Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced.

Very frustrating stay. We ended up realizing the wifi was not working for the entierty of our stay and we had several group members who needed to work remotely. We were always told it was being fixed and it was never actually fixed.

On top of this, for the entierty of our stay there was full blown construction on several floors below our unit from 9am until 7pm daily. When we asked for a group compensation or asked why we weren't notified about this prior to our stay, we were ignore by the front desk staff and we did not receive any compensation at all

Comfortable Hotel in a Great Neighborhood

Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and courteous. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a nice street view. Will definitely be on my mind should I return to Mumbai.

The property is in a good location but it needs updating. The breakfast was adequate and staff at the restaurant were very good but lady at the reception was moody and very unfriendly and unhelpful. The worst thing about the place is the internet ( or lack of it) we stayed for 5 nights and told the lady at reception every day, sometimes twice a day that we had no internet. She did nothing about it, just fobbed us off with one excuse or another. If you need internet, then this is NOT the place to stay.

Essentially staying in a building site

Whilst this hotel was nice, we were placed in a room right under an active construction site and had loud sounds of drilling, hammering etc coming through the walls very loud from early morning until 8pm. When we complained the staff were incredibly unhelpful, telling us that there were no sounds (even though I had time stamped recordings). Would not recommend until or unless the construction is stopped or far from your room. Paid a lot of money for no sleep and horrible customer service

Staff wanted to initially charge us for an extra person for breakfast, but later we spoke to reception and then they figured out that the reservation was for 2 people. A bit of construction noise coming through from level 6 renovations. We were staying o n level 4. Brekky was good!

We requested for pickup from airport and nobody was there.We took Uber and when we reached hotel we were told that they scheduled pickup, and they did charge us for that.
We requested two beds and first two days we were given single bed and on third day we were asked to change the room.Very unprofessional and would not suggest anybody as its too expensive for the service and property they have.

Great experience in Mumbai. You won' go wrong.

I had a choice between this hotel and a more well known luxury chain. My dollars went much further...for the same price as a single room there, we had a lovely and spacious1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen area and with 1&1/2 baths. For our 4 day stay it was great. The location was great with shops and restaurants in walking distance and taxis to the airport and downtown only a few dollars. Everything was very clean. Hotel soundproofing excellent and couldn't hear outside cacophony that seems to be integral to Mumbai. Staff was very nice and helpful. Changed money at nearby banks and ATM.

This property is located just 1 building away from where I was raised and I was glad to be in my old neighborhood once again. There are plenty of restaurants to eqt at and numerous stores to shop at within walking distance.

I will definitely stay there again and do positively recommend it.

Like most reviews, yes the location is fantastic. But the place needs a lick of paint and mould removal spray.
FOH and F&B staff very attentive.
Mayuri a legend 🙌 \"Encyclopaedia of Bandra\". Shankar another fantastic 👏 personality.
The guys at breakfast very articulate, jovial and customer focused. Well laid out breaky, serves ample for both local and foreign clients. Gratitude to chef's..
Gym setup - from my experience just right for the place, but nobody services or cleans the place. It took repeated shout out to get some towel and water and rubbish removal.
Drawback house keeping - I don't know if the place has a house keeping Manager. The person has to wake up and do some rounds to see what is going on.
I would stay at the place when i come back to bombay just for the service and location. Recommended

This hotel is in the close to Linking Road, Hill Road, lots of restaurants.
Traveling is also very easy as there are plenty of auto-rickshaws around.

I cannot recommend you stay here sadly.
I stayed 7 nights, half of those nights i was seriously disturbed by the family next door The walls are so thin i could hear every word, cough, sneeze, movement, doors slamming constantly, and we are talking 1am and 2 am in the morning and not just when they were inconsiderately noisy but when they were being quieter too. Very, very thin walls. Staff did respond by ringing them to be quiet them but it made no difference, thin walls! I asked to move rooms and got no response from mgmt. Otherwise hotel wad ok, breakfast was average, staff genuinely nice esp the doorman during the day. He was lovely. Was perfect location for me.

Location is great, however, the lack of rival hotels in the area has made the management complacent. Don’t expect the room to look as plush as the photos -it’s well overdue a refresh. The standard of finish is no where near an international brand hotel; which is available for the same price in BKC area a short distance away. On that basis, I regret my choice.

What made my experience most disappointing was that the wifi did not work at all. Despite the fact that the wifi is already secured by a WPA password, you are still diverted to a landing page (in order to limit you to 2 devices) the management claim it’s for security -which is utter crap! Anyway, the landing page had a problem from the moment I checked in and could not authenticate any of my devices. I asked 36 hours later after many complaints, the management persisted in trial and error troubleshooting on my PC and nothing worked.

I felt thoroughly annoyed because this abused several hours of my time. I repeatedly asked them to either switch off the faulty authentication s/w and give me direct access; or otherwise allow me to check out 1 night early and refund me for my final night stay. They didn’t acede to either request, Nor was I compensated.

My negative review of this hotel is very reasonable based on my experience and since travel all the time throughout the globe (and have spent 3 years living in India) my expectations are realistic. I would honestly avoid this hotel, unless it undergoes a refit.
