is a free bus directly in front of the hotel.
We will definitely come back and recommend others as well.

The hotel's new spa and wellness area includes an indoor pool (guests are kindly asked to bring their own pool shoes), gym, hot tub, sauna, and various massage and spa treatments.
Summer activities range from hiking and mountain biking to water sports. Winter offers cross-country and downhill skiing and sledging.
The GrandSPA is open from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM until the end of the summer season. There is currently road construction on Salzmannstraße, which affects access to our property and is expected to continue until early/mid-November.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform our mutual guests in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. Please note that access to our hotel is currently via an alternative route.
Until November 2nd 2025, arrival is only possible from the direction of Lofer/Saalfelden. Access via the train station is unfortunately closed during this period.
Therefor please plan your arrival route accordingly. The existing barrier regulation also applies to this side of the arrival.
