The room was filthy. The bathroom and bathtub and shower curtain were so dirty that they changed my room. The pillows were stained. No mattress pad on the bed.

Paid close to 400 rupees for a breakfast buffet and they don’t even have a restaurant. They propose to serve breakfast in the room. On the first floor the music of the bar next door is resonating in your chest. I was on the 6th(top) floor and in my room I measured a constant noise of 64 db. Could not sleep. The property has not given back money for the breakfast I did not have. I had to call Expedia and they did not follow up. As I paid with int. Credit card reimbursement will involve a lot of banking cost. They stole 400 rupees and my night rest. Stay away from this place.

Good stay, except improper invoice for corporates

Stay was good and the location is also good. Though the hotel invoice system is not suitable for corporate guests as the hotel has a wrong understanding of the same. The hotel mentioned expedia as my company in place of my company name!!! That too when I had given all requirements before booking, in the special requests option.

Great location

We booked this hotel for its location for shopping. There was a lot of renovation work going on and we were aware of it. On our first night we saw a a few insects in our room. The manager quickly organised for us to have our room changed and upgraded us. On a positive note, we ate at the hotels restaurant every night and I can say food was excellent.

Worst hotel ever stayed

I was totally disappointed with the hotel. Not a single thing was good, forget about any appreciative quality. They were not changing towel till you ask them and that also not of good quality. Bathroom was cramped. You asked something and they will give you other things. The price they were charging was at least five times more than what other hotel of the same range was charging in that area. It was my worst hotel stay till date.

The rooms were nothing like the ones shown in the pictures, rooms r very congested and bathtoom was terrible!!
I booked for 2 nights but checked out d next day itself and checked myself into Executive Enclave, which is faar better than this hotel. The food, ambience and everything was very good comparatively.

The rooms are bad, furniture worn out, nothing works and the charges are like any other high price hotel. The standards are not comparable to other Ramee hotels in Pune and UAE etc. Needs immediate renovation. They are looting people.

I had booked the hotel for my family. They were checked in early without any problems. Their rooms were clean. They were very satisfied with the services. They even said that next time if thye want to stay in Mumbai they will choose Ramee.

The front office during check-in did not return my Driving Licence collected for verification and copy. We had to request a friend to travel to collect the same and courier. God bless those who trust them with their passports.

The rooms were leaking and needed to be changed. The Breakfast was horrible. We had to fetch our own ingredients for coffee and tea.

The hotel does not have a name board visible from the street.

not good experience only best part is hotel staff are good.

it is very old hotel and the furniture, A/c, bathroom fittings every thing is not working properly.the room they first given to me was very bad and on my request they have changed the room but that room was also not up to mark. I was suppose to get the complementry airport transfer but I waited for their car but it did not come and I had to take cab.

The hotel was OK. However, since they offered a free shuttle to/from Mumbai International airport, and my arrival was close to midnight, I requested pickup at the airport, first by email, and when I didn't receive a reply, by phone from the US. When I arrived, there was no car, and when I called to ask them about it, all they had to say was \"sorry, madam\". I then endured a mad drive through nighttime Mumbai with a taxi driver who had no idea where the hotel was, but refused to admit it, stopping at random locations to point at any building with Western writing on it, saying \"your hotel, madam!\". Even though the hotel is supposedly only three miles from the airport, it took an hour to find it, by which time I was in a fairly sour mood. So if you want to stay at this place, you might arrange some alternative form of transportation, particularly if you are a woman and don't enjoy being driven all over an unknown city in the middle of the night.

The staff at Hotel Ramee were great - very accomodating and helpful. Breakfasts were great and varied every morning. We also spent a lot of time in the Irish pub which was really fun and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms didn't have hot water and we're not sure if the hotel even provided hot water on demand as we never asked. The surrounding neighbourhood was really not much to see and it didn't seem like there was anything for a hotel guest nearby. But overall, a pretty good place to stay.

We expected this hotel to be the best of the three hotels we had booked in Mumbai however ,we were quite disappointed.Although the staffwere quite friendly and helpful we didn't feeltoo comfortable with the accomodation or thedecor of our room.We were very appreciative of the hotel staff allowing us early chek -in on our arrival,as we got into the city after a very long flight .The breakfast was good and substantial,however the service at breakfast needs improvement .Since the hotel provided a pick-up from the airport we made sure to inform them about our flight and arrival at the airport,but to our dismay we had to remind them again on arriupdatingval,besides they didn't have our names posted on a placard so we could locate the driver of the hotel. Overall we didn't find our room comfortable because the decor needed updating and afresh coat of paint. it lacked space to move around. This hotel didn't give us good value for our money,especially since the room is the most important feature for our comfort.

Overall Ramee at Khar was OK.

Overall Ramee at Khar was OK. The bed was comfortable however we only had cold water for the last few days and someone was drinking about 4 nips of our vodka everyday. Internet was extremely slow at the point of not being able to use it. When we complained about the interenet and alcohol being drunk we were told that they would get back to us but they never did.
On a good note the Chinese restaurant was very good, excellent food, ambience and service.

I spent two nights in Mumbai at the end of my business trip. Here is my evaluation:
pros:
+ good location near airport on the way to the center. Easy to find, as it is on one of the main streets.
+ clean rooms
+ reasonable price
+ Irish pub in the basement
cons:
- no hot water
- the taxi called by the hotel rocked the price (then I was very careful to ask for any additional services)

Excellent service and facilities for the price.

The hotel at first glance didn't seem anything too spectacular, however you quickly gathered how good this hotel is. The service is A1, so friendly and they went out of their way for me, once calling my international mobile phone to tell me my driver was waiting (no charge). What I loved most was the little things like, free bottled water, free wi-fi and free quality breakfast.

If you are staying by the airport, this hotel is brillant for the service, cleanliness, facilities and price. Will stay again.

Hotel just OK, hotel's airport shuttle was terrible

Hotel is in OK condition, the staff is mostly helpful, and room service is available 24 hours.

It's a good thing that room service was available 24 hours, because it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for the airport shuttle to arrive at the airport to pick me up. The arrivals area in the Mumbai airport is really no place to wait after a 15 hour flight--many cabbies, luggage haulers, and others continually harassing you.

Fortunately, I was \"adopted\" by the staff of another hotel, who called the Ramee numerous times on my behalf, even going off into he parking garage to find them. When the Ramee driver was finally located, he led me to a deserted spot in the poorly lit garage and told me to \"wait.\" I was a bit nervous, and I've filled up quite a few passports in my time.

The rest of the stay was fine, though the internet was non-functional both in the rooms and the business center.

The neighborhood is pleasant and vibrant, but clearly doesn't cater to tourists. Expect to immerse yourself in everyday life in Mumbai if you venture out on foot.
